The Next Day - Tatsuyu's POV

My alarm goes off and I punch it into the wall, disconnecting it from the wall and shutting it up.

"Tatsu, wake up!" Tenten says as she shakes me.

"Why?" I ask.

"We have two hours to meet up with everyone at Training Ground 9!" She yells and I grumble and get up.

"Don't yell." I say and she sighs and I change into my fishnet short sleeve, my short sleeve dark blue Kimono shirt that is held together by bandages around my waist, my black leggings and dark blue ninja sandals, I put on my kunai pouch and my shuriken pouch. I un-braid my hair and we eat breakfast.

"Sheesh, could you have taken any longer?" TenTen asks as we walk.

"I like my bed." I say and she grumbles.

After a while we get to the training grounds to see Guy and Lee doing push ups while Neji isn't even here yet.

"What the?" TenTen asks confused.

"Come join us, were going to see who can reach 200 pushups!" Lee and Guy say at the same time.

I sigh. "Fine." I say and I join them and then TenTen joins us, but fails after 20. I make it to 200 hundred and I sit down. "Done." I say and then Neji gets here. "Finally." I say and he scowls at me slightly.

We train for a while and then we sit at the balcony.

"Could training be even more ruthless?" TenTen asks, out of breath and basically dying.

"I'm fine." I say with a shrug and Neji just sits there, staring at me as if I was stupid, since he's in the same boat as TenTen and so is Lee.

"How are you fine?" TenTen asks and I smile amused.

"Oh please, you actually think I sit around all weekend doing nothing while you go hang out with the girls of our class?" I ask her and TenTen nods. "I don't, I train, all day." I say and she just rolls off the couch onto the ground, trying to get breath back in her lungs.

Guy jumps off the balcony, unfortunately taking me with him and we land on the ground in front of a guy with silver hair and 75 percent of his face covered.

"Kakashi, I want you to meet someone!" Guy announces.

"Don't drag me places, I don't like to be touched, the next time you do that, I will knee you where the sun doesn't shine." I say to Guy and he lets go of me immediately.

"Hm, did you say something?" Kakashi asks looking at Guy.

I huff and turn away and I pull out my book and I start reading, ignoring Guy in his attempts to make me talk.

"See, she's just like you Kakashi!" Guy says to him and I roll my eyes.

"Guy, in what aspect is she like me?" Kakashi asks him.

"Guy-Sensei, I'll be going back upstairs." I say in a calm tone and Guy attempts to make me stay but I elbow him in the stomach and he bends over in pain.

"How do you have so much strength, your fresh out of the academy?" Kakashi asks shocked.

I blink. "Oh, I forgot you were there." I say to Kakashi and I hear TenTen coming down and I take a step back and she runs right past me.

"Tatsuyu-Chan, be more nice to him!" Lee yells down at me.

I look up at him confused. "Why?" I ask him.

"HE'S A JONIN LIKE GUY-SENSEI!" Lee yells at me.

I raise an eyebrow. "And?" I ask and TenTen hits me upside the head.

"Be nice." TenTen says to me and I just cross my arms over my chest. "Now introduce yourself or I'm gonna wake you up at 4 am tomorrow." TenTen says to me and I sigh, clearly annoyed.

"I don't see the reason why I have to." I say to her.

"To be nice." TenTen says to me and I roll my eyes.

"Fine, my name is Tatsuyu Senju, the Great Granddaughter of the Second Hokage. There happy now TenTen?" I ask her.

"Very." She says to me with a smile and I huff.

"Guy-Sensei, if that was all." I say and he stands up.

"Be at the training grounds at 10 tomorrow morning!" Guy says with a grin.

"Ok." I say and I start walking.

"Tatsu, I'll be home later!" TenTen calls and I wave as I walk.

"Uh huh." I say and I head home and I make myself some dinner. I sit at the counter eating as I watch the TV. I wash my dishes and I leave out a plate for TenTen and I walk to the bathroom. I shower and change into my pajama's and I walk into my bedroom and I sit in my window sill. A all grey cat jumps up onto the other side of my window. I open the window and I pick the kitty up. "Hey Cinder." I say and she purrs as she lays in my arms. I take him to the kitchen and I pour her some milk in a bowl and she drinks it.

Cinder rubs her head against me and I wash the bowl and I put it in the sink. I carry her back to my room and we sit on my window sill, I pet her as she purrs and sleeps in my lap and I look out the window.

"Tatsu, I'm home!" TenTen yells from the door.

"Cinder is here!" I call and TenTen walks in and see's Cinder.

"Hey Cinder." TenTen says to her with a smile and Cinder purrs in greeting as she stays in my lap.

"I already gave her some milk, so, she's happy." I say and TenTen nods. I walk to the living room with Cinder in my arms and I sit down on the couch with my book.

"The Landlord doesn't want her here you know." TenTen reminds me and I shrug.

"Cinder comes and goes, she's a outdoor cat, she does as she pleases." I say and TenTen rolls her eyes. "There's food for you in the kitchen by the way." I say and TenTen smiles at me thankfully and walks into the kitchen.

