"Very well. Nikki the time has come to show you who Kyo really is!" At that moment, Akito forcefully ripped off Kyo's beads.

Third Persons' s P.O.V.

The second Kyo's beads were taken off, he immediately fell onto the cold, wet ground. He began groaning in pain, as he was transforming into a horrifying creature. A creature that The Cat burdens for generations, but is feared and hated by the ones who seen it. Nikki stood in the pouring rain and watched everything very carefully. She surely wanted to know what was happening to her beloved boyfriend. Kyo began to shriek as his eyes turned purple with sharp demon like pupils, and he normal human teeth grew and sharpened.

Nikki stood in shock as she watched Kyo transform into a grotesque monster. As Kyo stood in his new form, also known as his "true form," he couldn't bare to see Nikki anymore, knowing that she would not accept him the way she did before. He knew their relationship was over thanks to Akito. He bare it anymore, he had to get away from the scene and hopefully not see Nikki again, even if she comes looking for him. At that moment, Kyo sprinted deeper in the forest, away from Nikki.

Nikki stood in paralyzation. Tears began to well up in her eyes. She couldn't believe that Kyo kept this a secret from her from the second they met.

"And so...you have seen the cat's true form. I doubt I'll be seeing you again. Oh and if I were you, I wouldn't go looking for that monster. I'm sure that he HATES you! Did you see how he ran away from you?! He doesn't want to see you anymore, so scram!" Akito bellowed towards Nikki. More and more tears ran down Nikki's eyes, until she had enough and she ran the other way, back to Shigure's house and hopefully forgetting everything that happened.

Nikki quickly dodged trees and bushes as he ran away from the scene. Mud puddles splashed onto her clothes as she stepped into them with high force, not caring about anything. She just wanted to get home and away from her problems. Her clothes, black fluffy boots, and her hair was soaking wet, making her uncomfortable to move in. Nikki was slowly approaching Shigure's house, by seeing the front Japanese style porch's lights from a distance, even though her eyes were all blurry from crying.

As she made it to the front porch, she slid the door open with great strength, and ran inside the house. She scurried upstairs to her and her sisters bedroom, and she threw herself onto the bed.

"What's up with Nikki? She just passed us without saying hello or anything." Ash asked Katy in concern.

"I don't know. And have you noticed Kyo isn't here? He's usually with Nikki like 24/7, right?" Katy replied.

"Yeah, he is. Hmm I wonder what happened." Ash asked herself.

"Well what ever it is, I think we should go check up on her. She doesn't look okay to me." Katy suggested.

"Good plan. Mimi, you stay right here, okay?" Ash said in a sweet tone to the little girl, who was about four or five years old.

Katy and Ash both sat up from the couch and walked up the stairs. The two of them stopped in front of their closed bedroom door. They each gave each other hand motions, which later turned out to be them glaring at each other.

"Go. First." Ash whispered, but with a hard to keep smile on her face.

"No. You go. I insist." Katy answered, also trying to keep a smile too.

"You know what? Who cares, we're going to walk inside TOGETHER and asks what's wrong, sounds fair right?" Ash said, after she had enough with all of silent bickering between the two of them.

"Okay. One the count of three we open the door." Katy answered. Ash nodded.

"1...2...3..." Ash and Katy slid open the door and saw Nikki lying on her stomach with a pillow covering her face. She made small quiet sniffles, her body was slightly moving during the process.

"Nikki? Are you okay?" Ash asked in a worried tone. No reply.

"Nikki, please tell us what's wrong. You don't seem okay." Katy tried her hardest to make Nikki talk, but their was no luck. "Okay then. But can you tell us what happened to Kyo? Like where is he? I haven't seen him walk or run into the house with you."

Nikki sprung up after she heard his name. "Shut up! It's none of your damn business anyways! Now just get the hell out of my room and go away!" Both Ash and Katy were shocked after hearing what had just came out of Nikki's mouth. They both nodded then walked out. Nikki began panting after realizing what she had said to her sisters. She clenched the blankets tightly, then out of a sudden she bursts into tears.

