"Mom can Caitlin please come over this weekend?" I plead my mom because this was very important. "Yes, she may come over." My mom said "Oh thank you thank you thank you." I said hugging my mom. I ran upstairs and called my friend. "Hello?" Caitlin said "My mom said yes! What about yours?" I said "She said yes too!" Caitlin answered "When will you be here?" I asked Caitlin "In a few minutes I will see you later." Caitlin said hanging up. How am I going to tell her? I thought oh I know we will go walk in the woods and I will tell her. I sat in my room thinking of what I am going to say.

"Lilly! Caitlin is here!" My mom yelled up to me and I ran downstairs. "Hey Caitlin do you want to walk in the woods? I asked "Sure." She said, so I told my mom where we were going and ran out to the woods. "I-I found out why my senses and stronger than everyone's." I started "Really?!"  Caitlin said I nodded my head yes "How?" Caitlin asked then I smelled something, something dangerous. "Stop. Something is here." I said as I said it a rogue wolf jumped out on the path. Caitlin started to run away but I grabbed her arm. "Let me go!" She yelled "No running will encourage him to chase." She stopped and stood there beside me. The rogue started growing at me and I heard a growl rising in my throat. I felt my canines start to extended. The rogue lunged at Caitlin and that was the breaking point. I fazed and lunged at the rogue grabbing his scruff. He was surprised by this and I took advantage of this. I threw him at a tree nocking the wind out of him. I stood in front of Caitlin protecting her. The wolf got up and shook his head. He growled at me trying to make me submit. My wolf would not allow that to happen. I growled and lunged at him and putting him down on the ground by his throat until he submitted which was not vary long. I let him up and he ran away with his tail in between his legs. I turned around to see Caitlin with her eyes wide with fear. I took a step towards her and she took a step back. I put my ears back and whimpered. "H-h-how l-long ha-have y-y-you b-been a a w-w-werewolf?" Caitlin asked shaking. I fazed "It happened last night." I said "And you didn't tell me?!" She yelled "I was going to tell you right before he showed up. "I said taking a step closer to her. She took a step back and I whimpered. "Please don't leave me!" I pleaded then she turned around and ran farther into the woods. I fell down to my knees and cried then I fazed and let out a long a howl full of sorrow.

I hear a scream come from where Caitlin ran and I run as fast as I can gliding over hills. I see Caitlin run past me with a wolf follow closely behind and gaining on her. I leap at the wolf making him fall over and roll down a hill and hit a jagged rock making him yip. Caitlin heard him and stopped and walked back to my side looking down at the wolf. The wolf stood up and looked at me then to Caitlin. I growled as he got up he ran I reword some fast that I didn't know which one of us was his target until it was almost too late. He leaped a Caitlin and I put my wing in front of him making him bite my wing instead. I hear bones break and I yip the in pain and I whipped my head and bit the first thing I could grab and that was his shoulder and I didn't let go until he let go. I ran into a clearing and turned around to face the wolf but I was too slow and he bit my front leg. I heard the bone start to splinter and I bit down hard on his ear. He yipped and jumped back. He ran forward and ran into my leg and I howled in pain, and bit his scruff making him go limp. I flipped him on his side and grabbed his neck making him submit to me. I let him go and I clasped in pain, Caitlin rushed forward to make shout that I was ok. I heard rustling coming from the other side of the clearing and I growled. I tried to stand up to protect my friend but Caitlin stopped me, "Stop you can't fight anymore." She said but I stood up anyway and stood in front of her and growled in the direction the rustling was coming from. Then a wolf burst through the brush and stopped. He was all white with blue spots and blue wings (I will have a picture of him in the next chapter) and blue eyes. He looked at me then looked at Caitlin and growled and I growled back. He stopped growling and looked at me tilting his head. Then I felt dizzy and I fell over, Caitlin came down to see if I was ok but the wolf was growling at her, I lifted my head and growled back and he whimpered. "Sorry love." I heard someone say, I jumped up, well tried to jump up to see who else was here. "What's wrong?" Caitlin asked "No one is here my love it's me, your mate." Said the voice, I looked around to see who was talking to me but I couldn't find them "Who are you?" I asked inside my head. "I am Carl the wolf in front of you." Carl said (if you have a better name [1000 words :)] let me know because this was the best name I could think of off the top of my head) I sat up because I wasn't feeling dizzy any more. "Do you have a pack?" Carl asked "No, I just fazed last night and I didn't know that werewolves were real." I said shaking my head. "Do you know you are an alpha?" Carl asked "No." I said shaking my head, "Am I missing something?" Caitlin asked I fazed "I have found my mate!" I exclaimed "What is a mate?" She asked "I think that it is a person that was literally made for you." I said, Caitlin made an oh face and asked "Who is he, and what is his name?" Looking at me suspiciously, I turned around and pointed at Carl. "Him, his name is Carl." I said "How do you know his name?" Caitlin asked. "The mate bond, and why did you just faze right in front of that human." Carl said in my head I turned around "For one that human is my friend and she knows because she is my friend so can you just faze so I can see what you look like." I said through the mind "You still have wings!" Caitlin said I turned around "What?" Your wings are still on your back." She said (just so you know when they faze back to human form they still have their clothes on) "That is because for alphas when their wings are injured or broken they don't go away with the rest of the wolf because they need to heal." Carl said I turned around and saw \ /

"What will I do? I can't even go home because of my mom!" I fretted "Just take your shirt off and slip it over your wings." Carl said "Ok." I said relaxing a little, "Turn around." I told Carl, he did as I told and I pulling my shirt over my wings. I turned around "We should probably start heading home." I said not wanting to leave my mate "Ok" he said sadly "Where are you going to be?" He asked, I looked at Caitlin then back to Carl "Probably in my room in my treehouse." I said starting to get excited again "Could I sneak into your treehouse?" He asked, I looked at Caitlin and she nodded then I looked back at Carl "Sure, come with us and we can get you up in the treehouse without going into my house." I said, he nodded and followed us through the woods to my house. "See the stairs their?" I asked pointing at the stairs "Yes." He said "Go up those stairs and we will go inside my house and tell my mom that we are home and then we will come inside the treehouse from my room in the house and unlock the door." I said. He nodded and Caitlin and I went into the house and Carl went towards my treehouse. "Mom we're home!" I called once I got into the house "Ok!" My mom called back. We ran upstairs and went into my treehouse and I unlocked the door for Carl, "Welcome to my treehouse." I said letting Carl inside
