A Week Later - Tatsuyu's POV

I join everyone as they stand in front of a guy with an Akatsuki cloak and an orange mask.

"Who's this?" I ask Kakashi and he looks at me.

"When did you get here?" Kakashi asks me.

"Just now, I came back to the village from another mission and Lady Tsunade sent me after you guys." I say to Kakashi who nods.

"You know your formations right?" Kakashi asks me.

"Yeah, which one are we one." I ask him.

"The first one." Kakashi says to me and I nod.

I walk over next to Hinata and she nods to me in greeting and I nod back.

The guy starts mocking us.

"Formation three." Kakashi says to us and I nod.

"Hinata." I say and she nods and we split up.

"External attacks won't work." Kakashi says to us and I smirk.

"Then we'll use internal." I say and Hinata nods and we appear on both sides of the guy, my hands glowing green and we both get into similar stances.

"Oh no, I've been cornered!" The guy mocks and my eye twitches in annoyance and I strike first, but my hands don't graze him and neither does my chakra and my eyes widen and I stop the chakra going through my hands before I could hit Hinata.

"Internal attacks won't work Kakashi." I say to him and his eyes widen.

I dodge the guy and I manage to grab his wrist before he could dematerialize and everyone including me, looks shocked.

"SHE GOT ME!" The guy yells.

"NOW!" Kakashi yells at me.

"Uh, I wasn't expecting this." I say and I punch him into the tree and he goes through it and I appear behind him and I put him in a choke hold.

"AH!" They guy yells and I tighten my grip.

"I'm not gonna lose now." I say and everyone nods in agreement. "Hinata!" I say and she nods and nearly hits him with her gentle fist, but her hand goes through him and hits me in the stomach. "Well then, Kakashi, do I have permission to kill him?" I ask Kakashi.

"Give it your all, but don't kill him." Kakashi says to me.

"Right." I say to him and Hinata jumps back down and I attack the guy with relentless attacks, which he barely dodges and when I nearly hit him, I phase through and I land upside down on a tree with my feet sticking to the trunk and I look at the guy as I try gathering some chakra in my hand and I fly at him, breaking the tree in the process and I punch him, far and I land on the tree branch and I jump after him, breaking the branch as well.

"She's just a barrel of destruction, I wonder how her last mission went." Sakura says before I'm out of ear shot.

I find the guy again, trying to hide, but I punch the tree and I grab him by the neck and I hold him up.

"AH! HELP, HELP!" The guy yells as I breath a bit heavy and he notices I'm in pain. "Oh, your in pain aren't you?" He inquires and I tch.

"I'll kill you before I tell you anything, now where is Sasuke?" I ask him.

"How should I know?" The guy asks me and I smash him into the ground, my movements becoming even more painful.

"Stay out of our way and we won't have a problem, ok?" I ask him in a low tone.

"Your only saying this because your in pain." The guy says to me.

I glare at him and he shuts up.

"Yes Ma'am." He says and disappears and I work on healing myself as I head back to the others.

"Where is the Akatsuki member?" Kakashi asks me.

"I scared him off, now lets get going before any more come." I say and Kakashi just nods and we continue to a place where there is a lot of black fire.

"Amaterasu." Me and Kakashi say and glance at each other, before looking ahead with a serious face.

Yamato lifts the ground up and splits it in half and we pass through easily and we get to a crumbles building with the Uchiha crest.

I stare at it, getting more ticked off by the minute and Naruto notices this.

"Uh, something wrong Tatsuyu?" Kakashi asks me with a sweat drop.

"No." I say to him.

After a while we get back to the village and I head home and I change into my dark blue long sleeve sweater and my black leggings and I collapse on the couch, completely warn out and I'm dead sure something is wrong.

Two Days Later

"Tatsuyu, come on." Kakashi says at my door.

"What the hell do you want?" I ask.

"Lady Tsunade wants you." Kakashi says to me and I sigh and get up and I put on my ninja sandals and we go get Naruto and then head to the Hokage office and I see Sai, Sakura, Yamato, Shizune, Lady Tsunade and three toads and I easily recognize the old one.

"Lord Fukasaku, its been so long." I say crouching in front of him.

