Dear Selected,

It is with sincere sadness that I release this next report. A major task that Queen Pennie is dealing with now is the recovery after the attack. A Queen has a responsibility to assure her citizens that everything will be okay. Sometimes she will fly to other Provinces to talk to staff families, or she will fly to events that help the country recover. Sometimes she will instead issue a statement on TV about the attack. It will be your duty to issue a statement. Send me a letter with what you would say to the country and I will choose someone to issue the official statement in two days. We are also having a fundraiser to raise money to repair broken parts of the castle as well as to fix a military base that was attacked in Whites. For this event, you will need to plan an outfit and something to auction off for the event.
