No POV

Bruce was sitting in his black leather chair in front of the Batcomputer viewing the crime status of Gotham and he was almost surprised to see that everything was normal. Since he had nothing to do as Batman, he decided to deal with something that was turning up his mind for long. It's been two weeks since his last date with Diana and he was planning on their second date. In this date they had shared their first kiss,no the fourth, he thought and smiled.
But now he should think of the place of their second date. It should be something special... But what??? His mind was empty of ideas..... He should think of something smart, special and maybe romantic. Something that was precious from both of them and appreciative of Diana...
Footsteps in the stairs distracted him from his thoughts. He didn't bother to turn and see who was. It was obvious. He understood his gait. It was Alfred. His faithful and trustworthy butler. And the right person to ask for advice.
Alfred placed a silver tray in his desk with a cup of hot coffee and carafe. Bruce took the cup silently and took a sip careful with the hot beverage.
-Is there something else that you need, Sir? Alfred asked with his usual stoic voice.
-Yes, Alfred, Bruce answered flatly.
-What exactly, Sir?
-Alfred, I need an idea for a second date. Something unexpected maybe, Bruce stated coldly his eyes still on the Batcomputer.
-Scuba diving, perhaps? Alfred proposed with a teasing smirk. He was curious about his master's reaction. He was kidding but you will never know. Probably Bruce would like the idea.
But, he just frowned and turned to face his butler. His eyes were saying "not dare you to tease me like this again".
Alfred returned to his stoic façade again.
-Sorry, Sir. Perhaps some place that is special for both of you, Alfred proposed seriously.
-That could work, Bruce admitted thoughtfully.
He thought for a moment and said
-There was that place in Kasnia.
-That sounds intriguing, Alfred commented.
-Yes, But it was destroyed by a space gun, Bruce finished his thought.
-Oh, it was the only word that escaped from Alfred.
-There was tge time we danced in Paris, Bruce though another alternative.
-That sounds promising, Alfred commented with a smile.
-But I'd rather keep our next date local, Bruce argued.
-Well, there must be a place nearby that is special for both of you, Alfred supposed.
"A place where you spent some time, had a memorable conversation..."
And then it dawned to Bruce..... Yes...It was the perfect idea...
-Yes, I think I've got it, he said blankly even though he was very happy inside.
He closed the Batcomputer and stood up from his chair.
-Alfred, I am going shopping.....................
