You will be interviewed by Derek Sinclair. Be prepared. Talia Sinclair will be taking note of certain answers, and will be mentioning them in the Illéa News.

This is an important part of the Selection, and it helps the people know what kind of person you are. Until now, the people have been looking at castes. Now they get to see who you are.
