I was shocked when I heard about Calypso. I said something I shouldn't have and Leo is avoiding me and Calypso is constantly angry at me.

This morning we were finally going back to school and I knew the couple was nervous. Leo has been overprotective recently.

He doesn't allow Calypso to have COFFEE. Coffee is needed to everyone.

I sat in the SUV that Argus drove. Percy and Annabeth sat in the back. I suspected they were kissing so I didnt turn to look at them. Frank sat on my left in the middle row of seats. Then Leo hopped into the passenger seat.

"Hey guys!" he said grinning.

"Where's Calypso?" I asked.

He pursed his lips and didnt make eye contact with me "She has an appointment today,"

He sat back down in his seat and motioned for Argus to step on it.

When we arrived at school I pulled Leo aside. He tried to object but I slapped him.

'Ow!" He yelled "What was that for?"

"Being mad at me for no reason!"

"Im not mad! This sounds worse but its not, Im just disappointed that you said that." he said quietly.

"I said I was sorry!"

"Sorry isnt enough to fix that, Hazel!"

"Why not?"

"Because you and Calypso are the two people i trust to be told the truth. And you said that. I was already worried everybody would hate me. And you said that!" he turned and stormed away leavin me shell-shocked.

Frank walke over to me and grabbed my hand "You okay?" he asked.

I shook my head and buried my face in his shirt. I cried for a couple minutes before the bell rang.

LEO's POV

After the argument I was silent until lunch. When the teachers would ask me to answer a question I just shook my head and stared at the desk.

My grades were probably even lower.

At lunch I sat with the gang. I pushed my food around with my fork, still silent.

A group of boys walked over. They were obviously jocks. I hate jocks. They suck. I hate jocks!

The one I recognized as Matt said "Did your friend here become a mute? Awww. Maybe he shouldn't be hanging out with a decently popular group.

That's when I snapped. I stood up an grabbed the collar of his shirt and held him against the wall. I kneed him in the soft spot and twisted his arms when he doubled over.

Matt cried out in pain as I continued to twist his arm. I kicked him in the nose and sat back down grumpily.

My group stared at me "What?" I asked defensively.

"I approve," Percy said grinning.

Hazel looked at Matt and back at me proudly.

I smiled slightly as Matt's crew or him to the nurse.

A couple minutes later the intercom said "Leo Valdez to the office, please."

I stood up an strode out of the cafeteria, grinning at my friends.
Percy was grinning right back.

As I entered the office , a wave of worry hit me in the face.

Gods....

"Leo Valdez?" I looked over to where the voice came from and my eyes widened.

She stared at me, shock showing on her face.

"Mowra..." I trailed off.

"I thought you learned not to run," she said quietly.

"I have been in the same place for a year Mow." I said quietly.

"I missed you. I was worried sick," She said close to tears.

She came over to me and hugged me.

"I didnt know you worked here," I told her.

"Yeah... When you ran away i came here. I thought you hated me..."

"No! I just didnt think you liked me so I ran..."

"Well I guess your off the hook this time. Dont beat anybody up again," Mowra smiled.

I smiled back and walked out of the office grinning.

"Oh and Leo?" I turned around.
"Raeley goes here,".

I walked back into the cafeteria with a blush covering my face.

I sat down silently.

"Are you in trouble? And why are you blushing?" Piper asked.

"Im not in trouble. I was let off the hook by a former foster parent. One I actually liked. And im blushing because her daughter goes here. And I had a major crush on her." Piper gaped at me.

"Oh. That could cause trouble with you and Calypso," she said quietly.

"I know," I sighed.

I swear im trying to get off of the topic of Caleo's baby! Its just soooooo hard XD.
