The debutant ball ended without any problem,atleast that's how I think. But ever since that day,Taehyung had been a little bit off. He spent a lot of time in his magic tower and rarely came home. To think I've been worrying about that punk, how annoying.

And Jimin had been out of reach as he had been punished for the incident of few days ago. He had been in his room without going out. I tried talking but he lashed out and kicked me out of his room,as usual so aggressive. I won't worry about that ungrateful punk. What is even there to worry when he receives everything to his room from food to cloths,maids are all busy serving him day and night. Spoiled brat.

And the day Namjoon leaves has come too. Frankly speaking, I'm so upset and guilty. He wasn't even lashing out on me like Jimin did, all he offered me was a kind smile when I apologised again. He told me not to worry but I can't help it. Right now,I'm infront of his carriage waiting for him to come out.

"Hazel,I told you not to worry,didn't I? And I remember clearly telling you to not wake up this early in the morning to send me off", I heard Namjoon's voice from behind startling me.

I looked back and smiled. The sun hasn't even shown its face but my brother is trying to leave this early morning without even saying a good bye. How mean.

"You were you going to leave silently. How could I sleep?", I said as I walked a little closer to him letting him pat me. I like when he pats me.

He smiled widely as he patted my head,"See this sad face,I didn't want to see you like this. Come on,don't make me sad with your sad face"

"I'm smiling!", I whined.

"Are you?", He asked as he playfully glared at me.

Sighing,"Alright, I'm not smiling", It was just a fake smile I showed.

"Come here,dummy", he pulled me into a hug. "I'll be back soon. Just few months,it will fly away soon. And when I'm gone,you need to behave yourself, alright? Don't cause trouble to brother Seokjin and Hoseok with your mischievous acts"

Seokjin and Hoseok will be the only responsible people after Namjoon left. Though Yoongi is a responsible man,he is just too lazy to clean our mess. He would just tell us to go and clean our own mess we created. He us the human version of sloth. I don't even need to think about the rest.

"Come home soon", I said and pecked his cheek before parting away.

"Since my sis is waiting,I will work extra hard to finish the work and come back"

"Don't overwork though"

And like that,I sent him off half heartedly. I hope he won't be clumsy there and hurt himself. That's what I'm worried a lot. He is naturally clumsy.

The days went past with me training my sword training. Somehow, I managed to produce holy power from my sword. I've seen my brothers using holy powers when they train. They say only Pendragons could wield those powers. The holy energy of the sword spirit, since I was able to summon my own holy energy,it will be possible for me to use the holy sword I bought from the auction. It has more divine powers than a normal holy sword.

When someone is hit with only a holy sword glare,it can even cause death. You don't even need to use the blade. That's how holy power works normally but there's more to it. Only strong people can wield such a weapon. There are so many clans in this world who can wield holy weapons but fortunately or unfortunately,to this kingdom, only Pendragons can wield holy swords. And that's why mages create artificial holy weapons since not everyone can produce their own holy energy. But those powers cannot be called pure unlike ours.

But the holy sword I bought, it's a grade A weapon which was created by a strong swordsman who happened to be a mage in the past. The sword was passed down from descendent to descendent. Somehow, it came all the way to our kingdom, now it belongs to me. Not like I can use it to the maximum since I'm not a part of that family.

The day to the spring competition came. Kalisto reassured me saying no different tasks to be done. I'm still not sure though. If I'm right,Eva will be there.

It was a large ground near the royal forest. In the ground, there were a lot of tents each belong to a specific Duke family. Our tent was as much as bigger as crown prince's tent. All of my brothers except Namjoon is here. Since Kalisto is an organiser, he couldn't come to our tent.

"Oi,make sure to win no matter what", Jimin said with crossed arms.

"I will", I said as I wore my black gloves.

"Don't pressure her like that", Hoseok tried to push Jimin away from my sight as he smiled nervously.

"No need to win,just do your best", Seokjin gave an encouraging pat to my shoulder.

"That's how you comfort a loser", Taehyung said with a smirk.

"Shut up Taehyung, "Jungkook snapped at him.

Yoongi was just sitting on a chair with his legs on a table. He looked at me and raised his fist,"Good luck",can he even move? But I'm glad he moved his tongue to wish me luck. But what he said next made me feel touched. "Don't let others hurt you,or I'll kill you",he is just not good with words. I'll forgive you since you show your care for me.

