~Chapter 2: Being Hunted...Not?~
(Her looks now are in the video with the outfit above)
*Isabella's POV*
It's been 10 years since I had met everyone. I'm basically supposed to be in high school but I decided not to go. A lot had happened during the ten years.
I was sixteen now and alone besides my husky, Snowflake. She had one blue eye then a brown eye which I found pretty about her. Also unlike most huskies, she had more white than black on her fur, hence her name.
Felix, Kate, Daniel, Fredrick, and William had went missing five months after I met them. Brandon and Elizabeth had both died and Michael... I don't know. He went missing two years ago so I stayed with my father now.
I got a job at the Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. I was a night guard there and on occasion when something unexpected comes up for me, I usually call our boss and let him know if my father or myself have to be gone for a little while and he'd usually have someone back us up.
But there was a small problem with me. Everyday when I try to rest since I got my job, I could only sleep for about an hour in the day. Other than that, I try to do some shopping for needed things. It was always a reoccurring dream but I couldn't remember what it was.
I was at work right now and I swapped through the cameras. I didn't usually have to worry about 'moving animatronics'. I sighed, before staring at Pirate's Cove. I sighed and frowned a bit.
"I'm pathetic, huh?" I muttered to myself, before I decided to check up on the animatronics onstage but I saw that Chica was off the stage. I was confused before I checked the other cameras but I didn't see her. "Where'd you go?" I barely whispered before a famine voice from my right side.
"You're not pathetic, silly." I quickly looked to see that Chica was right in the doorway, startling me.
"What the-? H-How did y-? Y-You were-" I stuttered over my words in confusion and I looked at the entrance again to see she was gone again. I sighed to make myself relax. "Never mind. Probably just hallucinating." I muttered to myself.
I just figured that was what it was cause of not getting much sleep. I leaned back in my seat and covered my face for a bit. I started to stare at the ceiling and let my thoughts wander.
Two weeks ago, there was an incident with Foxy. A little girl, about six years old, had walked up to Foxy and started messing with Foxy but Foxy ended up putting the girl in a coma for a long time. I tried to convince everyone that it was probably just a glitch in Foxy's circuits so it wouldn't be much of a panic on what the other animatronics would do, and it worked. Unfortunately, they had to shut down Foxy for good cause he was too dangerous and it could happen again.
For some reason, I was feeling protective of the animatronics in a way. I always have. I started looking through the cameras again. Everyone was in their places. I groaned a bit. "I hate it when I think things happen when they're not." I muttered. I checked the time to see it was and it was 2:36. I groaned more and slammed my head onto the table. "This is going to be a long night..."

I put on my jacket and pulled my hood over my head. I walked out of the office with my jacket unzipped and I kept my flashlight at hand to see in the dark for a little while.
I got to the main doors of the pizzeria and got out my keys. I went outside and when the doors closed behind me, I locked the doors. I didn't realize it was raining till I heard it.
I growled slightly at the rain then sighed. I didn't exactly care about being in the rain anyways. I walked to the corner of the street and waited for the cars passing where I was to stop and I sighed.
The walk-light turned to green and cars stopped as I quickly made my way across the road and I got to the other side of the road. I started walking on the sidewalk towards a nearby shop.
I went inside to buy a couple new movies and some butter and bread since Dad used the last of it yesterday for his breakfast. I left the shop and headed home.
When I got home, I heard Snowflake barking like crazy and I smiled slightly. "I'm home, Snow." I said, putting the bread and butter on the table next to the door and I took off my jacket. Snowflake immediately came around the corner and jumped onto me and I laughed a bit, scratching her ear. "Easy, girl. I just got here you know."
"You're back again, Bella?" I looked at my father and smiled a bit.
"When am I not?" I asked and he chuckled a bit. Snowflake jumped off of me and I stood up.

I was staying with my dad at work today and the boss allowed it. I was in the corner of the party room, watching the children play with each other. A girl with light blue hair and green eyes came up to me with a smile.
"Miss, why's Foxy out of order?" She asked and I hesitated slightly.
"Um, we just have to fix a few glitches and he should hopefully be back up, okay?" I said, smiling at him and she smiled back.
"Like tomorrow?" She asked, hopefully and I frowned slightly.
"I'm sorry. He won't be open tomorrow. We're still trying to find a few glitches." I said and she frowned again. "But, how would you like a little present?" I asked and she smiled again.
"Really?!" She asked and I chuckled.
"Here. Maybe this'll cheer you up some. They don't sell these anymore here so you can have this." I said, pulling out a Foxy plushie. The girl smiled and took it.
"Yay! Thank you, miss!" I smiled at her.
"No problem, kid. By the way, what's your name?" I asked, and she gave a close-eyed smile.
"Name's Bonnie."
*Foxy's POV*
I watched the kids play from behind my curtains. One of them had walked up to Bella and they started talking. Far as I knew, Bella was the only one that had tried to convince the boss here that it was just a glitch in my circuits when I accidentally put the girl in a coma.
I felt guilty about it and I occasionally would try to hear what she's telling the kids whenever she stayed during the day and ever since the day the reporters had came cause of the girl, Bella had started to try to convince the kids that I'd be back up and running soon. But, I had my own doubts.
I sighed, with my ears dropping as low as they could go. I frowned at the thought that I wouldn't be functioning again to help entertain the kids. I walked back more on the stage and sat on a crate.