About two hours later, Nikki woke up, after crying herself to sleep. She got up and clumsily walked over to her dresser and looked at herself in the mirror. Her eyes were all red and puffy, also with a tint of black due to not getting enough sleep. Her clothes and hair were almost fully dry, but unfortunately they were still uncomfortable to be in. She looked pale, like she was about to catch a cold. Nikki continued to study how she looked in the mirror. But what she did not hear was the little girl, Mimi slowly opened Nikki's door and peeked through. She opened in more and she walked over to Nikki. Mimi looked around the room due to her curious little girl mind. She spotted something glimmering from next to Nikki, which caught Mimi's attention, a lot

"Kitty!" She said. Nikki turned around in shock. She didn't hear the little girl come in, nor did she know who she even was.

"Kitty!" She repeated as she pointed to the necklace that Kyo gave her for her birthday. Nikki picked it up from her and her sisters jewelry tree (A/N: I think that's what their called.) and held it in the palm of her hand. A single tear fell onto the bedazzled cat necklace that, then Nikki out it around her neck. "Kitty!" Mimi repeated once more. Nikki tried to make a smile for the little girl.

"Yes, I'm going to find 'Kitty'." Nikki said as she gave Mimi a hug. Nikki walked to her closet and grabbed her coat, then she grabbed the little girls hand and walked her downstairs.

"Oh Nikki's up! And you brought Mimi downstairs, how sweet!" Ash cheered and picked up the little girl.

Nikki walked passed Ash, Katy, and Mimi, and heeded towards the Japanese sliding door. She slid open the door, and she was about to to step outside in the pouring rain, until Katy stopped her from continuing.

"Nikki, where are you going in this weather?" Katy asked.

Nikki have both Katy and Ash a slight smile. "I'm going to get my boyfriend back." Nikki lifted her hood and stepped outside heading towards the same direction as before.

"What does that mean?" Ash questioned curiously.

"I don't know." Katy answered.

Nikki shivered as she walked throughout the forest looking for Kyo. Her raincoat wasn't fully protecting her from the rain, but it was better than nothing. Nikki wanted to find Kyo as quickly as she could so she and him wouldn't get hyperthermia, that would be extremely bad. Then Nikki stopped dead in her tracks. What happens Kyo really hates her? Was the stuff Akito said true, or not? All of these questions made Nikki think twice about finding her boyfriend. But, she needed Kyo. To protect her, to make each other laugh and smile, and to love her.

Kyo's P.O.V.
I can't believe it happened again. First with Tohru, and now with Nikki. I'm pretty sure that she won't want to lay an eye on me ever again. I doubt that she'll come. I doubt that she'll accept me. And I doubt that she'll love me ever again. I just wish I could've told her this in the beginning of our relationship, then she wouldn't be afraid, but I'm guessing she is. It's been about 2 hours, and I'm pretty skeptical that I'll ever see her again. Nikki, I love you, but I guess Akito never wanted us to be a couple, so I guess this is goodbye Nikki. But, I'll always treasure you in my heart.

Third Person's P.O.V.

Nikki continued walking throughout the forest calling Kyo's name repeatedly. Sadly, there was no response every time. It was either she wasn't close to him or he was ignoring her. And, she understood if Kyo didn't want Nikki to see him that way. Nikki looked left and right, until she spotted something in a distance. Could it be?

'Kyo?' Nikki mouthed from where she was standing. Her eyes were filled with fear, but she had to be brave. Then, Nikki slowly approached "Kyo" trying her hardest not to make a sound, which would be fairly easy due to her being a cat. After walking small steps, Nikki was now about 20 feet from Kyo.

"K-Kyo?" Nikki shuttered. Kyo turned his head and angrily looked into Nikki's blue eyes. Though, inside, Kyo knew that he was very happy to she her, but he knew that he couldn't control his form of his. "Kyo," Nikki repeated. "I know you can hear me. The real you! The one I know the most!"

