Aside from the occasional Instagram post or rare spotting on The Kardashians, the father of Dream, Dasha, and Divinity Kardashian lives a pretty private life. Still, fans haven't forgotten that March 17 is Rob's birthday, and it looks like his 36th year is already off to a terrific start.

"He's doing great and focusing on being the best father to his daughters," a source exclusively told E! News. "They spend an incredible amount of time together and with the whole family."

While fatherhood is his priority, it's not the only thing on his mind.

"His businesses-Grandeza hot sauce, sock company Arthur George, and clothing brand Halfway Dead-are doing awesome," the insider continued, "and he continues to balance fatherhood with pushing those businesses ahead."

Indeed, there's a lot to look forward to this year. Just ask mom Kris Jenner.

"Happy birthday to my amazing wonderful, beautiful son, Rob!" she captioned a montage of throwback videos. "You are one of the most amazing humans I know in life. You are so kind, loving, smart, creative, generous, giving, and one of the nicest and most humble men I have ever known. You are the greatest dad in the world! You are so amazing and fabulous with your daughters! You make sure their every need and desire is taken care of constantly and you do it with such joy, passion, consistency, and love."

The momager also expressed her gratitude for all that her son, whose birthday falls on St. Patrick's Day, brings to her life.

"Thank you Rob for all the passion, all the love, all the kindness that you give all of us every single day, I thank God every single day that he chose me to be your Mom," Kris added. "I am the luckiest mother in the world to have you as my son. I feel completely blessed, and I love you more than you will ever know. Mommy xoxo."

Rob truly appreciated the message, commenting, "I Love you mama!"

His sister Kourtney Kardashian also posted a picture of them being "80s icons" from their childhood days.

"Omg we're always together," the Poosh founder wrote on Instagram while re-sharing Kris' video. "[Love] my little leprechaun @robkardashianofficial."

Reverie threw Rob a Lucky Charms theme birthday party at their house.

Since Rob's birthday lands on St. Patrick's Day, she combined the two holidays for one blowout bash for his 36th trip around the sun.

The house was decorated with an array of festive, green decorations. She got him a cake that featured a replica of a limited edition box of Lucky Charms cereal, where mascot Lucky the Leprechaun's face was replaced with a childhood image of the Arthur George sock designer.

The sweet confection also featured Happy Birthday Rob written along the bottom in white frosting.

Rob's whole family was there and some of Reverie's family was also there, making it the first time that she and Rob's families meet.

The newest Kardashians have arrived!

Rob Kardashian and Reverie Astor-Kardashian welcomed their first sons together, Robert "Robbie" True and Ruben "Rue" Arthur Kardashian, on Thursday, Jun. 10, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

The couple's baby boys were born at 11:18 a.m. and 11:20 a.m., weighing 7 lbs., 8 oz. and 7 lbs., 10 oz., according to E! News.

The new additions join big sisters, Dream, Rob's daughter with ex Blac Chyna, and the couple's daughters: Dasha and Divinity.

For their sixth wedding anniversary, Rob and Reverie decided to renew their vows. Of course, this time Rob's family and friends were present.

Reverie and Rob renewed their vows in an intimate ceremony at their residence. It's a celebration with their closest family and friends and Rob was so excited to have his family here to support his marriage moving forward.

For her walk down the aisle, Reverie wore a Elie Saab gown while Rob opted for a classic black tux.

The following day, Reverie shared a photo of them kissing in front of a lit-up sign that read, The Kardashians.

"Say hello again to Mr. & Mrs. Kardashian," Reverie wrote in her Instagram caption.

Then Rob shared a photo from their big day to Instagram of the pair sharing a kiss in a convertible sports car with their children and a sign that read, The Kardashians.

Reverie Astor Kardashian reveals she has suffered an ectopic pregnancy in a heartbreaking update - after being rushed to hospital for life-saving surgery

Reverie has revealed she has suffered an ectopic pregnancy in a heartbreaking update.

It comes after last week, Reverie shared on her Instagram how she was rushed to the hospital for life-saving surgery but didn't specify what had happened.

But on Monday the billionaire heiress shared with her followers exactly what she had been through as she told how she had found out she was pregnant three months ago.

Then soon after the mother-of-four woke up with 'awful pain' in her stomach and collapsed on the bathroom floor before being taken to hospital.

An ectopic pregnancy is when a fertilized egg implants itself outside of the womb, usually in the fallopian tube, meaning a baby is unable to develop and leaving the mother's health in danger.

She penned in the caption: 'This week has been one of the scariest most heartbreaking of my life.

'I found out I was pregnant 3 months ago! I was shocked and surprised but so happy to add to my family, unfortunately I thought I had lost the baby a couple weeks after but in fact I hadn't.

'I woke up one morning with the most awful pain in my stomach and collapsed on my bathroom floor, I got rushed to hospital to find out I hadn't lost my baby it was in fact growing in the wrong place and was an ectopic pregnancy.

'The scans showed that I had severe internal bleeding! to be told that they have blood transfusion on standby was so scary, I was rushed down to theatre straight away to be operated on as my tube was about to rupture at an minute.'

In her post she shared a snap of her stomach with bandages on it and a snap of herself crying in her hospital bed.

She added: 'I'm so thankful to the hospital staff for saving my life, drs and nurses are true angels in disguise.

'Not only have I had to mourn my unborn baby twice but I've also lost my tube in the process.

'If anyone has been through this and has any advice on how they dealt with such an awful situation would be much appreciated.

'Also if anyone has any of the symptoms included in this post please seek medical advice asap.'

It comes after last week she was rushed to hospital for the life saving surgery but didn't say what had happened.

Posting a picture in her hospital bed, she penned: 'Life comes at you so fast, about to go down for life saving surgery, I'm so scared right now. Please pray for me.'

However, Reverie later updated fans following the operation and wrote: 'Thank you for everyone's well wishes! I appreciate you all so much. My op went well thank the lord.

'These last 24 hours have been traumatizing. I can't wait to get home to my husband and kids.

'I can't thank the drs and nurses enough. They truly are angles.

'I'm going to take a little break to process what's gone on. Again thank you I love you all xx

reverieluxastor Due to the ectopic and the stress that my body has gone through. Clumps and clumps of my hair were falling out so I just went and chopped it all off! So it's short hair and wigs until my hair grows back.

Rob, Dream and Dasha walk into the kitchen as Reverie finishes cooking breakfast. "Good morning," Reverie said.

"Good morning," Dream said.

"Good morning," Divinty said.

"Good morning," Rob said, kissing his wife on the lips before going to the refrigerator.

Everyone takes a seat at the kitchen table. Reverie plates the food and then walks over to the table, setting places down in front of her family. She then sits down at the table. Everyone prays and then begins eating.

"So, what's the plan for today?" Rob asked Reverie.

"Well, after we take the girls to school, we have a doctor's appointment for the twins and your mom wants to have a lunch meeting about a project for us to do as a family," Reverie answered.

Rob frowns.

"Mom knows I don't like being in front of the camera," Rob said.

"I don't think you'll be in front of the cameras," Reverie said.

"Are we doing a photoshoot or commercial?" Dream asked.

Reverie looked over at Dream. "I don't know yet, sweetheart," Reverie answered.
