The Next Day - Tatsuyu's POV

I sit on a chair eating some watermelon with Jiraiya as we wait for Naruto. "You'd think he'd be more punctual since he's not meeting up with Kakashi who's at least 3 or 4 hours later." I say and Jiraiya nods in agreement.

"Oh well, we can start training with out him." Jiraiya says once we finish eating.

"That's true." I say as I get up.

"Show me all your Jutsu and we'll go from there." Jiraiya says to me and I nod as we stand in the middle of a clearing.

I use all the Water Style and Wind Style Jutsu's I know along with a few Lightning Jutsu's.

"You acquired the Lightning affinity already?" Jiraiya asks me.

"Uh huh." I say and Jiraiya smirks and does a hand sign.

"Your hair is long enough now, so, you can use this Jutsu." Jiraiya says as he hair forms a protective barrier around him. "Hair Needle Jizo." Jiraiya says to me and I nod, he shows me the hand signs and I focus my chakra to my hair and it hardens as it wraps around me, protectively. "Wow, first try and you mastered it, your a prodigy alright." Jiraiya says to me with a grin and once my hair is back to normal, he ruffles it up.

"Was messing my hair up, really necessary?" I ask him and Jiraiya nods.

Naruto gets here as Jiraiya tosses me a scroll. "What's that?" Naruto asks.

"Your late." Me and Jiraiya say to him.

"Sorry, sorry, I'm used to having to meet up with my Sensei who's always late." Naruto says nervously and I face palm.

"Kami, why is an idiot my" I mutter the rest under my breath and Jiraiya nods in agreement.

"What'd you say?" Naruto asks me confused and I smile nervously.

"Nothing you need to know yet." I say to him as I wave my hand in front of me.

"Aww come on, tell me!" Naruto begs and I continue to say no while Jiraiya's just laughing at my misfortune.

"TRAINING TIME!" I yell distracting Naruto and Naruto grins and goes over to Jiraiya and bugs him while I sit on the ground and I unroll my scroll that Jiraiya gave me.

I read the writing to see its a summoning Jutsu.

"Toads don't suit you." Jiraiya says as he looks over my shoulder while also watching Naruto trying to walk on water, but failing. "Use your blood on it while doing these hand signs." Jiraiya says as he shows me the hand signs and I nod. "This scroll will find your suitable summoning animal and it will appear." Jiraiya explains and I nod.

I do the hand signs and I bite the side of my index finger and I draw blood and I put the blood in the circle and a poof happens and a Lioness appears and Jiraiya sweat drops.

"That's almost too perfect." Jiraiya mutters and I look at the Lioness as she walks over to me and sniffs me.

"Your such a majestic cat." I say and she head buts me in the stomach as she purrs.

"Alright, you two will make a contract." Jiraiya says to us and the Lioness raises her head proudly.

"My name, is Kiara." The Lioness says to me as she looks at me and has me make a sealing sign on her, I'm part Uzumaki, my father's mother was half Uzumaki since my Great Grandfather married an Uzumaki, I think.

"Are you sure this is the right summoning seal?" Jiraiya asks.

"Yes, I'm sure." Kiara says to him and I finish the seal and I place my hand in the center of it and the summoning formula forms on my wrist. "And, done." Kiara says to us and I nod.

"Didn't that hurt?" Jiraiya asks us.

"Eh, after training with Lee for the past year who always pushes us to do more training that our bodies can handle, each morning after that is waves upon pain or soreness, even for Guy-Sensei, but Lee is another story, he's like a super human to still move, Neji can barely even move after too much physical training and he's as stubborn as I am." I say and Jiraiya nods.

"Makes sense." Jiraiya says and I look up at the sky.

"And that training paid off for the most part, until his left arm and leg were crushed so bad that he might never be a Shinobi again. Lady Tsunade might be the only one who can fix him, but." I say and Jiraiya nods.

"She's not coming back for a long time." Jiraiya says to me and I nod. "Well, you and Ms. Lioness should train in your teamwork." Jiraiya says and I nod and get up.

Me and Kiara train together in our teamwork for hours, basically until we drop.

"Jeez, when I said train, I didn't mean torture." Jiraiya says to us.

I wave him off as I get up, staggering slightly, but I keep my balance and I stay on my feet. "I'm fine, this is nothing, though, I do feel like I could sleep for a moon after using as much chakra as I have today." I say and Jiraiya rolls his eyes at me.

"Your not fine, your staggering a bit and you look dead tired." Jiraiya says to me.

I cross my arms over my chest as I look at him. "I wonder why, because I totally didn't spend 5 days in Training Ground 44 with a red head from the Sand who is hell bent on trying to get my blood, for this so called mother, which I'm sure is just Shikaku who has made him insane in the head, so I had to stay awake when I got to the tower, oh, and I didn't just use excessive amounts of Chakra today and I got a horrible sleep last night." I say to Jiraiya and he sweat drops.

"Your worse than Tsunade when she complains, except she drinks." Jiraiya says to me.

"I don't drink." I say to Jiraiya and Kiara falls asleep and poofs away.

"You should seriously get some rest though, you look, like crap." Jiraiya says to me and makes me sit down under a tree and has me fall asleep, I just humor him since I can barely stand, or move, or have the energy to fight him.

The Next Day

I wake up to the sound of yelling in my ear and I groan annoyed.

"Who's ever yelling is going to get a serious punch." I mutter.

"GET UP!" Someone yells in my ear and that someone is Naruto and I punch him in the cheek and he flies, far back.

"I told you so." I mutter and I sit up, rubbing my eyes as Jiraiya waves his hand in front of my face. "I'm awake, what do you guys want?" I ask slightly annoyed.

"We wanted to see how long it would take for us to wake you up." Jiraiya says to me.

