The Next Day - Tatsuyu's POV

I look at the people standing in front of me at the gates. "Alright, Konohamaru, you take two Genin with you to the South Outpost, Moegi, take two Genin to the North Outpost, Udon, take two Genin to the East Outpost, Naruto, take two Genin to the West Outpost, the last few Genin here will help babysit right outside the gates with a few adults, if anyone were to attack, your to send up a flare with this flare gun." I say holding one up and they nod and get to work. "Kotesu, Izumo, get going to the Land of Waves, oh, and Genin, when you get to the outposts, say you need supplies and they should be given to you and tell them I sent you, since normally I'm the one getting the supplies for the village, they'll pass them over." I say and they nod and leave.

Four Genin are left and I choose Kurenai, and two other women to go with them with the kids and I entrust the flare gun to Kurenai.

"Your really doing a good job Tatsuyu." Kurenai says to me with a smile and I nod in thanks and she leaves with the kids and the other two women.

"Alright, Kiba, Shino, Choji, TenTen and Lee, you'll be coming with me to get some wood for Tazuna to start building, Yamato start helping the other Jonin with clearing away the rubble." I say to them and they nod. "You men, will help him." I say and they nod.

"And what do I do?" Shikamaru asks me.

"You, Ino and anyone of your choice, look for anything useable in the rubble, whether its pictures or more medical supplies, try and salvage as much as you can." I say to him and he nods.

"LETS GO!" Lee says excitedly.

"Neji, you and Guy-Sensei watch the gates for anyone suspicious and if that flare goes off, one of you go and help while the other comes and gets us." I say and the two nod and we head out into the forest. "Cut down as many tree's as you can, we need a lot of wood for building." I say and they nod and we separate and get to work on cutting down tree's. At noon, I have about 100 tree's, Shino has about 80, TenTen has 75, Kiba and Akamaru have 50 and Choji had 25.

"Wow, I didn't know we could get that much done by lunch." I say surprised and everyone nods in agreement. "Come on, lets take these back and stack them up." I say Choji uses his partial expansion Jutsu for his arms and picks up about half the tree's, while Akamary pulls 5 tree's with him, TenTen drags a few with her while Shino takes half of what is left and carries them with his bugs and I use wind to float the logs in the air above me and we head back into the village and we stack the logs up and create a lot of piles.

After we finish that, the Genin get back and I look through the supplies.

"Great job you guys." I say to them. "We have tools now which is a good thing." I say and Naruto grins and so does Konohamaru. "Anyways, you guys go get lunch, I'm gonna sort these tools." I say and they nod and TenTen looks at me.

"You don't want anything?" TenTen asks me.

"No, I'll be fine." I say and she nods and goes with everyone else as I sort out the tools and TenTen comes back with two sandwiches and tea for the both of us.

"I lived with you for years and we're teammates, you can't fool me." TenTen says to me as she sits next to me and we sort out the tools together as we have lunch.

"Well then, when should we start building?" TenTen asks me.

"When the carpenters are ready." I say to her and she nods.

I boss everyone around for about a week until I'm called into a meeting to stand in front of everyone.

"Well then, I can't decide." The feudal lord says and I look at him. "One is young and is keeping the village together and helping everyone out, the other one is older and has more knowledge, I'd have to say both for right now, until the voting comes in from the Jonin." The feudal lord says and Shikaku, Inoichi and Choza look surprised.

"I'm fine with that, so long as he doesn't have full control over the village." I say and the meeting is adjourned and I walk back to Lady Tsunade's tent and I sit down.

"How was the meeting?" Shizune asks me worried.

"Me and Danzo are tied right now for Hokage, we have to wait for the votes to come in from the Jonin to see who's gonna be Hokage." I say to her and she nods and hands me Lady Tsunade's Hokage hat and I look at it.

"You'll be needing that then." Shizune says to me.

"I think, I'm just take a small break, I've been working since dawn." I say and Shizune and I look at Lady Tsunade when Samui walks in and I look up.

"I need to speak with Lady Hokage." Samui says to us and I stand up, holding the hat in my hands and she looks at me surprised.

"Long time no see Samui, anyways, my cousin has been in a coma, but, I'm tied right now for the Hokage position with another, I'll accept the letter." I say to her and she nods as I place the hat on my head.

Danzo walks in and takes the letter before I could.

I blink as he looks at it and smirks. "I'll be accepting the letter since this girl is incompetent to do so, her feelings would get in the way of it." Danzo says and I raise an eyebrow.

"If you haven't notice Danzo, I have an equal right to that Letter, now let me see it." I say to him and he just grunts.

"I'm your elder, you should respect me." Danzo says to me.

"When the hell do I respect people I don't like?" I ask him and Shizune nods with a small sweat drop.

"Just both of you look at it." Samui says to us and I take the letter from him and I look at it.

"Lord Raikage is gonna get an earful from Naruto, and so am I, but, information can't hurt anyone, especially since he's changed the last 3 years, the information is nothing now, so go ahead and have it." I say and Samui nods while Danzo looks at me suspiciously.

"Thank you Lady Tatsuyu." Samui says to me.

"Drop the formalities." I say to her and she nods and leaves the tent and Shizune looks at me.

"Why did you agree to that?" Shizune asks me.

"Think about it, the only person with all the new information on Sasuke from over the past 3 years, that could harm him, is Orochimaru or Kabuto, the information from when he was still a Genin here, is useless now and won't help Lord Raikage in anyway. So, its just dead information to us that isn't useable anymore." I say to her and she looks surprised but nods.

