Beep beep beep!!! "Ugh. Shut up you clock." Mizuki said tiredly while she tried to hit the snooze button on her clock beside her bed. "Oh crap! I'm going to be late for school!" after she saw what time it was. She quickly got out of bed and tried to change into her school uniform. When she was done she got her shoes on and ran out of the door with her black backpack on her back with her bento in her right hand. She tried her best to not make it late for classes because it is always embarrassing to be the last one.

When she got to her class from running she quickly got into her seat. That's when Yuri whispered to Mizuki "you're late. Let me guess you overslept? Huh?" "Yah. I didn't have enou-" "Mizuki Honda if you're going to be late make it quieter so that you won't disturb the lesson I'm teaching." The teacher said in an angered voice. "Sorry Kobayashi-sensei." Mizuki bowed down in her seat and soon felt very embarrassed because all of the classmates looked at her after the teacher announced her lateness.

After some of her classes were over it was time to eat lunch. Mizuki was so excited for lunch because she didn't eat any breakfast so she was starving. It felt like her stomach was about to eat itself any moment during her classes. While she was talking to her friends when they were walking she got interrupted by Yuru. "Mizuki!" Her friends left when she said that they can go to lunch. "Hey, what's up?" Mizuki said. "Nothing much. I just was wondering if you wanted to seat with me today since today is an important day." After Mizuki heard that she got curious what he meant by 'today is important'.

"What do you mean by 'important'?" Mizuki asked.

"Did you forget?" Yuru replied.

"Oh today is the day.."

"You don't remember?"

"No" Mizuki said with her head down in shame.

"Ugh. Today is September 5th which means that today is our anniversary of our friendship!" "Oh!!! That's today?!"Suddenly Mizuki realized that. Today was their anniversary of their friendship since 5th grade. They have been friends for 5 years.

"I'm so sorry that I forgot."

"It's alright but can u sit with me?"

"I'm so sorry but I was hoping that I could sit with some of my friends because one of my friends and I need to talk about student council, but I might be able to sit with you tomorrow." While they were walking to their cafeteria Yuru replied

"No, it's ok. You can sit with your friends. I understand and I can sit with some of my other friends." He was trying to say it without letting her see his sadness. The truth is that sometimes he feels jealous of her friends because she now hangs with them more often than with him anymore.

"Thanks. Well I'm starving so see ya later" Mizuki said while she turned to sit with her friends. "How come you never paid attention to me but with them?" He said under his breath as he sat down a table alone that was across the room from Mizuki.

"I even made another bento for you."
