3 years later...

Jack and I were just informed by Frillard (Jacks' Father and ruler of the super human world) that Jack has to choose to be mortal for me, or stay immortal and never see me again.

"What?" I screamed at Frillard, catching my breath and holding back the tears threatening to come out.

"This can't be happening!" Jack announced, obviously angry and upset.

His father sighs in sadness. "It's the only way, son, it could ruin the family tradition."

"Fine!" Jack screamed at his father. I wince at the level of his anger.

He looked at me with sad eyes then to his father.

He's going to pick immortality...he doesn't want me an-

"I wanna turn mortal." he finally breathes out.

"Jack, you don't have to do this. I wouldn't want you to give up your life for me." I reassured him, in shock at his answer.

"I know I don't have to." He took a quick pause before adding, "But I WANT to." He smiles at me instantly

"If this is what uou chose." I answer back with a small smile, still filled with guilt.

Frillards POV

I watched them have a moment..and just lost it. I suddenly remeber when I stayed immortal instead of staying with my beloved Rachel. And now my boy is proving his love to Emma.

"Ok, you both close your eyes." I commanded them.They obeyed my command and just as I was about to turn Jack mortal, something caused me to change my mind.

I pointed my wand at Emma and I knew this is what I have to do.

Emmas POV

I felt a tingle in my vains for a moment and instantly opened my eyes. "What was that?" A bright light shot out of my finger and I screamed.

"What did you do?" Jack asked, turning to his father.

"I saw how much you cared for her and I couldn't let you turn down magic, or walk away from Emma forever. So I turned her immortal." He explained.

"Really?! So I have powers? Wow!" I exclaim in happiness, turning to Jack.

Fillards POV

I looked at them and smiled at myself.

So when are you going to tell them that Jack's leaving when he's 20 next year?

My eyes grew wide in realization. My mind just had to remind me. "No." I said sheepishly and in disbelief.

"What's wrong dad?" Jack asks me with concern.

"N-nothing son, just thinking."

What have I done?
