"He was a hero. He was a hero to us all. Without him, we would have never survived - this land, this realm, our people. We must cherish him. All to our favor."

Tears streaked the Kings' face as he declared the news. Clay was gone. The NEXO Knights, brave and strong defenders of Knighton, have all died.

  Queen Halbert put a hand on his shoulder. Her face was, too, splotchy from weeping and accepting her daughter's death. And the death of the Knights.

  The King rose and held a blade at his hands. The last thing that Clay Moorington gave him.

- Flashback - (I'll do Macy's at Chapter 2 because this is Clay's but the King saw all of them, just on different chapters)

"WE WILL DESTROY YOU ALL!!!" Thunderstrux (Monstrux) yelled as Jestro laughed evilly alongside the gigantic cloud.

The brave blue knight rushed forward with the rest of the Knights. "It's too late to give up, Jestro."  He said coldly under his helmet. "We will destroy YOUR army."

"BAH! Foolish knights. Step back, you little twerps, and let me kill the King!" Thunderstrux boomed as his eyes turned red and black. "Hold back for my true form."

Thunderstrux turned a dark gold as he flashed white. "I will raze you all with my POWER! GIVE ME POWER!" Thunder shook the sky heavily.

"Your Majesty, King Halbert." Clay kneeled by the frantic King's side, even though the ground was shaking and rumbling. "Please let me kill them." The blue knight's voice was shaky. Tears were forming in his dark brown eyes.

The King breathed heavily. "No, Clay. You cannot sacrifice us for this realm."

"That's what I have to do. Take this sword. It was my first one. You cannot fail with it." Without waiting for the King's response, he took off like a rocket.

"I AM CLAY MOORINGTON, DEFENDER OF THIS REALM! I WILL DESTROY YOU ALL!" Clay yelled just almost as loud as Thunderstrux. "PREPARE FOR BATTLE!"

Clay dodged and sliced every attack in his way. He was almost invincible. A sudden hope filled the King's mind of thinking Thunderstrux would be stopped and Clay would be alive.

Finally, Clay faced Thunderstrux. No fear showed in the eagle-crested knight. Without thinking, he attacked and cut the evil cloud.

"NO! I cannot be stopped!" Already hurt from Clay's slash, Thunderstrux shone and flashed white and gold. A strong aura flickered around him as he released his most powerful attack, a explosion out of the sky.

The explosion hit Clay directly. He had no time to dodge. The was a BOOM, and then things laid still.

- End of Flashback -

"We will all suffer greatly without him. Let this sword remind the best of him."

The fire burned as ashes rose from a fallen hero.