"That it has Tatsuyu-Girl, but, I've come bearing bad news." Lord Fukasaku says to me and I frown and I stand up and I stand next to Naruto.

"What is this bad news and where is Jiraiya?" I ask him.

"Its about Jiraiya-Boy." Lord Fukasaku says to me and I turn serious as I look at him, deadly calm and deadly still, scaring Naruto in the process.

"What happened to Jiraiya?" I ask deadly serious.

"I've never seen her so worked up." Lady Tsunade says to Shizune who nods in agreement.

"Jiraiya-boy, is dead." Lord Fukasaku says to us and my eyes widen and I become deaf to everything else and Lady Tsunade looks at me worried.

I take a deep breath, calming myself and I look at everyone. "If you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go process this information by taking it out on a tree in the forest." I say and Lady Tsunade frowns.

"Alright." Lady Tsunade says to me and I leave, closing the door again behind me and I run down the steps, passing TenTen, Neji and Lee and they watch me as I run.

"I wonder, what happened?" TenTen says and then I'm out of ear shot. I head to the gates and I look at Izumo and Kotesu.

"I'll be back in a while, I'm not going on a mission, just heading to the forest." I say and the two nod.

"See you later." Izumo says to me and I nod and I head out of the gates and I run deep into the forest and I stop in a clearing.

"Why?" I ask myself as I beat up a poor tree and finally, all the tears I've kept locked away for years, start coming down my face and I fall to the ground crying and I place my head on the tree, just breaking down and crying my heart out.

After a while, I feel a hand on my shoulder and I tense.

"Its just me." Neji says to me and I look down.

"What do you want?" I ask quietly.

"I know your crying." Neji says to me.

"I said what do you want?" I ask a bit louder.

"Lady Tsunade sent me to find you since she can't leave the village right now." Neji says to me.

"I see." I say and I slowly get up and Neji see's how red my eyes are.

"You've been out here a while crying, haven't you? What happened?" Neji asks as we walk.

"Jiraiya died." I say and his eyes widen slightly, but doesn't say anything else and after a while, we get to the Hokage office and Neji leaves and I knock.

"Come in."

I walk in and I see Lady Tsunade at her desk and she looks up at me and frowns.

"Your taking this hard." Lady Tsunade comments.

"So are you, I can see your internal struggle, its the same as mine." I say and she beckons me over and I hug her and she hugs me back and I sniff as I try holding my tears back.

"Don't hold them back, you've locked them up for so long." Lady Tsunade says to me.

"I'm supposed to be strong though." I say quietly.

"Every strong person cries at some point." Lady Tsunade says to me and that just opens the flood gates and I just sob on her shoulder while she comforts me.

"You know, you hardly ever cried as a baby and Jiraiya said that every month when he came to train you, you never complained or cried about how tuff it was, its like, after your parents died, you sealed all your tears away and you acted strong, I heard from TenTen that you didn't even cry when Lord Third died, all your sadness needs a way out sometimes Tatsuyu, this, just happened to open your feelings back up again." Lady Tsunade says to me.

I clutch her tightly. "Jiraiya was the only father figure I had, it hurts Lady Tsunade, it really does." I say to her and she nods.

"I know it does, your pain is amplified by the fact that he was the one who cared for you through your childhood years and through your early teens." Lady Tsunade says to me.

"Its not just that, he was the only one who was ever there, he always listened to what I had to say and he'd grin and when I'd accomplish something, he'd always ruffle my hair and say I'm proud of you, he just, he just, he was my God Father, I thought of him as my father, no matter how many times we fought over silly things." I say to her and she nods.

"I know." Lady Tsunade says to me.

"I can't lose anyone else, not you, not anyone on my team, especially not Naruto." I say and Lady Tsunade looks at me minorly confused. "He's my god brother, Jiraiya was named his god father as well by Minato and Kushina." I say and she nods and after a while, I calm down and I sit on the floor next to her.

"Tatsuyu, Lady Tsunade." Sakura says coming in and I hide my eyes with my hair. "Tatsuyu, is something wrong?" Sakura asks.

"Her pride is too big, she's been crying since she left earlier." Lady Tsunade says to her and Sakura looks at me surprised.

