"Oi Jungkook, keep it together! Will you?!", Jimin shouted at Jungkook who was gritting his teeth all the time since Hazel went for a walk.

After she went,Pendragons were given all the hospitality with a little banquet. King was also there to keep them company.

A large long table was in the middle while the Pendragons were around the table with the King at the front chair.

And right now,Jungkook is stressing out about Hazel. "What if that bastard hurt Hazel?! I swear to god I'll kill —"

Jimin covered his mouth with a slap and yelled furiously, "Can you please mind your words?!"

Seokjin smiled uncomfortably as Jungkook was trying to talk shit about the crown prince infront of the King. Jungkook sure is daring. And Jimin doesn't understand how loud he is being trying to tame Jungkook.

Taehyung was next to Jimin with a scowl,"I hope stupidity is not contagious"

Jimin paused with a nerve popping out from his forehead. Grabbing Taehyung by his cloak,he almost threw Taehyung across the food table but Hoseok managed to smack Jimin on the head before he does.

"Will you three calm down?!", Hoseok was having enough of their mischievous.

Kalisto was as restless as Jungkook but he had be an adult here infront of the King.

"It's really scary when Hoseok gets angry", Namjoon whispered onto Seokjin's ear. Seokjin couldn't help but to nod.

"Your sons are really fond of their sister,huh?", King said with a smile.

Kalisto squinted his eyes when the King smiled. He knows that his smile doesn't mean any good. If the King could get a hold of Hazel,then that means he got a hold of Pendragon family. In a way,it's the best way to tame the wild monsters in the Pendragon dukedom.

Suddenly, the door of the hall was slammed opened. "Your majesty, a runaway foreign girl was spotted in the palace! And the crown prince and lady Hazel had disappeared too"

The glass in the Kalisto's hand fell onto the floor creating a loud sound. His eyes shrank.

Jimin,"WHAT THE HELL!"

Jungkook's gaze was blank as he looked at the King. He didn't need to voice out his thoughts as it was crystal clear what he meant,'If anything happens, I'm going to kill your son'

It was terrifying. This guy was threatening an imperial family member.

Hazel,Leo and Eva ran inside the forest with all their might. Their hair stood out when they heard another terrifying roar from their back. A mutant beast was following them.

The three kids were confused as to how a wild mutant beast reached the city without anyone noticing. It cannot be that Yoongi missed out this beast.

Eva tripped over a rock and fell down.

Hazel gritted her teeth as she paused. Leo was already helping Eva to stand up. Hazel's eyes went behind them to see a black giant tiger like creature. Its eyes were bright red but its body was too big for a tiger. Also it had tentacles behind its back. The large tentacles acted like its hands helping the beast to throw rocks at them. Hazel's forehead was already bleeding from a rock attack earlier.

"Hurry up!", Hazel screamed as she helped Leo to pull Eva.

They started running again. Running will not save them soon. The beast was getting its pace to catch up with them. They need to hide.

On the way,Hazel noticed a tree cave. The tree was really big. "There!"

First Eva entered and then Hazel lastly Leo entered inside. They held their breath as they waited with beating hearts. Cold sweat was dripping down from their foreheads.

Suddenly, everything was silent. Not even a bird chirpped.

Hazel realised something as her eyes went wide. Their scent,the beast will definitely catch up onto them! Though it won't be able to enter inside with its big body,it is a matter of time till it break the tree trunk.

It seemed like Leo also just realised it. When both Leo and Hazel looked at each other,they were suddenly under pressure.

Hazel didn't want to die. She wanted to live. That's the whole god damn reason she decided to fight for Pendragons. The reason why she wanted to be the villain. Was it all for nothing? But at the same time,being the only adult from mind is pressuring her now. Leo and Eva were still young. So,it's Hazel's responsibility to act as an adult. It's not about Pendragons and imperial family anymore. She isn't that low to let kids take the lead in this dangerous situation.

Taking a deep breath,Hazel looked at Leo and Eva.

Again! Is it Hazel's fate to die for them? No,I will not die. I will survive! I don't want to die!

"No", Eva mumbled as she looked at Hazel's eyes with her wide eyes. She understood Hazel's thoughts.

Hazel smirked as if she was saying you two are gonna owe me again. Leaving the two dumbstruck, Hazel crawled out of the tree trunk.

Her heart dropped when the corner of her eyes saw a black ball right next to their tree trunk. The beast had been always there as if it knew someone is going to come out. Its eyes shone as Hazel crawled out.

Normally when you faced a terrifying experience, you'd froze. Hazel froze too but the will to live kept her legs work. She jumped to her feet and made a mad run. She is going to fight for her life!

Though she had the will to live,it was a match against a human vs beast. Hazel could only run for two seconds when the beast's one of tentacles wrapped around her waist. It sent Hazel flying towards a tree.