"Go away, Nikki!" Kyo yelled. "I just want to be left alone!"

"Please Kyo!" Nikki cried out.

"Go away before I claw your eyes out!" Kyo threatened and glared into Nikki's eyes. Nikki took a few steps back.

"Please, don't hurt me!" Nikki had a few tears in her eyes, but she knew she had to be brave. Nikki began to walk towards Kyo.

"What don't you understand about leaving me alone?!" Kyo began to growl, causing Nikki cower. Nikki knew that she was scared, but she also know that this was Kyo, her beloved boyfriend that both of them had fun and laughable memories together. But now she had enough. Nikki ran up to Kyo and gave him a hug, then she began to cry.

"Kyo, hate me, hurt me, or kill me I don't care. What I care about is that I love you and I care for you. After I met you, I felt something that I haven't truly felt ever, happiness. After my mother died, I felt alone, until you can in my life and showed me another path. A path away from the darkness. This later on became love. I adored are first kiss, and all of the small dates that we had. But I'm glad that I met you. And this is all because I love you!" Nikki confessed with all of her heart. Kyo felt like all of the pain from the second he was born to now had just fled and became a forgotten topic, but now all he wanted to do is comfort Nikki and protect her.

Nikki continued crying, until she felt a soft hand on her cheek. She looked up and saw Kyo back to his normal, human self, smiling. The twosome gazed into each other's eyes which to both of them felt like heaven. Moments later, both Nikki and Kyo pulled each other into a kiss. Kyo pulled away as he looked down. All he had on was his pants, not his shirt, then blushed in embarrassment.

"I'm sorry..." Kyo apologized. "I'm sorry that I threatened to hurt you. And before you came, I thought you would never come because you were afraid of me." Kyo put his arms around Nikki, and his head over her shoulder. A few watery crystals from his eyes fell onto Nikki's coat. Nikki was amazed to see Kyo was crying, which she thought he never had done that in his life, ever.

"Don't cry...If it makes you any better, I do accept you. And I mean it. I would never lie to you." Nikki said in a comforting tone, then she placed her hand on Kyo's bare back. Then, the rain began to slacken, making the rain closer to stopping. A few seconds later, a puff of orange smoke appeared, causing Nikki to cough. As the smoke faded, a small, orange, shivering cat appeared right in Kyo's place. "H-how...?" Nikki questioned herself.

"The rain," The orange cat answered. "The rain can cause me to transform."

"Oh good. I mean that isn't good, but I thought my curse was broken or something. That would've been bad because I love being a cat." Nikki said and let out a small giggle.

"Yeah it would've been bad. I love it that your a cat." Kyo answered and climbed onto Nikki's lap. "But, I'm kinda tired so can we go home?"

"Yes." Nikki replied, then she grabbed Kyo's clothes and wrapped them around her arm. She then picked up Kyo, and held him tightly. Kyo made himself comfortable in Nikki's arms then closed his eyes, but then he remembered something that he has eagerly wanted to say to Nikki today.

"Nikki, can I tell you something?" Kyo asked as he lifted his small cat head and looked into her eyes.

"Yeah, go ahead." She answered.

".......I love you......" Kyo hesitated to say. "When I first met you, I never thought that you and me would make a couple. Heck, I never even thought that we would be friends. But really, you're the only person I care about. So that's why, I love you." Kyo put his paws on Nikki's left shoulder and licked her cheek, as a sign of a kiss. Nikki smiled delightedly then kissed Kyo's head and scratches behind his ears.

"I love you too." She replied then she continued walking back to Shigure's house with Kyo sleeping pleasantly in her arms.

Nikki used one hand to slid the front door open, and the other goodly Kyo secure enough so he wouldn't fall out of her arms, or to tightly unless that can suffocate him. She walked inside and slid the door closed. She once again held Kyo in both of her arms, then she passed Tohru, Shigure, Yuki, Ash, and Katy and walked upstairs. Shigure let out a small smile out of the corner of his mouth.

