Welp, I warned y'all that we were making a sequel.

So here it is!

This takes place about 2 years in the Sonicverse and approximately 20 years in Marklin's universe.

"Oh come ON!"

Jasper buried his face in his hands as he looked onto the unwelcomely familiar scene.

The blue hedgehog blinked as he stared at the humans. "So, I guess this is happening...."

"Welcome to back to Hell honey." Marklin rung an arm around Jasper.

"I thought they were gone for good." Shadow crossed his arms.

Sonic just chuckled, wrapping an arm around Shadow. "How did you guys manage this again?"

"Oh gott only knows." Marklin sighed, he knelt down to wrangle the impulsive child by his legs.

Shadow's eyes were immediately drawn to the child. "What the hell is that?"

"Language, Shadow." Sonic gently scolded, but Shadow payed no mind to it. Marklin put a hand up and brushed off the language.

"A spawn." Marklin said casually.

"The kids were pulled into this?!" Jasper squacked, he started to take a count on the children that were with them previously and with them now. "Where's Scout...." He said quickly, he picked up Basil and noted Fred in his husbands arms.

"You guys have kids!?" Sonic smiled brightly before taking on a teasing tone. "Aw, did you come to introduce them to their heroic Uncle Sonic?"

"Do you think our goal is to bring our kids to hell?" Marklin sneered, he stood and started to look for the other child with Jasper.

"This isn't-" Sonic cut himself off, not wanting to have that discussion for the millionth time.

"See this is why we need to teach them to stay with us better!" Jasper snapped, Marklin puffed.

"What are they gonna learn? Cass never had to worry about us because she let us have freedom!" Marklin hissed back.

"YoU GReW uP IN a DEmIlITarIZed ZOnE!" Jasper squacked, Marklin rolled his eye, "OH DON'T ROLL YOUR EYES DO YOU REMEMBER LAST TIME WE WERE STUCK HERE ASSHHOLE!"

"Eh, you guys need help?" Sonic's ears went back, suddenly remembering how loud the humans could get.

"No, leave us alone with a lost kid!" Jasper barked, Marklin started to actively move to find Scout.

"SCOUT! Get back here you little shit!" Marklin called.

"How were we supposed to know you were looking for another kid?" Sonic huffed, but started to help in the search. Shadow just rolled his eyes at the scene before deciding to also help.

"Just help, aren't you supposed to be a hero or something?" Marklin snapped.

"I am a hero!" Sonic snapped back.

"Hohoho!" an evil Santa Claus like laugh echoed through the area as the slightly notorious Dr. Eggman appeared, holding the young, human child. "Might this be what you're looking for?"

Jasper almost dropped Basil and Marklin instantly fluffed up into anger. "ALRIGHT BUDDY!" Marklin pitched a rock at the round man in a floating thing with his daughter.

"Ow, hey!" Eggman rubbed his head, were the rock had hit him before shouting, "Robots! Attack!"

A rather large group of robots came up towards them, and Sonic felt himself smirk. "Jeez, Egghead, you sure are getting lazy with your robot designs." He then spin dashed into a few, destroying them quickly. Shadow joined in, not really caring about the whole ordeal.

Marklin took himself and in a charge at Eggman jumped on to the vessel the man was on.

"Hi mom." Scout peeped, none the worse.

The robots were destroyed quickly, and the hedgehogs found themselves watching what was going in. Eggman glared at Marklin. "Get off of it; you'll ruin the paint job!"

"That’s not THE ONLY THING I'LL RUIN!" Marklin hollered, he found his footing and got all the way on the thing, Marklin took a quick left hook to the man. He grabbed his kid and hopped off the floating thing.

Eggman grunted as Sonic started stretching. The hedgehog then ran and jumped, curling up into a ball, and hitting Eggman's floating vehicle, and sending him flying off into the sky. Marklin held Scout close to him.

"Gott, this is gonna be long." Marklin sighed as he cuddled his previously kidnapped child. Jasper put a hand on Marklin’s shoulder and adjusted Basil onto his hip.

Sonic smiled as he wrapped an arm around Shadow. "Well, now that that's taken care of, nice to see ya two again!"

"Yeah, I guess." Marklin snarled, "Anyways, these are three of our goblins." Marklin sighed, "Scout, Farrokh, and Basil."

"It's Fred." drilled the child at Marklins legs.

Sonic chuckled lightly. "Haha, well, it's nice to meet you! I'm Sonic the Hedgehog and this is Shadow!" Shadow just 'hmph'ed in response.