Jungkook caressed my head,"Alright, stay here till the competition starts. I'll go around to make sure the security is fine around the tent", with that he left.

"Oi Hazel", Taehyung spoke from behind as he adjusted his cloak. He took a chair from behind and sat as he faced me. "What's your relationship with that useless prince garbage?"

Useless...Prince garbage?

Others also looked at me with a question mark all over their faces. They seemed to be taken back from his question just as me. "What do you mean?", I asked.

Taehyung scoffed rolling his sword shaped eyes. He stared at me like he has fallen into a deep conversion with himself.

Hoseok,"What do you mean Taehyung?"

Taehyung sighed as he looked up lazing himself on the chair like a cat. "I think I drank too much last night. Just forget what I said"

Jimin raised his eyebrow, "You weird bastard, this is why I never liked this jerk"

Taehyung looked at him with a smirk,"You think you have a likable personality?"

Seokjin almost rolled his eyes having enough of their bickering but a sudden commotion out there took their attention. People were crowding around our tent area as they whispered loud enough for us to hear.

"Did the young master of the Pendragon family really do such a thing?"

"Just because he is the son of the Kalisto, how can he do something so disgusting?"

"Look at the poor girl,trembling like a deer"

"And to think he is a holy knight....."

"Blah  blah blah...."

Are they talking about Jungkook? Because he was the only one who went outside! Just what has he done? Oh no! I have a bad feeling about this.

We all looked at each other before going outside only to see Jungkook's back facing us. Even though he is back facing us,I could still feel the helplessness and uneasiness he is having. It's strange,too strange to see him like that because he is the kind to get all aggressive and murderous in a situation like this. As we got closer,we got a clear view of what's happening. A girl was infront of Jungkook covering her chest area with an embarrassed look. Eva? What the heck? I knew she is here but what is happening?

I looked at Jungkook's face. I gasped when I saw a hand print on his face as he was seething in rage. His eyes had a murderous criminal look as he glared at her. I –I can't believe Eva is still alive!

"What's happening?", Seokjin asked with a stern voice.

"Your grace,look what your brother did! He touched this poor girl!", one Duke from who knows what family said.

"Yes yes! He is so disgusting!"

"Please control your family members, where is the grand Duke Kalisto?!"

"Just because you all are Pendragons, that doesn't give you the right to do such things!"

I grabbed Jungkook's clenched fist making him hiss at me with the sudden contact but he immediately softened his gaze. He must be frustrated at this point. "Brother...."

He stared at me with a blank face as if he is guessing my thoughts.

"Are you alright? Are you hurt?", I asked.

He looked taken back as he widened his eyes. He looked speechless for a moment. Why though? Why does he have such a surprise look? Is it weird to check if your brother is hurt?

Jungkook, "...no"

I sighed knowing he is lying,he is not fine at all,"What did she do?"

Jungkook, "W –Why are you not asking why I did such a thing?"

"Because you didn't. I know you won't"

Eva looked at me with wide eyes as she looked away biting her lower lip.

Jungkook's eyes shone as he stared at me,"Yes,I didn't. I didn't molester her"

"Hey,do you think we will believe you!", one man screamed.

"Has anyone seen him harassing her?", I asked from everyone, "Did you see him touching her inappropriately?"

"Why do we need to see it? She clearly said —"

I cut him off,"Then my brother also clearly said he did not! Why are you so biased towards her? Is it because she is a girl? What if she is lying? And what makes you think that girls become the victims every time? Is it because you believe girls are weak? Well,look at this girl,she is wearing a knight uniform, meaning she is here to compete against the strongest people in the kingdom. So,why can't she protect herself? If she cannot even protect herself, then how is she eligible for this competition?"

Everyone became quiet after I spoke. Eva had a faint blush on her cheek as she must be feeling embarrassed at this point. I'm sorry Eva but you don't get to fuck with my brothers. If I'm right, you have surpassed your weak self right now. You won't be bullied that easily, right?

Taehyung chuckled as he stood next to me with a smirk,"Don't scare them like that Hazel,look at these poor elites, trembling in fear", his smug smile was such a blast. At a time like this,Taehyung's sarcastic ass is really helpful.

"Stop bluffing Hazel", Out of nowhere, Leo came forward as he stood next to Eva.

Now now,who invited him?
