"Just one more push. You're almost there! Keep going! I can see its head!"

Luna Leah Whitewater of the River Moon pack took a deep breathe in and squeezed her mates hand before pushing with all of her might. At 19 years old, she thought giving birth to her third child would be easier, but it wasn't.

Alpha Arthur Whitewater, who was just a year older than his mate, began to tear up as the loud sound of a baby crying filled the room. The baby was cleaned and swaddled before being put into the arms of Luna Whitewater.

"It's a girl! What will you name her?" The nurse asked.

The Luna smiled at the little girl in her arms before looking up to the Alpha.

"Nalia. Her name is Nalia Ying Yue Whitewater." Luna Leah said.

The nurse smiled.

"That's a lovely name." She said before leaving the hospital room.

The hospital room was peaceful as the Alpha, Luna smiled at each other before Alpha Whitewater mindlinked his Beta Daniel Harvey to come and bring the other children.

The door opened and Beta Daniel enters holding two children, a 2 year old boy and a one year old girl. Alpha Whitewater takes the girl while Beta Daniel continues to hold the boy. Alpha Whitewater points to the newborn baby and says

"Eli, Ava, and this is your new baby sister Nalia."

"She's beautiful," Beta Daniel says softly with a smile on his face. Luna Whitewater smiles at him and they all huddle around the bed.

The newborn baby cooes before opening her eyes and smiling at them.

"Kids wash up before dinner!" Luna Whitewater yells.

Eli, Ava, and Nalia run into the house just as Alpha Whitewater comes home.

"Daddy!" They all yell in unison. They run to him and he gives them a hug individually before walking to the baby high table and giving baby Finn a kiss on his head. He then goes to Luna Whitewater and gives her a kiss.

"How were they?" He askes.

Luna smiles at the children, who are now sitting down and eating chicken nuggets.

"They were good."

"And Nalia?" Alpha asks.

Luna frowns before shaking her head.

"No she still hasn't shifted yet. She's 5 already! Eli shifted at 3 and Ava at 4. If she was a Wolf, she would have shifted by now." Luna sighs.

Alpha Whitewater gives her a hug and kisses the top of her head.

"The elders will be here tonight. They'll be able to tell us what's going on. It'll be okay," he says.

The front door opens and Beta Daniel Harvey walks in.

"So what's for dinner?" He says smiling.

The family turns towards him and the kids give him a hug. Nalia clings to his leg.

"How ya doin' spider monkey?" Beta Daniel says before prying her off his leg. He picks her up and gives a kiss on the cheek. Nalia giggles.

"It's chicken parm" Luna says before giving him a hug.

Beta Daniel pumps his fist in the air. "Yes!" He exclaims.

"Sometimes I question how old you are." Alpha Whitewater says smiling.

Beta Daniel smiles "only two years younger than you."

Beta Daniel puts Nalia down and the three adults have dinner while the children watch tv.

"So how's Nalia? She still hasn't shifted yet?" Beta Daniel asks.

Luna shakes her head. "No. We're hoping when the Elders come tonight they'll be able to give us some answers."

"I hope so too."

"How about you? You haven't found your mate yet?" Luna asks.

Daniel shakes his head and smiles sadly.

"I'm beginning to think she doesn't exist."

Luna Whitewater gives him a hug and the three of them finish their dinner. The children bathe and Ava and Eli are sent to bed. Nalia sits on the couch with her mother.

Around 8pm the doorbell rings. Alpha and Luna Whitewater open the door while Beta Daniel stays with Nalia. Eight cloaked people enter the house.

"Hello Elders. I am Alpha Arthur Whitewater of the River Moon Pack and this is Luna Leah Whitewater. Beta Daniel Harvey is with Nalia. Thank you for coming."

The Elders remove their robes before the middle one speaks.

"Hello. I am Elder Bromwell, the lead Elder. You said your daughter hasn't shifted yet?"

"Yes," Alpha Whitewater says. "This is our daughter Nalia. Nalia, come and say hello."

They turn towards Nalia to see her hiding behind Beta Daniel .

"If she hasn't shifted by now, then she's human. There was no need to call us." Elder Althea elder says.

"But two wolves giving birth to a human is very rare." Elder William says.

The elders begin to argue as Beta Harvey crouches down and turns towards Nalia.

"It's okay," he says to her. "They're here as friends. That won't hurt you."

Nalia whimpers.

"But the old lady isn't a wolf like you and daddy."

Elder Bromwell, overhearing Nalia, quiets the other Elders before walking towards Nalia.

"Can you repeat what you said?" He asked her.

Everybody turns to Nalia.

"The old lady isn't a Wolf like Daniel and Daddy. She has magic powers," Nalia says quietly.

The adults look at each other before turning to Elder Althea who is looking at Nalia.

"Your daughter is correct, I am a witch. But how does she know?" Elder Althea asks.

Elder Bromwell pauses before turning to Alpha and Luna Whitewater.