"He finally did it." Shigure said as he watched Nikki carefully walk up the stairs.

"Did what?" Katy asked.

"And why is Kyo a cat?" Ash added.

"Did he really do it?" Yuki asked Shigure.

"Hard to say if I'm right, but it's my guess. After all, the same thing happened to Tohru." Tohru looked over at Shigure and tilted her head in confusion.

"What happened to me? What was the similarity?" Tohru questioned.

"I'll tell you later, if Nikki and Kyo let me, but I'm assuming that Nikki and Kyo are going to have an everlasting relationship." Shigure assumed then walked to his room. "Well I'm off to bed! Goodnight my little flowers. And Yuki!"

"Yeah, thanks." Yuki said sarcastically and walked off to bed. "Goodnight, Ms. Honda. Goodnight, Ash and Katy."

"But I wanna know what happened!!!" Ash complained.

"Tohru, they were talking about you so give us all the details you know. Now talk." Katy said and grabbed a notebook and a pencil to jot down notes.

"Eh! I don't know what they were talking about! Honest!" Tohru answered honestly.

"Oh this is gonna be a long night." Ash added.

Nikki walked into Kyo's room, and placed the soft, sleeping orange cat on the bed. Nikki sat beside him on the bedside stroking his fur, gently. Kyo slowly opened his eyes and looked at Nikki. Nikki smiled in return.

"Well, I should try and stay up so I can transform back. And you should go to sleep, it's late." Kyo suggested to himself and Nikki. Then he looked at Nikki's neck and noticed the necklace that he got her for her birthday. "Isn't that the necklace I gave you?"

"Yeah. Why?" Nikki asked.

"It looks pretty on you."  He complimented.

"Thanks. And you're right about it being late so I should go," Nikki stood up and stretched for a moment. "Anyways, goodnight. I love you." She bent down and scratched behind Kyo's ear.

"Goodnight, I love you too." Nikki smiled then walked out, sliding the door closed on her way out.

Nikki headed into her room, then to her dresser. She looked at herself in the mirror and took off her cat necklace, and hung it on her sisters jewelry tree. She opened a drawer and grabbed her light blue pajamas, then she walked into the bathroom to take a steaming hot shower. (A/N: Me all the time^^)

A few minutes later, Nikki got out of the shower, and dressed herself. She then grabbed her brush and combed her light brown hair until it was silky smooth. After that, she brushed her teeth, then she walked out. Nikki was about to slide open the door to her room, until she felt a hand on her shoulder, causing her to get a chill down her spine. She turned around and sad it was Kyo.

"Oh Kyo, you startled me for a second. I thought you were some perv coming to....yeah." Nikki apologized then she blushed a crimson red.

"No, I think I'm 100% not a perv." Kyo said then laughed.

"Anyways, what do you need?" Nikki asked in a friendly way.

"I was wondering if you would like to sleep with me tonight. I mean it's up to you, and don't take it the wrong way, really! But I think we trust each other enough to never do that sort of crap." Kyo said.

"Sure. I mean we've done this before in March, right?" Nikki answered.

"Yeah. Anyways, let's hope your sisters don't get mad again." Kyo joked.

"Haha yeah." She said as she remembered the time when Ash and Katy screamed their heads off when they heard about her and Kyo sleeping together in the same bed. Kyo grabbed Nikki's hand, then blush uncontrollably.

Nikki and Kyo both climbed into bed, then then they pulled the covers up to their shoulders.

"Goodnight, Nikki." Kyo said.

"Goodnight, Kyo" Nikki answered.

Then, moments later, the happy couple fell into a deep sleep for the night.

Oh. My. God. I. Am. So. Sorry. I. Didn't. Update. In. Over. A. Month. Okay what happened was I had a heck load of homework and my parents took away my phone multiple times for doing nothing. Like What the heck??
