Transfer

Amity Park

Danny sat in class just like any other day. Although today was going suspiciously well, there hadn't been a single ghost attack today! He was starting to feel good about today when the worst thing that could have happened to him- After the accident of course happened. The loudspeaker turned on and the words that came out he would always remember

"Will Daniel Fenton report to the principles office?"

Why him? Did they find out what he is? That he's the 'menace' Amity Park has been looking for? Was it the G.I.W? Did his parents finally realize they lived with the Ghost they were trying to hunt? Possibilities raced through his head before he decided he was being stupid and thinking too much. He stood up grabbing his bag and began walking away but was tripped on his way out

"Have a nice trip Fenturd!"(Dash)

Danny had a few choice words for Dash that would land him right in detention so he kept his mouth shut and stood back up.

"I saw that Dash, detention after school."(???)

And that is why Mr. Lancer is Danny's favorite teacher. (and the authors) Danny smiled and walked towards the door opening it silently and walking out. He had made his way to the principals office and talked to the person in the lobby

"Uh.. Hi- I'm Danny Fenton- I was called here-"(Danny)

"Go on in!"(Receptionist Lady)

Danny opened the door and inside he saw the principal, his parents, and someone else he had never seen before. He took a deep breath

"Whatever it is, I blame ghosts."(Danny)

"Relax Danny, you aren't in trouble"(Principal Ishiyama)

The principal said, she seemed to notice Danny's uncomfortableness and addressed it quickly with a calm smile

"We're just here to talk about your future-"(Principal Ishiyama)

Oh no.

"Casper High has recently signed up for a transfer program, we randomly selected you to participate, your parents have consented to let you participate but it is your choice entirely. I understand if you don't want to participate, you'd have to move for the school year but you can return for the summer and even go back next year if you want to!"(Principal Ishiyama)

"I- uhh- I don't know about this.."(Danny)

"I'm the Principle of Norrisville High! Principle Slimovitz!"(Slimovitz)

Danny looked between the two Principles then at his parents for guidance. His mom smiled at him while his dad frowned

"..Can I get like a day to decide?"(Danny)

"Take all the time you need."(Principle Ishiyama)

"Although we do need your response within the week! Casper High and another school in New York are participating"(Principle Slimovitz)

Nasty Burger

"So.. you have an opportunity to go to Norrisville..?"(Tucker)

"Yeah.. But I'd have to leave for the year!"(Danny)

"I heard they have a ninja that protects the school there.."(Tucker)

"Oh please it's probably a myth."(Sam)

"Oh, you mean like ghosts?"(Danny)

"..Fair enough."(Sam)

"But who can watch Amity Park while I'm gone? I know you two are capable but if Vlad attacks, we need a halfa here- or at least someone with powers!"(Danny)

"What about Dani?"(Sam)

"Uhh are you not listening? Danny is leaving."(Tucker)

"No DANI! With an I."(Sam)

"I guess but how would we even find he-"(Danny)

"Dude. You have a map that literally brings you anywhere you say."(Tucker)

"Right- That makes sense-"(Danny)

"So, go home, get the infinimap, and get Dani to cover for you so you can go protect a city with a ninja- Wow that sounds really weird when you say it out loud.."(Sam)

"Yeah- Well I'll head home now- Oh before I forget!"(Danny)

Danny pulled out his wallet and placed down a $20

"Take it ba-"(Sam)

But he had disappeared into thin air

New York City

(I know Jake is in Middle School but I don't care <3)

"Yo Gramps! I need to ask you something-"(Jake)

"Yes young dragon?"(Gramps)

"I was offered to transfer to another school for the year but I would be missing training-"(Jake)

"..Perhaps some field training could be good for you, where would you be going to?"(Gramps)

"..that town with the Ninja- Norrisville?"(Jake)

Something flashed in his eyes. Something like recognition.

"The Ninja you say? I remember when I met him, a master of the clever art of stealth and weaponry. You could learn much from him young dragon, every bird must leave the nest at some point."(Gramps)

"Wait are you saying I should go?"(Jake)

"I am saying it could be useful, but if you wish to stay here I could think of some training.. Perhaps using dragon tongue to clean toilets aga-"(Gramps)

"NORRISVILLE IT IS!"(Jake)

Amity Park

Bus Ride

Danny sighed. If he had known it would just be him on this bus he would have stayed in Amity Park. They were what felt like hours into the bus ride to Danny. He sighed opening the window and taking out his phone texting Sam and Tucker

Danny pocketed his phone and gave a smile to the shorter boy who walked into the bus.

"Hi- I'm Danny- Pha- Fenton-"(Danny)

"Oh uh- I'm Jake Long."(Jake)

"Heading to Norrisville High too?"(Danny)

"Yeah- My grandpa said it would be a good idea, make new friends y'know?"(Jake)

"Yeah.. My parents were kind of split up about it, Dad wanted me to stay back home-"(Danny)

"Oh uh- where you from?"(Jake)

"Amity Park- Yes the ghost attacks are real. Yes so is Phantom."(Danny)

He answered the usual questions he assumed would be asked

"Oh I already knew that-"(Jake)

"Wait what?"(Danny)

"Oh uh yeah- I saw one once- well a few times actually- Something about boxes-"(Jake)

"Blue guy? Beanie? Overalls?"(Danny)

"Yeah, you know him?"(Jake)

"Box Ghost. He's a pain in the neck.."(Danny)

"I just set fir- ran away-"(Jake)

"No need, just act like he doesn't exist, all he controls is boxes and bubble wrap, he's harmless."(Danny)

"Oh- But he's also intangible-"(Jake)

"Oh! I can help with that!"(Danny)

"What?"(Jake)

"Don't judge me alright?"(Danny)

"No judging here!"(Jake)

"My parents are ghost hunters- They thing all ghosts are evil but that makes no sense- They forced me to pack a bunch of ghost weapons if you want one!"(Danny)

"Oh! That'd be great!"(Jake)

Danny rummaged around through a duffle bag and pulled out a gun like a true red-blooded American handing it to Jake

"Here! Just uh- Don't raise the power- It overheats and explodes with ectoplasm when it goes to level 11- Don't ask why it goes to 11, my parents are idiots, geniuses but idiots."(Danny)

"Oh no worries! We all have weird relatives! My grandpa made me clean his entire house and didn't pay me for working in his store-"(Jake)

"That's.. That's child labor."(Danny)

Danny could tell this would be the start of a beautiful friendship
