I collapsed as soon as I appeared at camp. A couple campers came running towards Will and I.

"What happened?" Lauren ,Wills half-sister, exclaimed in a panic.

"Stupid... Sow..." Is all I could manage between heavy breaths. The shadow travel drained me. I had already done it once before that day. Doing it twice was just plain torture.

"Get him to the Big House," I hadnt noticed Chiron until he ordered the campers.

"Is he going to be okay?" I asked, biting my lip.

"I dont know young hero. I wish I did," he gazed at me sadly.

"You dont look very ecstatic," I noted.

"Im not thinking he will be talking anytime soon," he stated, glancing over his shoulder.

My blood ran cold as I rushed after them. As I was entering the room Will was in, I felt a hand on my chest holding me back. I looked over to see Argus standing my the door. I growled and tried to move his hand, which led to him grumbling and forcing me back wards.

I hit the ground with a thump. I glared at Argus and tried to push through again. This time I got more then a push. His fist connected with my stomach and I stumbled backwards.

"What the Hades!" I yelled at him.

He responded with a low grumbling. He looked irritated. I didnt understand anything he was saying, and when he realized it, he rolled his eyes. It made me dizzy to be honest. 

I was about to yell at him again when the door to Will's room opened. I looked over to see Rosa, one of the Apollo healers, exit the room looking nervous.

"Why do you look so nervous?" I asked, near panic.

"Well, Will's condition is.." She trailed off.

"What?" I asked waiting for an update.

"Well, Cleo and Marcus are operating on him. And since there was such damage done we dont know if he'll live-" 

"What?" I asked, my blood running cold.

"Listen Nico. I really didnt want to be the one to tell you this, but if Will survives, which we dont think he will-"

"Get to the point!" I yelled. Rosa flinched and took a deep breath.

"Nico. If Will wakes up from the surgery, he only has so much time. Im really sorry," I stared at her before turning and running. I ran into Percy as I made my way out of camp.

"Nico what-" I didnt realize I was crying until he said "Nico what happened?"

When I didnt respond Hazel came forward and pulled me into a hug. I cried into her shoulder and hugged her back. I heard Jason and  Annabeth whispering together.

"We could IM Reyna. He enjoys her company," it was Jason.

"We could, but she might be busy and we also have Frank with us. Which means New Rome would be left praetor-less," Annabeth replied.

"Yeah, thats true. But I could switch places with her for a while," 

Annabeth sighed  "Fine! But if Piper wants to come, your letting her." 

"Okay," Jason replied. I pulled away from Hazel to see him grinning and talking to Piper now.

"Hey! Nico!" I turned around to see Rosa jogging towards us.

"Yeah..?" I asked nervously.

"We have an update. Come with me," I nodded and followed her back to the Big House.

She led me into Will's room and I followed nervously. I nearly sobbed when I saw him. 

His arm was bandaged and Cleo and Marcus were popping is shoulder back into place. I winced when I heard the pop! I looked back at him silently. Rosa went and sat in the chair next to the bed.

"Whats the update?" I asked hesitantly.

"We think he's going to live. But you might never talk to him again," She looked me straight in the eye "He's in a coma Nico. We dont know how long its going to be before he wakes up. Im sorry, kid." she left me in the room, patting my shoulder as she left.

I just stared at Will and whispered "Im sorry I couldnt protect you,"

GAHH!! THE FEELS! Sorry! Okay anyways! I like this chappie. I think Im gonna give each character an emotional chappie to add depth :) Sound good? Yes? Okay! Well, I need ideas for what to use for an emotional thing for Calypso... Maybe something about losing all the people she loves? Making Leo feel bad? I dont know but... Thanks for Reading!