"That does make sense." Shizune says to me.

"Tatsuyu!" A Jonin yells running in and holds something up from me to see.

"What is it?" I ask confused.

"There's gonna be a Kage Conference, it was called by the Raikage." The Jonin says to me and I look at him surprised.

"What?" I ask shocked.

"Yeah, you need to go to the Land of Iron, both you and Danzo have to, you can each bring two people along with you." The Jonin says to me.

I flatten when he says Danzo. "Oh right, I'm still tied with him, alright." I say to the Jonin.

"Also, congratulations on becoming one of the Hokage." The Jonin says to me with a grin and I smile at him.

"Thank you." I say to him and he nods and I let him leave. "Alright, I'm gonna bring TenTen and Neji with me." I say to Shizune who nods. "Out of everyone in the Konoha 12, I trust those two with my life completely." I say to her and she smiles.

"Get going." Shizune says to me and I nod.

I head out of the tent to run right into a guy with dark skin and white hair with a sucker in his mouth, but he has the Cloud Uniform on.

"Oh, sorry." He says to me nervously.

"Its fine, I should be saying sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going." I say to him as I take the Hokage hat off and run a hand through my hair.

"Wow, your actually really pretty." The guy says to me and I look away slightly embarrassed.

"Thanks, but, I need to get through, I have to go to the Five Kage Summit Conference." I say and he see's the symbol on my hat and his jaw drops.

"Your the new Hokage?" He asks me.

I nod. "Well, one of them, anyways, can I please get through?" I ask him with a kind smile and he steps aside. "Thank you." I say to him and I go to the Konoha Twelve where Ino is crying and TenTen is consoling her. Neji looks over at me.

"Tatsuyu, why did you agree to giving Sasuke's information away?" Lee asks me and everyone looks at me.

I place a hand on my hip as I look at them. "Simple, that information is useless now that he's a rouge and was training with Orochimaru for the past 3 years, the only one who is still alive who would know sensitive information about Sasuke from the past three years that is useful, is Kabuto, and he is also an enemy of the Leaf Village and every village, besides this helps us anyways, with this information, Lord Raikage won't be able to kill Sasuke since he's gotten almost as strong as I am." I say to them and they all stare at me shocked. "Anyways, there's a Five Kage Summit Conference being called right now and I have to go to it, but I have to bring two guards, TenTen, Neji." I say and they look at me minorly surprised while Lee sulks.

"Why not me?" Lee asks me.

"Because, you get too excited to easily and will jump into the conference before anything happens." Neji says to him and I nod.

"Its cold in the Land of Iron, so I suggest bringing a scarf." I say to them.

"Wait!" Ino says to me. "If you encounter Sasuke there, what are you gonna do?" Ino asks me.

"If he attacks, he'll have a reason why, I'll get answers out of him and do my best to bring him back, I won't let Lord Raikage kill him, but, just know that if he attacks the summit, he'll be an international criminal with no future ahead of him, so pray he doesn't." I say to her and she looks at me for a second before looking down again.

"Alright." Ino says to me and I place my hand on her head with a smile.

"Trust me, I'll defend him if we bring him back and I'll let Naruto handle the rest." I say to her with a smile and she looks up at me shocked.

"R-Really?" Ino asks me and I nod with a kind smile.

"Now, we have to get ready, the journey to the Land of Iron is long and I want to be there before Danzo." I say to Neji and TenTen who nod.

"We'll grab our bags and see you at the gates in five." TenTen says to me and I nod.

I walk to the gates where I grab my bag from behind the counter and I take the Coat Lady Tsunade gave me three years back, off the hook and I put it on, I zip it up and wrap bandages around my waist and the fur on the collar warms my neck I wait for TenTen and Neji and Danzo gets here and tch's at me.

"You'll be going then as well?" Danzo asks me.

"Yeah, whether you want me too or not." I say curtly and TenTen and Neji get here and stand next to me. "Lets get going." I say to the two and the nod and we leave.

After about 2 days we get to the summit and its freezing.

"Honestly, I'm glad Lady Tsunade gave me this jacket, I don't own any other decent pair of winter clothes." I say and Neji smirks while TenTen nods.

We head up and Mifune looks at me.

"Lady Tatsuyu?" He asks me and I smile.

"Hello Mifune, been a long time, anyways, Lady Tsunade is in a coma and me and Danzo are tied for the Hokage position at this moment in time, he'll be coming soon." I say and Mifune nods.

"Do you want some tea?" Mifune asks us.

"I can make it if you show me where the kitchen is." I say and he nods and we head inside and to the kitchen. I make the four of us some tea and I hand a cup to Mifune while I take my own and Neji and TenTen take their cups and we head to the meeting room where I see Gaara, Temari and Kankuro. "Hey guys." I say and Temari looks up.

"Tatsuyu? What are you doing here?" Temari asks me.

"Me and this other guy Danzo are tied for the Hokage position, since Lady Tsunade is in a coma and I've been ordering the village around in her stead." I say and TenTen nods.

"She's breaking us in half." TenTen says and Kankuro smirks.

"Well then." Gaara says and I sit in one of the seats at the head of the table.

"I have no idea what to do here." I say and Gaara nods in agreement and Lady Mizukage walks in and see's us.

"Two young Kage's." Lady Mizukage comments.
