Being violently shaken awake was becoming very normally very quickly. How did these two even survive before he came along? First it was the house was on fire, next one was the 'babies' exploding, then the need for a midnight test subject. Now he was somehow cooking meals for them; obviously his cooking were no where near as good as Kurogiri's. Oh how he missed those delectable treats,  but somehow it provided enough satisfaction for the mad scientists to continue working. Thankfully he got a bit of a break whenever Mei was at school, but that still meant he had to deal with the other one. At this point he couldn't say who was worse. It was as they say, the apple doesn't fall far from the demented tree.

"Rei!"

"Fuck not again" He whispered from his current hiding spot.

He hoped that this one would at least last as long as his previous one. Last time he's ended up hiding inside the 'baby' they'd wanted to test, a experimental teleporter. Both demons were pleased at his unwilling enthusiasm as his protests were drowned out by a loud whirling noise. Thankfully for him the 'baby' ended up causing a street wide blackout and several angry complaints.

Not this time. Currently he was squished between the washing machine and the back wall knowing that the girls barely did laundry before he got there and certainly didn't have a reason to now, he was safe.

"Rei, Mei's here to see you and she's brought a friend from school for you to meet." So his hiding spot was wasted for nothing.

Now he just had to get out... As he struggled to remove himself from behind the washing machine he didn't  notice the approaching footsteps till a shadow hung over him, stopping his endeavour to free him self. He looked up at the new arrival and was greeted with a tired face with purple hair.

"You must be thinking, how did I get myself into this mess?"

The stranger didn't even look bothered at his obvious sarcasm, didn't even reply. Instead the new person grabbed him by the arms and pulled. Hard. Finally free he turned to thank his savior; only to be dropped almost immediately.

"Ah fuck, I can't believe you've done this." He said as he laid on the floor, making no effort to get up.

"You must be Rei." His saviour spoke. "Hitoshi Shinso."

"Did you get forced to be her guinea pig too?" His saviour, Shinso seemed startled by his response.

"No, I came to get equipment for my hero costume."

"Not anymore." Deku whispered as Mei began shouting for them both. Might as well get this all over with.

Back with the Hatsumes, Shinso was congratulated for finding him and they were ushered into what used to be the garage before it became the preferred testing grounds for new 'babies'. From there Shinso was handed several 'babies' he knew hadn't been tested and forced to use them. The good news was that only a third blew up. The bad news was that it looked like Shinso had been roped into coming again to test them out no matter how much the two bots protested.

"You should've run when you had the chance." He whispered while the girls were arguing about god knows what.

Shinso just stared at him. "I didn't actually think it's end up like this. There was a rumor going around saying she had a new test dummy but I was kinda hoping she stopped blowing things up for the most part."

He shivered. "Who was the poor fucker before me?"

"Correction, it's fuckers." Shinso said, earning him a half hearted glare. "At the beginning of the year it was other students if the support department. Then Powerloader had to step in after all the complaints. After that Iida, a classmate of mine, kept getting tricked into it."

"RIP in pieces." He pretended to mourn.