Hazel's back hit the tree so hard that for a moment, she couldn't breath. When she fell on the ground, she felt so weak. Still she found herself standing up again with a tree branch. She held the tree branch as a sword and watched the beast with her crimson eyes. Not gonna die! She swore to herself! She will fight!

When a tentacle came towards her like a rocket, she managed to hit it from the tree branch. She was glad that she had played tennis in her past life.

But tennis skills cannot be compared to this beast's wild attacks.

Hazel had no where to run. So she decided to fight head on. Breaking the branch from her knee,she made two sticks. Her breathing was slow yet rapid as she looked at the beast.

"Die!!", She screamed from the top of her lungs before launching forward.

Before she could even reach the beast,it had her wrapped in tentacles.

"Let her go!", Leo screamed as he hit the beast with a rock.

Hazel was surprised he came. Not only him,Eva also had come out. She wasn't happy. Now her sacrifice is going to a waste. Why couldn't they run away? She hated this situation more than anything. The stupid kids were stupidly brave and it pisses her off.

"RUN AWAY! WHAT THE FUCK! GO AWAY!",Hazel screamed.

The two kids didn't listen.

Truly the ideal type of male lead and female lead. Always on their way to add up to the trouble. If they ran away,Hazel would have felt ease.

Suddenly the beast roared loudly at Hazel. She felt chills running down her spine as fear took over her. Using tentacles, it pinned Hazel to a tree and his upper paws were placed on either side of Hazel.

I'm going to die!

Anyone! Please help me! I want to live.

Suddenly, Hazel remembered her past life. Was there anyone who wanted to help her? No one was there to give her a hand when she was at the lowest. So,she was used to not get help from others.

I am.....really going to die.

Suddenly, blood splashed across Hazel's face.

She didn't know what happened.

The beast slowly fell down infront of her eyes. She didn't have any time to snap out of her daze when she started falling too.

But before she could hit the ground, a pair of arms held her.

"Gotcha"

Hazel snapped out of her daze and found herself in someone's embrace. And an unfamiliar deep voice.

She looked up immediately to meet a crimson eye and a black eye patch. With slightly curved up lips,he spoke,"Finally, we meet sister"

Sister?

Hazel couldn't register anything.

Yoongi looked at his shocked sister and couldn't help but to chuckle slightly. He found her adorable. "I guess,you are still terrified huh? Let's relax on the way home"

Yoongi looked back to see the crown prince with a pale face. Yoongi's face instantly went dark in disdain. He tsked in annoyance.

Hazel slightly overcame her fear to take a look at the duo but to her surprise, only the Prince was there. Eva had disappeared.

"Where is that girl?", Yoongi asked.

"U –Uh,she ran away", Leo answered hesitantly.

Eva must have hidden herself when Yoongi showed up and Hazel got it. Yoongi may not have seen Eva's face in an emergency situation like this but Eva who was at the side had clearly seen Yoongi. She knew that he is chasing her down. So she acted fast and hid herself probably inside that tree trunk.

Hazel pulled Yoongi's robe with her trembling hands, "Let's go brother",she said softly.

Yoongi was taken back when she called him 'brother'. "A –Alright", he pulled his cloak from his back and covered Hazel before turning to Leo. "I'll provide you a carriage to go to the palace"

It looks like Yoongi didn't want to go to the palace with the injured Hazel.

"W –Wait! L –Let me come with you two! And we need to go to the palace since Kalisto must be still at the palace"

Yoongi seemed annoyed more as he glared at Leo,"So?"

Leo was instantly flustered but he looked at Hazel with concern. He wanted to go with them to make sure Hazel was alright.

Hazel was still not over with her initial shock and stayed still in Yoongi's arms. She couldn't believe that someone was there to save her. Someone capable of saving her existed.

Just as Yoongi was about to get in the carriage, a loud shout came from afar.

"Brother Yoongi!!", It was Jungkook. He was riding a horse towards them.

Not only him,the rest of his brothers and father were also coming towards them.

Kalisto was the first one to reach Yoongi. As soon as he reached him,he took the now unconscious Hazel to his arms. A relief sigh left his lips as soon as he took Hazel to his arms. Yoongi was amazed seeing his father's reaction.

Jungkook also immediately reached them. "What happened to her?! Is she alright?! Why is she unconscious?!"

The rest also came to them with worried looks.

The boys surrounded Kalisto to take a look at their sister.

"She is injured!", Namjoon panicked.

"Hazel! Who did this to her?!", Jimin growled as his eyes landed on her blood.

Yoongi stared at his family with wide eyes. Is this really his cold blooded family? Surely a lot has changed. Even the cocky Taehyung looked worried. His eyebrows were narrowed together as he watched Hazel. And Jimin too,didn't he write to Yoongi how he hated Hazel? It doesn't look like that at all now.

Yoongi smirked slightly.

"Interesting"