"Mommy why is he blue?" Basil asked.

Sonic blinked. "I was born blue."

"Eat your vegetables or you'll turn blue like that thing." Marklin told solidly.

"Hey!" Sonic shouted offensively.

"Eat a horse." Scout barked.

Sonic was about to say something, but was cut off by Shadow. "Sonic, you know you'll never win this argument."

Sonic pouted. "Jeez, Shads, at least have some faith in your boyfriend."

"I have faith that you'd get your ass handed to you in an argument with any of these humans." Shadow said simply. Sonic kept the pout, eventually guilt tripping Shadow into giving him a small peck on the cheek. "I'm just saying this because I care about you, and your ego's too big already."

"Aw, Shads cares about me!" Shadow rolled his eyes at his boyfriend's antics.

"I'm hungry." Fred tugged at Marklins pant leg. Marklin sighed deeply.

"So, you have anywhere good to eat around here?" Marklin asked with a true sigh.

"We know a place." Sonic said. "It's, eh.... edible?" He looked to Shadow, who just shrugged.

"I've had worse." Marklin made a noncommittal gesture towards Jasper.

"HEY!" Jasper squawked, "Eh." Jasper then shrugged.

Sonic lightly chuckled, "Alright! To Meh Burger!"

Marklin sat the children down, and was soon grabbed by the arm and screaming as Sonic took off. Shadow crossed his arms and sighed. "And I thought Faker matured more." he then looked to Jasper, "It's not that far from here; we don't have to run."

And so, the black hedgehog led Jasper and his kids to a small village, mumbling, "Welcome to Hedgehog Village, or whatever stupid name Sticks came up with."

“Alright, seems quiet and nice.” Jasper said as he held his oldest hand and they formed a chain in birth order. Various Mobians were walking around, none of them looking particularly busy. Shadow led them to a small fast food establishment, where Sonic was seen straightening his bandana with Marklin on the floor beside him.

Marklin slowly got up, at this point just done and knowing  it was pointless to fight. Sonic smiled as he noticed the others walking up. “Welcome to Meh Burger, the only place to eat without having to make it yourself.”

“Small town then?” Markling brushed dust off of himself.

“Yeah.” Sonic nodded. “But it’s nice here, very peaceful.”

“The only reason we moved here is because this is where Dr. Eggman moved.” Shadow grunted, crossing his arms. “And it’s not very peaceful when all the villagers are idiots.”

“Shads, don’t be rude.” Sonic scolded. “But, yeah, they can be a bit… much.”

Sonic walked up to the counter, where a teenage beaver was standing, looking completely done with his life.

Jasper pulled the kids and Marklin over to the counter. Sonic leaned against the counter. “Sup Dave. That’ll be three kids meals, three burgers, and one chili dog.”

“Would you like fries with that?” the one named Dave asked.

“Yeah, sure.” Sonic said.

“Is there even a menu?” Marklin sneered quietly.

“No.” Shadow said. “For some reason, everyone here seems to know it though.” Marklin shrugged.

They soon got their food and Sonic led them to a nearby table, sitting down, and instantly downing his food. Shadow sat down beside him, only eating a few fries. Marklin and Jasper wrangled the children into seats and with meals. Shadow felt like he should give a warning to the two adults, but shrugged it off in favor of seeing their reactions to how the food could only be described as edible. After the kids were settled, Marklin and Jasper both took bites of their burgers, Jasper shrugged.

Marklin however.

“You eat this!?” He snapped, “I think I’m eating a rock!”

“You get use to it after a while.” Sonic shrugged.

“A WHiLe!?” Marklin squacked, “A While is not an option!”

“For now, it’s all you have to eat until you get back home.” Shadow huffed. “So you’ll just have to deal with it.”

“After this, we’ll go to Tails and figure out what to do from here, considering we lost almost all of his inventions a while back….” Sonic said.

Marklin laid his face into the table.

“No school!” Scout cheered, Jasper chuckled.

Sonic laughed. “No school! Wooo!”

“I’m gonna go insane!” Markling droned, Basil patted his mother's back gently.

“Aw, I knew you missed me.” Sonic teased. Marklin made a dieing noise.

Soon enough, they all finished their food, and they walked to Tails’ house where the young fox was seen outside, working on his beloved plane. Jasper elbowed Marklin before he could say anything. Tails noticed them and stood up, smiling. “I never thought I’d see you two again.”

“Here, here, fox.” Marklin said, Jasper elbowed him.

