'That kid is so stubborn! He won't answer any of my questions!' I thought. "SSire,something wrong?" Skales hissed slithering over to me "the brat,won't answer any of my questions!" I said frustrated. "Come,ssire, let's go someplace quiet" Skales hissed "agreed" I said as we slithered away.

Time Skip...

We slithered into Skales' room and curled up on his blue sofa. "Ah,this is better!" I said relaxing . "This is better than trying to interrogate that brat," I said. The door opened and stepped in Skales ' wife Selma.

"Hey boys, what's going on?" She hissed walking over "well I could be better but I have to deal with a kid" I said " wait, a sserpentine child?" Selma said confused "no, a human child" I said. Her eyes widened" a human child?!" She said surprised. "That child is a intruder he was caught sneaking in our glorious City" I hissed " that kid is a little brat and won't answer any of my questions!" I hissed angrily. "SShould I go see if I can get him to speak?" Selma asked " sure! Try away!" I said " okay ssee you later" Selma said walking out of the room,I looked over at Skales and said " do you think she can do it?" I said "well she's my wife after all, I know that she can do it" Skales hissed. 'I hope Selma can make the kid talk, or I have no choice but to punish him'

Brian POV...

It's been like 23 minutes since the Anacondrai left. He was very mad with me which scared me would he ever let me go? The door opened and out stepped a Hyphobrai with pink scales with white markings on its head and body. This Hyphobrai probably was a female. She slowly walked over to me. "No! Stay away!" I cried struggling against the chains. The female Hyphobrai sat down next to me and hugged me to her scaly chest. I struggled in her grip when I stopped because how gentle she was being and how warm her scaly chest was." There you go, nice and calm" she said rubbing my back slowly and gently with her gray claws." What is your name? miness SSelma'' Selma said " my name is- what a second!" I said pulling away from Selma'' you work for that Anacondrai!" I said looking away from Selma''I don't work for him,I live here with my family" she said" I know that your just lying so you can get information for that Anacondrai, so you can get rid of me"I said "No I'm not lying and I will never hurt you, sweetheart" Selma said in a sweet motherly tone "Okay,sorry,my name is Brian" I said "Who was that Anacondrai?" I said scared " his name is Pythor he is the King of Snakes and the last of the Anacondrai" Selma said " he's scary" I said scared. "I fear he might try to hurt or eat me" I said, tearing up a little. Selma brought me back to her scaly chest" I will make sure he doesn't, I promise" she said. "And I will help you get back to your parents, they must be worried sick about you" she said but as soon as she said that, I remembered what happened to my parents, how my father had died, his last words. I started to cry again," oh, what's the matter? Did I ssay something?" She hissed, hugging me close. "No you're fine, it's just, my parents were murdered by a group of robbers, that's the reason I came here, just for shelter" I said crying more. Selma gasped and hugged me even closer to where I could hear her heart beating," Oh,I'm sso ssorry,Brian" she hissed hugging me as good as she can while I still had chains still on. "Do you have anyone else to stay with?" Selma asked " my father, gave me a old journal just before he died, he said that it would help me find someone who knew my father and would take care of me" I said giving Selma the old journal. She opened it up and read her eyes widened, she got up and said "I will be back". She quickly walked out of the room what was that about?' I thought confused

Pythor POV...

I was still curled up on Skales blue sofa along with the Fangpyre general Fangtom Skales left to go check on his son Skales Jr.
When suddenly the door opened and Selma stepped into the room with a shocked look on her scaly face. "What?" I said, "you made a horrible mistake" Selma said "what do you mean, Selma?" I asked "The only reason, Brian came here, wass for shelter, and he has suffered enough his parents were murdered by a group of robbers" Selma said. My eyes widened and I lowered my head in shame "So he was innocent, I had no idea"I said mad at myself. "It'ss okay you only were doing what you thought was right you had no idea" Selma said patting my purple scaly shoulder. "But that'ss not all, he had thiss" Selma said giving me a old looking journal. "What is this?" I asked "Just read it, it'ss unbelievable" Selma said, I opened up the journal my eyes widened at what it said:

Dear King Pythor,
If you are reading this then I'm probably dead. Please protect my son, he is the next in line to become the next green ninja, I did have two assigned Guardians from your kingdom but now I only have one. The two Guardians were your Father General Arcturus and your Venomari General Acidicus, they both agreed to become his Guardians since me and your father and Acidicus were best friends years ago. Please keep Brian safe because soon forces of evil will try to destroy him. May The First Spinjitzu Master and Your Father Arcturus protect him.

Oh, my god! We had the future Green Ninja in our glorious city! 'Why didn't my father ever tell me he was friends with Brian's father before he disappeared?' I thought when I noticed that Skales was in the room. "Please, go get Acidicus" I said to Skales "yess,ssire" Skales hissed slithering away. I looked over at Selma "Brian's father knew General Acidicus and my Father, which is very interesting, because both Acidicus and My Father never told me they were friends with Brian's father" I said. "But the important thing iss that Brian iss safe here" Selma said. "Agreed" I said as the door opened and Acidicus slithered in. He bowed and said "You summoned me my king?". I then said "I know about how you and my father were friends with a human named James and also how you are now a Guardian to his son, Brian" I said "how do you know that?" Acidicus said surprised "Because Brian is here and his parents were murdered by a group of robbers" I said, Acidicus looked shocked "he'ss here?!" Acidicus said "yeah,he is in my quarters" I said. "Please take me to him, please" Acidicus said anxiously. "Right away, follow me" I said getting up with Acidicus back to my quarters and to the future Green Ninja.