After a while I get up and I walk into my bedroom with Cinder and I lay down and she sleeps next to me and I fall asleep.

A Week Later

I sit back on the couch in the balcony with Neji and TenTen, waiting for Lee and Guy-Sensei.

They get here and what makes me pale is that they both look similar.

"You look ridiculous." I say to them bluntly and they sulk. "I'll be going now, I actually have training to do, so if you'll excuse me, I'll be going." I say and I walk past them with a calm gaze as the two sulk at my harsh, but realistic words.

I head to training ground 9 and I practice with my Tai Jutsu until I feel someone watching me and I throw a kunai at a bush and Jiraiya comes out and I glance at him before I go back to my training.

"Your here because?" I ask him.

"I just wanted to check on Tsunade's cousin, you look as great as ever, oh look at that, your a full fledged Ninja now!" Jiraiya exclaims as he points the headband around my neck.

"Yeah, I passed the Graduation Exam last week." I say and I end up sparring against Jiraiya.

"You've gotten better, Tsunade would be proud to hear this!" Jiraiya says to me with a smirk and I uppercut him, making him stumble back and I round house kick him in the side and he falls on his side. "You've got an interesting style there." Jiraiya says as he gets up.

"Well, I do train by myself most of the time when me and my team aren't training our butts off." I say and Jiraiya nods and we go back to sparring.

"Who's on your team?" Jiraiya asks me.

"Well, TenTen, Neji Hyuga and Rock Lee." I say as I dodge his punch and I punch him in the stomach and he stumbles back.

"Who's your squad leader?" Jiraiya asks me.

"Guy Might." I say and Jiraiya nods. "What have you been doing? Spying on women in the hot springs in different villages?" I ask him.

"Its called research you brat." Jiraiya says and I block his punch with my forearm and I kick him back a couple yards.

"Truce." I call and Jiraiya nods in agreement as we stand there panting.

"Alright, time for me to go." Jiraiya says and tosses me a small package. "From Tsunade, I ran into her a while back by total accident, it was for your 12th birthday." Jiraiya says to me and I nod.

"Thanks." I say and he nods and leaves. I sit under a tree and I sit there, breathing heavily. "That was a challenge, he's at least three times my size." I say to myself as I hold the package in my hands and a cat runs past me along with a group of ninja and the cat climbs on me and I look down to see it be Cinder. "Cinder?" I ask confused and the ninja surround me and I sweat drop. "What's going on?" I ask.

"Yuna, the Feudal Lords Granddaughter wants her cat back." On of them says to me.

I look at Cinder who's hiding in my lap and I sigh and pick her up. "Show me the way there, Cinder trusts me." I say and the Ninja show me the way to where she is and the Granddaughter looks at her.

"Cinder!" She says shocked. "Who are you?" She ask a little jealous.

"My name is Tatsuyu Senju." I say and Cinder jumps down from my arms and rubs up against the granddaughters leg and she picks her up.

"Well thank you." She says curtly and leaves.

I just shrug slightly. "I have no idea what that was about." I say and the ninja nod in agreement.

I walk to mine and TenTen's apartment and I shower and change into my pajama's. I walk into the kitchen to see some sandwiches on a plate covered with plastic wrap. I look at the note.

'Tatsu, I'm spending the night with Julie from our year along with a few other girls, I picked up some sandwiches from that sandwich place you like. -TenTen'

I take the sandwiches to the living room and I stare at the package on the coffee table. A knock sounds on my door as I finish eating and it continue to sound as I chew.

"HOLD ON! I'M TRYING TO EAT!" I yell annoyed. I get to the door and I open it to see Neji. "What is it?" I ask him.

"Where's TenTen?" Neji asks.

"With her friends at a sleepover, why?" I ask him.

"Which friends?" Neji asks.

"Julie, now why do you want her?" I ask him.

"Reasons." Neji says and just as he's about to leave, I grab the back of his collar keeping him in place.

"I'm going to ask again, what do want with TenTen?" I ask him in a icy calm tone and he freezes slightly under the stare I'm giving him.

"I just want to ask her a question." Neji says to me and I let him go and he leaves.

I close and lock the door and I sit in the living room. I open the package to see a dark blue kimono jacket with a fur line collar and cuffs along with a note.

'I hope the jacket fits, sorry I'm never there, you know my predicament and feelings toward the village. Happy Birthday Tatsuyu.'

I sigh and I try the jacket on and its a little big. I put the coat away in my closet in my room.

"Jeez Lady Tsunade, I thought I wrote you before saying I didn't mind." I say with a smirk as I put the note in the pocket of my new coat and I throw the packaging away. I lay on my couch with a pillow and I fall asleep.

The Next Day - TenTen's POV

I walk in the apartment to see Tatsu sleeping on the couch with a pillow and she's shivering a little.

"That idiot." I say and I put a blanket over her and her shivering stops. "Its noon and she's still sleeping, she must have gone to bed late." I say as I look at the time.

"Be quiet, sleep deprived person trying to sleep here." She mumbles and I smile amused.

"Then I'll leave you be." I say and she turn on her other side, her back facing me and I walk to my room.