"Give me a break." I mutter as I hug my knee's to my chest.

Shikamaru comes in and then starts to question Lady Tsunade, but then gets stopped by Sakura and I stand up.

"Shikamaru, please stop pressing her right now, she's had a bad day." I say as I catch his arm from picking something up and he looks at my face to see my face is pink from crying. "She's been working non-stop and she needs a break." I say and Lady Tsunade leaves.

"I've been working all day too." Shikamaru says to me.

"Shikamaru, this goes beyond your day, you don't know my cousin as well as I do, you can't see her pain like I can, us Senju are strong and too proud to admit we're saddened, just because she's Hokage, doesn't mean she doesn't have feelings either, she needs a break from her work for now, so please, if you can, please continue with what you can on that code, its important to her and if its important to her, its important to me, your smart, really smart, so I know you can handle this, Lady Tsunade just told you to tell the cipher division to stay late to figure this code out, help them if you can." I say and he looks at me minorly surprised to see I'm showing more emotion today, than I have in the entire time I've known him.

"Geez, you women are so troublesome." Shikamaru says to me and I let him go and I walk to the door.

"Now, I need to go." I say and the two nod and I leave the room and I find Lady Tsunade down the hall and I take her hand softly and she looks at me surprised. "Come, lets head to my apartment, I'll make us some tea and dinner." I say and she smiles slightly at me.

"Your emotions." Lady Tsunade says to me.

"Don't worry, they'll be locked up again tomorrow when I get bearings back." I say in embarrassment.

"No, I like this side of you." Lady Tsunade says to me and I roll my eyes and I take her to my apartment and I summon Kiara who has Panda and the two stay in the living room with Lady Tsunade.

I start making dinner when Lady Tsunade comes in and I look at her.

"Do you need any help?" Lady Tsunade asks me.

"That's a first, well, considering your supposed to be taking a break, no." I say and she just rolls her eyes.

"This is a good way to spend this break." Lady Tsunade says to me and I sigh as I look at her.

"Fine, can you chop up those vegetables right there while I do this?" I ask her.

"Yes, I can." Lady Tsunade says to me and I see her get to work and I continue with my task and after a half hour, the soup is finished. "What type of soup is this?" Lady Tsunade asks me.

"Corn Chowder, its in the soup description, but its considered a chowder, like Clam Chowder, Potato Chowder, Seafood Chowder, Bermuda Fish Chowder, Fish Chowder, and the Potato and Bacon Chowder." I say to her and she nods.

"You really know a lot about soup, I thought you liked sandwiches." Lady Tsunade says to me.

"Well with Soup, you can store it and it won't go bad for a while, plus, you can reheat it and make it the temperature you want, its also good to have during the cold since it warms you up." I say to her and I finish making the tea.

"Very true." Lady Tsunade says to me and we sit at the counter eating and Kiara brings Panda in and I heat up some milk for her and I set it on the floor for them.

"Thanks." Kiara says to me and I nod and we finish eating.

"Lady Tsunade, I think you should stay here for the night." I say as I look out into the night from the window.

"Nonsense." Lady Tsunade says to me and I look at her.

"Nonsense huh? Well your nonsense word is nonsense, you staying here tonight and that's final." I say to her and she smirks.

"I'm your older cousin not to mention your Hokage, you listen to my orders, so I'll be leaving." Lady Tsunade says to me.

"Well then, I'm a medical ninja and a sensory ninja, my sensory skills can sense your emotions as well as you chakra, I'm only looking out for you as your cousin, so you'll listen to me." I say to her and she sighs.

"No getting past you, is there?" Lady Tsunade asks me.

"Nope." I say and she rolls her eyes.

"Fine." Lady Tsunade says to me and I smile.

"Good, you'll take my bed and I'll stay in the living room." I say to her and she looks at me suspiciously and I take her to my bedroom. "Go on, sit down on my bed, its really comfortable." I say to her and she sits on it and her eyes widen slightly.

"Fine." Lady Tsunade says reluctantly and I nod and I take my soft blanket and one of my pillows and I head to the living room. I lay on the couch with Kiara next to me and Panda on my hip and we watch some TV before we fall asleep.
