Max Daniels looks through the large window of his office. He sees other large business corporation but smiles with knowledge that none of them is like his own in terms of power. It is one of his biggest accomplishment in life. He invested all of his time and money in this business and now he could see the results.

He sat down on his seat thinking about his life and all the events that has occurred when he was interrupted by the intercom on his desk. He answered it.

"Sir you have a meeting in the next ten minute". Abgail his secretary said.

" Thank you Abgail".

Abgail, his secretary was in her late fifties. She was a very kind and loving woman, has been with him since the beginning when his company was established. He trusted her very much. She was a very hardworking woman and jovial with all her co-workers. She never complained about work and always had a broad smile on her face which was contagious.

He was sad that Abgail will be leaving ending of the month because she wanted to spend her time with her husband who had cancer. Her husband Bob was also a fun loving person like his wife and there was always a sad look on her face after she was told the news after he suffered a severe illness but she always tried to put up a smile whenever she was at work.

Abgail however promised that before she left that she would look for a good replacement. He hoped that whoever was going to replace her was very hardworking because he didn't work with lazy employees.

Max collected what he needed for his meeting and headed for the conference room for the meeting. This meeting was kind of a big deal and he hoped he was going to get the deal.

The meeting took place for about two hours. He sat down close to Mrs Abgail who was taking note on her book of everything being said. He closed the deal with the business partners in Chicago and they all left the office.

He left to his office after saying goodbye to them with Mrs Abgail tagging along. He smiled at the successful deal made.

"Sir, here are the reports and the contract." Abgail said handing him over the files.

"Thanks a lot Abgail."

Abgail was about to leave his office when he called for her. "When are you going to find a replacement?" He said with a sad look on his face.

"Very soon son." She replied giving him a comforting smile.

"You know, the office will be so different without you here." Abgail nodded.

"Don't worry I will find someone who can do a wonderful job and I will even give the person some tips on what you desire from him or her. I would also come to visit you once in a while." Max smiled broadly.

Abgail was so considerate and she was one of the people who helped him in reaching this company to where it is now. He would greatly miss her but he knew that her husband needed her more than he needs her.