My eye twitches slightly. "I wonder how long it will take for my fist to connect with your face." I say to him and Jiraiya scrambles away. I try getting up to chase him, but I severely regret it as I fall back down on my chin. "Ow." I mutter and Jiraiya chuckles while Naruto laughs at me.

"You regretting training so hard yesterday?" Jiraiya asks me.

"No." I say to him. "The only thing I regret is not going home last night, I look incredibly weak and defenseless right now since I can barely move, mainly because I've strained every single muscle in my body, past its limit." I say and Jiraiya smirks. "Touch me, and your fingers are getting chopped off." I say as I grab hold of my katana handle and Jiraiya raises his hands up in defense.

"Ok, ok, I won't touch you." Jiraiya says to me I let go of my katana.

1 Month of Exhausting Training with Jiraiya and Naruto, later

I lay on my bed in my apartment, not wanting to move.

"Tatsu, you have to get up at some point." TenTen says to me and I groan.

"I don't see the reason why, I have 3 days till the final Exam." I say to her and she rolls hers eyes. "Wake me up if I don't wake up in the next three days." I say to her and TenTen nods.

I go back to sleep for the next two days and I wake up early on the third day.

I wake up slowly, feeling a lot better and hungry, and in desperate need of a shower.

"Tatsu, your awake." TenTen says as she walks in to see me laying on my bed, staring at the wall.

"And hungry, and in desperate need of a shower, but thing is, I'm so comfortable, I don't want to move from this spot." I say and TenTen drags me out of my bed and I get up.

"Shower first, you stink like rotting eggs." TenTen says to me and I walk to the bathroom and I shower.

Once I finish I walk into the kitchen in my normal outfit and TenTen sets a plate in front of me and I basically inhale it.

"Woah, slow down, your gonna choke." TenTen says amused and I finish eating.

"I'm done, now, to get to the stadium." I say and I put my Ninja sandals and I run to the stadium and I make it there just behind Neji as we walk in.

"Could you be anymore late?" Neji asks me, slightly annoyed.

I snort at him. "I'm sorry that I trained my ass off this entire month, so much to the point where I slept two days in a row with out waking up." I say to him.

"Who trained you? And it wasn't Guy-Sensei who did." Neji asks me, slightly curious.

"My Godfather." I say and his eye twitches in annoyance as we line up.

"He hasn't been in the village for months." Neji says to me and I smirk at him. "Where have you been?" Neji asks.

"Outside the village, with permission from Lord Hokage, since he knew I'd go seek Jiraiya out for training." I lie, pretty easily.

"You little, how do you always get the better teacher?" Neji asks annoyed.

"Our team are experts in Tai-Jutsu, I have the ability in Nin-Jutsu, Gen-Jutsu, Tai-Jutsu and Ken-Jutsu, Guy-Sensei can't teach me Gen-Jutsu or Nin-Jutsu so I had to find a teacher who could." I say to him. "And unlike you, I don't have a Do-Jutsu or a Kekkie Genkai." I say to Neji and he rolls his eyes in annoyance.

Naruto runs in yelling something about bulls and trips next to my feet and I raise an eyebrow.

"Naruto, shut up." Shikamaru says to him and Naruto looks up at me.

"Hey, I only believe what I see, so don't go asking me for backup." I say to Naruto as he gets up.

Genma tells us to be quiet since so many people are watching and I smirk.

"People are watching our fights?" I ask and Neji rolls his eyes.

"Your gonna make your fight a show, aren't you?" Neji asks me and I smirk.

"What, they're gonna be bored out of their minds watching you." I say to Neji and he rolls his eyes.

"Well excuse me if I want to win." Neji says to me.

"You won't win against all the training I've put myself through the month." I say as I look away and he scowls at me.

"You wanna bet?" Neji asks me and I smirk.

"Nah, with Lady Tsunade's luck running in my blood, I don't think I want to lose this bet." I say to him.

"Wimp." Neji mutters and I elbow him in the arm and he holds it in pain.

"I'm not a wimp." I say to Neji and he scowls at me.

Lord Hokage announces the begging of the Final Rounds and I head up stairs with everyone but Neji and Naruto.

"So, who do you think is gonna win?" Shikamaru asks me.

"I don't know, I'd rather not place my bets incase I lose, though, since Naruto was training with me this month, I'd have to say it'd be a close match." I say and Shikamaru nods.

Shino watches me as I sit down. "You sure you want to sit down?" Shino asks.

"Yes, I'm sure, I'm not voting for either of the two, mainly because one is loud and woke me up, every morning this past month and the other is annoying with his destiny crap talk, saying everyone is below him when he can't even beat me." I say and we watch as Neji talks and talks about his past and what the main branch did to him and his father.

"This is what I was apologizing for, Neji is upset and angry at the Main Branch, at his Uncle, since the Side Branches have to protect the Main Branch with their lives, and since the Hidden Cloud lied about them not trying to get the Byakugan from Hinata, Hiashi, the Hyuga's clan head, killed who took Hinata, Hizashi, Hiashi's brother paid the price for it." I say and Shino stares at me shocked along with Shikamaru. "In the end result, Neji started to resent the Main Branch, he grew up faster, became serious and was led to believe that one day he'd have to sacrifice his life for Hinata, whether he wants to or not, he says its his destiny, which I find total crap, because he's a human being who can pave his own way in life, Hiashi, he didn't apologize to Neji, he didn't even acknowledge the pain Neji went through with losing his father." I say as I watch the fight calmly.

"You apologized for our ignorance on the subject." Shino says to me.

"No I didn't, Neji got out of hand and he's to stubborn to say sorry, even if he doesn't mean it. I was already gonna apologize, even if Ino didn't make me go around introducing myself." I say to him and Shino nods.

Naruto beats Neji.