"Does Nalia have a scar or birthmark on her back? It would be shaped like an eye."

"Yes. Nalia come here."

Nalia walks to her mother. Her mother turns her around before exposing the top of Nalia's back. On her back is a small birthmark in the shape of an eye.

Elder William says "But that's the sign of-"

"A Seer," Elder Bromwell finishes.

The alpha, Luna, and beta all look at each other before looking at Nalia.

"A Seer?" Alpha Whitewater questions.

"I believe so. The mark proves that Nalia is the next Seer," says Elder Bromwell.

The elders are troubled as they look at Nalia.

"What's wrong?" Beta Daniel asks.

"As you know, the Seer is not human, but not a Wolf. A Seer is a person who is an advisor and protector of the Wolf. The Seer is able to see what others are and can determine their abilities. Some Seers have also been known to have an ability unique to them. Seer's are very rare and are only born in times when a prophesy need be fulfilled. It is the job of the Seer to advise and protect the Wolf who is fulfilling the prophesy."

Elder Bromwell pauses.

"If a Seer has been born that means that there will be great trouble in the coming years."

The adults turn to look at Nalia who is holding onto her mother.

"If she is a Seer like Elder Bromwell says," Elder Althea says cautiously, "she will need to be trained. That can only happen if she lives at Castle Hedden with us."

Nalia begins to shake her head and cry.

"No mommy no! I don't want to go! I want to stay with you and daddy! Please! Don't make me go! Please!"

Alpha Whitewater turns to the elders.

"That won't happen. She is staying here with us. We're her family," Alpha Whitewater yells angrily. Beta Daniel calms him down but is angry as well.

"Alpha and Luna Whitewater please understand. The future of werewolves rests on her shoulders. We don't know the prophesy or who the Wolf will be, but since Nalia is the Seer, it is imperative that she be as prepared as possible for when the time comes. If she is not prepared, werewolves could be destroyed forever. We wouldn't take her if it wasn't the only way." Elder Bromwell says sympathetically.

Alpha and Luna Whitewater mindlink each other before sighing and nodding. Alpha Whitewater picks up Nalia while Luna Whitewater goes to pack Nalia things.

"Nalia, I need you to be a big girl for me. Can you do that?" Alpha Whitewater says to her.

Nalia cry's into his shoulder, soaking his shirt with tears. Alpha Whitewater hugs her back and begins to cry as well. After a few minutes, Nalia pulls back.

"Yes daddy," she hiccups through tears.

Alpha Whitewater embraces the 5 year old once more before letting her go. Beta Daniel then picks her up.

"Well spider monkey, I always knew you were special." He gives her a hug. "I'll miss you so much."

Luna Whitewater walks out of the children's room with Ava and Eli.

"I already explained the situation to them," she said quietly.

Ava, Eli, and Nalia group hug.

"You're still our sissy right?" Ava asked.

"I pinky promise." Nalia says.

They pull apart and Luna Whitewater picks up Nalia while Alpha Whitewater takes Nalia things. They all walk outside to the cars and begin to pack her things into the car.

"Nalia I want to tell you something. Look up at the moon." Luna Whitewater says to her.

Nalia looks up at the full moon.

"Though we may be far apart, whenever you look at the moon, know that we are looking at the same moon and thinking of you. I love you so much my daughter."

Nalia hugs her mom before the Luna puts Nalia in the car and closes the door. Nalia opens the window and waves to her family as she and the elders drive off. She rolls up the window before crying herself to sleep.

When Nalia wakes up, the sun is beginning to rise. The car has stopped in front of a giant castle. The elders exit the car and Elder Bromwell takes her hand.

"I know this is scary for you. Know that if you ever need anything, you can tell me. Now let me show you to your room."

Nalia follows Elder Bromwell inside the castle into a room decorated for a child.

"We called ahead so your room is already finished."

Nalia sits on the bed. The room is decorated nearly the same as her old room.

"I miss home," she says quietly. Elder Bromwell gives her a hug when someone knocks on the door. Elder William and a boy about Nalia's age enter the room and drop off her things.

"Nalia, this is Alexander Arrow. He is 6 years old and lives here as well. Hopefully you two can become friends." Elder William says.

Nalia looks at the blonde-haired boy. He smiles at her and she gasps.

"You lost a tooth! That's so cool! My brother lost his front tooth too!" Nalia squeals.

Alex frowns.

"I don't have any brothers or sisters," he said sadly.

Nalia pauses before smiling.

"Then I'll be your sister!" Nalia says.

The two smile at each other before running off together to the garden.

Elder Bromwell looks at Elder William and smiles.

"I think she'll be okay."

The prologue was long but it needed to be because it needed to explain her childhood. Chapter 1 will jump ahead to when she's 19.

Also, chapters with an asterisk beside them are written in 3rd person and are done so for a reason

If you've ever seen Teen Wolf, the Seer's ability is a mix of Lydia and Deaton's.