“Well, I guess I’ll have to remake the machine I made all those years ago….” Tails rubbed the back of his head nervously. “It might be a while, though….”

“Of course.” Marklin sighed.

“Sorry.” Tails smiled. “It’ll be faster than last time though. So don’t worry!”

“Of course! Take your time!”  Jasper peeped.

Tails smiled brightly. “There’s not really much to do on this island, but I’m sure you all can find a way to fill the time.”

“Of course, we will stay out of your hair.” Jasper said gently.

Tails nodded and walked into his workshop, immediately starting to work. Sonic tuned to the group, a wide smile on his face. “Now we have some time to catch up, eh? How's your life been?”

Marklin gestured at his partial gaggle of children. Sonic just chuckled. “Yeah, okay, that’s a stupid question. Are these all your children, or…?”

“No….” Jasper said darkly. “These are the one we still have to hold hands with.”

“Jeez, you two have been busy.” Sonic blinked.

“Oh yes we have-”

“He named one of our kids after his dead gay crush and I banned him from more kids. AND THEN.” Jasper gowled.

Shadow cringed before looking to Sonic. “We’re not ending up like them.”

“Aw, Shads, we could have children of our own, and you’d love them all!”

“I’m NOT carrying a child!”

“Good.” Jasper said bitterly. “That one came out with half of me.” Jasper pointed at Basil.

“I told you you should have had-”

“YOUR NOT MY DOCTOR!” Jasper blasted.

“I’M-”

“You’re a washed up pop singer is what you are.”

“DUH, why do you think I’m a doctor!” Jasper glared at his husband.

“I see you two have gotten… louder….” Sonic said, his ears flattened against his head.

“Ha!” Scout started to laugh. “You think there loud now?”

“Alright, number one rule.” Sonic said. “No shouting. This island has many people with sensitive hearing, and if Sticks can hear you, she’d probably call you aliens.”

“I’ve been called much worse by much better.” Marklin sighed, Jasper elbowed him.

“Shut it you man whore.” Jasper sneered.

“And you two have somehow managed to raise children….” Shadow blinked.

“Our counselor is amazed.” Jasper imfored.

“You both amaze me,” Sonic said. “How are you two still together?”

“Every other Friday night we have to go on a date and the other Friday we have to go out with other people, counselor said it helps.” Marklin informed.

“It’s helpful for being able to sleep once in awhile.” Jasper sneered.

The two looked slightly uncomfortable now, not really knowing what to say. Sonic coughed awkwardly. “So… Eh, how’s Cass, Kathie, and Timothy doing…?”

“Is Kathie still a fucking asshole who drinks milk right out of the container?” Shadow sneered, not particularly liking Marklin’s cousin.

“Cass finally retired and is living with her wife, Timmy has a wife, two kids, and a multi million dollar business, and Kathie has her own house and is next in line for head doctor of the hospital.” Marklin said quickly. “I changed the locks.”

“Well, that’s great.” Sonic smiled. “As you can probably see, a lot of things have changed here too heh.”

“As I have eyes I’ve notic-” Jasper elbowed Marklin in the ribs, Marklin dropped to his knees.

“It’s nice here.” Jasper said nicely.

Sonic had to wince at the blow, but quickly resumed the conversation. “Yeah, it is.”

“Besides the villagers being fucking idiots that don’t know anything, the doctor somehow becoming stupider than before, the echidna having amnesia and suddenly being the stupidest thing to ever exist, and a crazed badger shouting paranoid thoughts everywhere.” Shadow grumbled.

“It’s a great place.” Sonic smiled, elbowing the other slightly. Shadow just rolled his eyes.

“Sounds nice.” Marklin gasped, Basil tugged at his mother's shirt.

“I’m tired.” Basil said quietly.

“And?” Fred sneered, Scout punched her brother in the arm. “Heeeeeeeeyyyy.” Fred whined the best he could.

“Scout don’t hit your brother.” Jasper sighed tiredly.

“Such a nice family….” Sonic chuckled lightly.

Shadow leaned in and whispered, “We are definitely not having children.”

“Aw, come on Shads! Dont’cha wanna be a mother?” Sonic pouted.

“Not if all children act like this.” Shadow growled quietly.

“The older ones are better.” Jasper informed.

“Yeah but the older ones don’t have an as active sleeping schedule.” Marklin stood, picking up his tired five year old.

“We can drop the kids off at Amy’s. She loves taking care of children.” Sonic suggested.

“That works.” Marklin said, he rocked Basil lightly as the child started to fall asleep.
