Nikki's P.O.V.
I woke up in a comfortable bed, but it felt more different than my usual one. I got up, still with my eyes closed, and stretched. I rubbed my eyes to make myself up, until I spotted someone else in the bed with me. It was Kyo, a sound asleep. Then I remembered last night that Kyo invited me to sleep with him, though when he said it he felt embarrassed. I laid back down, and I rested my head on the pillow. I looked at Kyo, who looked so peaceful in his sleep. A few moments later, he fluttered his eyes opened and smiled.

"Oh good morning, Kyo." I greeted.

"Mornin'." He replied and stretched as well.

"So," I said to start a conversation. "How'd you sleep?"

"Good. And you?" Kyo replied.

"Same as well." I answered. Okay this was getting weird. Sitting in bed and asking each other how we slept isn't a conversation!

Out of a sudden, I hear someone yell at the top of their lungs. "She did what?!" Then I heard loud footsteps coming towards Kyo's room. Suddenly, some aggressively slid the door open with all of their strength.

"Hey watch it! That's my door! If you break it, then you'll have to fix it!" Kyo said annoyed.

"Well, is it my fault your sleeping with my sister?! No! It's your!" Ash shouted irritatedly.

"That's what this is about?! I'm her boyfriend and I can sleep with her if I want!" Kyo spat back.

"Aw is the wittle pussy cat getting agrwy? Ash mocked. I couldn't help but laugh. The way Ash said it was like she was talking to a toddler. Kyo's cat ears perked up in irritation.

"Say that again! I dare ya!" Kyo replied with a smirk.

"Is the wittle pussy cat getting agrwy?" Ash repeated but this time with even more mockery. Okay, I only have a few seconds to live because they kill each other. I got it! I'll just sneak around them! They won't be able to hear me due to me having silent footsteps. If it can work with Ash and Katy, then it can with Kyo! I carefully got up and slowly walking away unnoticeably. I closed the door behind me, then I was about to head into my room, until I heard the sound of someone transforming or in this case, some idiots.

"Nice going Kyo." I sighed then went back into Kyo's room. Kyo and Ash, now as a cat and a fox, began growling at each other.

"Dammit, this is your fault!" I heard Kyo bellow.

"No, your the one who fell on top of me!" Ash spat back.

"No! You fell on top of me! And if Nikki's finds out about this I doubt she's gonna be happy!" Kyo answered in an irritated tone, not noticing that I'm standing a few feet away from him.

"I think she already knows." Ash said while looking at me. Kyo turned his head in shock, then an aura of embarrassment surrounded him.

"I'm sorry..." Kyo apologized with his head lifted down.

I kneeled down and petted his soft fur. "There's nothing that you need to be forgiven for." I said with a smile. Kyo looked up, then he placed his head on my knee.

"Okay."

"Ugh, I can't stand this stuff. I going to my room, away from you idiots. Oh and one more thing, don't sleep in the same bed ever again." Ash picked up the closes with her mouth walked out the door.

"Screw her, I've got you." Kyo said, then purred on Nikki's lap.

"Haha yeah. Anyways, I should get ready. You should too, I mean when you transform back." I said as I stroked Kyo's fur. Kyo nodded then leaped off of my lap. "I'll see you later."

"You too." Kyo replied as I walked out.

I grabbed my school clothes, until I realized that today was Sunday, not Monday. I always hated this day because the next day I would have to go back to school. Unless it was summer or a holiday weekend then I wouldn't hate it as much. I put my school uniform back into the drawer then I picked out a light pink shirts with ruffles and black pants. After I got changed, I brushed my teeth and hair.

I walked out of the bathroom, then I began to walk downstairs into the kitchen to get breakfast. I was about to place my bare foot on the first step until I heard someone call my name. I turned around and I saw Kyo, who was fully dressed and not a cat anymore, smiling. I smiled back, then we both walked downstairs together.

Everyone sat down around the Kotatsu and waited for Tohru to bring out the breakfast. Kyo and I walked to an open spot and sat next to each other. A few seconds later, Tohru walked in with breakfast and served everyone with her usual everyday smile. About halfway through when I was eating, Shigure decided to start a conversation.

"So Kyo, where did you and Nikki run off to yesterday?" Shigure asked. Oh jeez he's onto us!

I looked over to Kyo, praying that he wouldn't say what actually happened last night. Kyo looked shocked, then placed his chopsticks on his plate. "Nowhere."

"Hey, I want to know the reason too! You two all of a sudden disappeared, then I saw Nikki run back into the house, crying, then she left, and finally she came back, holding you as a cat." says Ash with slight irritation in her voice.

Kyo turned his head towards me and glared. I then began to blush, but only in embarrassment. He then turned his head back to everyone, where they were asking a million questions at a time, which sounded like jiberesh to me. Kyo quickly got annoyed by everyone yelling and screaming at him, then he lost his temper. "Shut up! It's none of you damn business anyways! Can't you guys just leave me alone!" Kyo bellowed then stormed upstairs.

"Awkward..." Ash said while everyone sat there silently.

"I'm going to check on him." I say then I head upstairs like nothing happened.

I walked into Kyo's room, knowing exactly where he is, the roof. I walked onto his balcony then climbed the ladder up. Kyo laid on his back against the rooftop.

"Kyo?" I called quietly.

"Yeah..." He replied.

"Um, is it okay if I sit next to you?" I asked.

"Yeah, come up here anytime you want, I don't mind." He answered. I smiled then sat right beside him. Kyo got up from his laid-down position and got closer to me.

"Are you upset about what they were saying downstairs." I asked.

"Yeah, I just don't want anyone to know..." He responded in a quiet tone.

"Why?" I questioned. Now I felt like I was asking to many questions.

"Because, one it's none of their business, and two, I just don't want your sisters to know about me...that way." He explained in the same tone as before.

"Oh. Wait!? Yuki, Shigure, and Tohru know?" I asked shockingly.

"Of course Shigure and Yuki know. For God's sake their my cousins and if it's part of the curse then of course they would know. And Tohru, well it's another story." Kyo replied a bit annoyed during the process.

"Oh can you tell me?" I questioned, but I would totally understand if he didn't want explain the story for me.

"Yeah, but how about another time because I'm not really in the mood at the moment." He answered.

"Okay, but are you mad at me?" I asked, due to Kyo saying that he wasn't in the mood. I felt like I was part of the fault that made him feel all upset.

Kyo looked over and smiled. "Why would I be mad at you? I love you and I would never ignore you, be upset with you, or even make you unhappy." He said in a calm tone then wrapped me in a hug.

"I love you too. And, I would never do any of those things to you too." I replied and accepted his hug, then gave him one in return.

Then Kyo and I spent the rest of the morning chatting about random things. I love it how Kyo and I have a few things in common, and that we are both in a relationship with each other. But, I wonder how it would be in the future. Two cats, a dog, a rat, a fox, a wolf, and a riceball living in the same house. If you ask me, things may soon be getting more harder to get from one place to another in the house without transforming, unless your me, there are no normal boys in this house so I don't need to worry! But, I still ponder that thought, how will the seven of us fit in one house, without any commotions. Since Kyo and Yuki always fight, and Katy and Ash usually don't get along, I'm predicting that their will be many animals running around trying to kill each other. I wonder how this would all end.
