Last time on 'The Secret'

"Well," Mike mocked me then laughed and went back to his own voice. "We're using you for bait, so your little superman comes and we can kill him finally."

"Who's my superman?" I questioned him in confusion.

Jason speaks up instantly.  "Don't you know Jack Griffo?"

I stared in disbelief at his name and memories came flooding back.

That explains why he didn't get hurt by the bullet, and how my dad got over to the wall, and my scars...

"Emma!"

Emmas POV

"Emma!"

I looked at the brown haired figure standing by the now, broken down door.

"Jack?" I questioned, furrowing my eyebrows.

"Well, well, well, if it isn't the hero, superman." Jason calls out, with an evil grin.

"LET HER GO, NOW!" Jack screams at Jason and Mike.

"Nah, I don't feel like it." Mike replies standing in front of me, blocking Jack from me.

Jack lets out a growl and he points his finger at Jason and curved in back to himself. With that, Jason was magically pulled towards Jack. He took Jason by his shirt and lifted him up like he weighed nothing.

"NOW MIKE!"

Before I knew it, Mike ran towards Jack with a crowbar.

"JACK!" I warned him, struggling to break free.

The crowbar came crashing down on Jacks head, but instead of it knocking him out, his head took no reaction to the hit and the crowbar scattered into a million pieces.

"What the hell?!" I hollered in confusion.

"Ohhhh shit." I hear Mike say, with wide eyes.

Jack dropped Jason and grabbed the door on the ground as the two begin to walk backwards to the wall in surrender.

"Woah there man, it was just a joke." Jason said sheepishly.

"DO NOT JOKE AROUND WITH MY GIRL!" Jack raged as my heart drops.
I'm his girl?

He immediately faced both of his hands outward together, and a blue light came pouring out of his hands at Jason and Mike.

As the light engulfed them, their screams were muffled and soon they were gone.

Jack runs up to me and lifts up my chin.c"Emma, I'm so sorry for everything. I should have told you before. I was just afraid to before." He untied me and pulled me into a hug. "I'm just glad your okay. Are you mad at me?"

I hug him back but release him quickly after feeling sparks go through my body from his touch. "A little, because you still lied and put me through this!" I stated and gestured at the room.

"I know and I'm so sorry." He repeats "Listen, I'll make it up to you."

"So where did they go? And what powers do you have? Were you born like this or--"

"So many questions!" He interrupts me, laughing.

I smiled and giggled instantly. We began walking out of the basement when police officers came rushing in. Not much they would find. And who called the cops?

"Thank you Jack."

"That's what I'm here for." He grins sheepishly and leads us out into the fresh afternoon air.

Emmas POV

I HATE HIM

It's been like this for the past 8 days. I argue with myself in my head.I keep telling myself I love him so much, but I also hate how he lied to me and kept the biggest secret in the world!

In the end, the love side wins and I don't know why. I mean no matter how much I hate Jack, somethings keeping me from not talking to him..I need to figure out what...and why.