'It's already bad enough they're not going to let me back out again, lass. Ye can give up on it.' I wanted to tell her but I couldn't bring myself to or find the courage to.
"Got the plans ready, Vincent?" I heard the boss of the place ask and an all-too-familiar voice spoke.
"Yeah. The new place should be getting built soon. Maybe about three weeks or so for it to be done."
"Does Isabella know about it?"
"No. But I'll tell her soon." Vincent said and I gave of a very low growl.
"What are they talking about?" I muttered, quietly.
"Good. Cause if you don't, I'll tell her myself." The boss said before footsteps headed towards the office.
"Dammit. Now I have no choice." I heard Vincent mutter and I looked at the ground.
'Are they going to move us somewhere else?' I thought, before I ended up clenching my fist.
*Isabella's POV/Time Skip*
It was after Dad's shift was over and he headed home by himself and I just stayed in the office to do some of the paperwork Dad forgot to do.
It was about three papers of some business notes. I finished the paperwork and opened the drawer, putting the papers away.
I closed the drawer and sighed. I shifted through the cameras and saw that Bonnie moved from his spot on the stage. I checked the cameras to see he just went to the backroom. I sighed in relief and checked the party room camera to see Chica standing in the middle of the room.
"Why are you standing there, Chica?" I asked no one in particular. Technically, I used to play quite a few stressing games every now and then when I was a kid.
I checked on the stage and saw Freddy staring at the camera. I jumped back a bit. "Okay, that's a bit creepy, Freddy." I said, quickly before checking up on Bonnie but he...wasn't there? What's going on?
I checked the light in the left hall and saw Bonnie right there.
"Can I have the Wi-Fi password?"
"Jesus!" I shouted, startled, quickly closing the door. I sighed in relief and checked the cameras again to see Chica moved as well. I checked the bathrooms to see her right in front of the camera. "Whoa, give the camera a little more personal space, would ya?" I asked, trying to be a bit humorous.
I checked at Freddy's camera and he was still staring at the camera. "Again, still creepy, Freddy." I muttered and I checked at the curtains to Pirate's Cove. They were still closed and decided to check the door to see Bonnie was still there.
"Seriously? I see you there, Bonnie." I said, with the edge of my mouth twitching slightly along with my eyebrow. I decided to check up on Chica to see she was gone. "Well, at least she gave that camera some personal space." I said, before checking the party room camera again to see her right in front of the camera.
"What the-?! What is with you and being in the camera's personal space, Chica?!" I asked and I checked the doors again to see Bonnie was finally gone. I opened the door and went back to the camera. Bonnie turned out to be in the Supply Closet now.
I checked the other door to my right to see nothing so I left it alone. I checked back with the other door and still saw nothing until it flashed again showing Bonnie, scaring me.
I quickly closed the door again, out of reflex. I laid my head back. 'When is this going to end? I'm hating all of this scaring me out of nowhere thing.' I thought, before the 6:00 alarm went off. My eyes widened and I looked at the clock to see it was actually only 4:30. I felt my eye twitch a bit.
'Dad didn't set it right again!' I thought, facepalming. 'Here I thought my shift was over.' I turned off the alarm and sighed.
"6 o'clock already?" I looked to see Chica at the right side of the room.
"Um...no? One of the people working here forgot to change the alarm time." I said and Bonnie looked through the window.
"Can I have the Wi-Fi password, please?" He asked and I looked at him confused.
"The...Wi-Fi...password?" I asked, in complete confusion.
"It's a long story. But in short, he just wants to be able to access something on the internet or whatever at night, I guess." Chica said and I was still in complete confusion.
"Um...okay." I opened the other door and sighed, putting my face in my hands.
"Okay, how come you guys aren't trying to kill me right now? Cause evidently, Bonnie keeps asking me for the Wi-Fi password, you're explaining different things I don't or I do get, Freddy's still on the stage, and Foxy's not even coming out from behind his curtains. So, what's going on here?" I asked, completely confused.
"Well, that'd need a bit more explaining. But, our sensors kinda see you as a um...'regular' human." I rose a brow in confusion.
"What do you mean by regular?"
"Well, people older than twenty or so we kinda think are endoskeletons so we try to stuff them in a suit. Hence why we kinda try to stuff them in Freddy suit." Bonnie explained with a slightly nervous look.
"So, you guys killed the last security guard's because you guys thought they were endoskeletons?" I asked and both of them nodded.
"That's basically it." Chica said and I sat back in my seat.
"That explains a lot."
"Oh, Chica. You should've seen what she was doing every time she saw through yours and Freddy's cameras." Bonnie said and Chica looked at him. I tensed up.
"What?! You better not say a word about it, Bonnie!" I exclaimed and Chica laughed at my reaction.
"Why not? It was funny! I nearly died of laughter in the closet whenever the camera was off!" Bonnie said and I huffed.
"Because I was making my own points to them indirectly."I muttered, with a small blush.
"What was she saying, anyways, Bonnie?" Chica asked and Bonnie probably smirked.
"When it came to looking through your cameras, she kept saying to give them some personal space cause she kept getting startled by them." I blushed a bit more in embarrassment.
"Not my fault that I'm easily jumpy." I muttered again.
"You seem to mutter a lot." Chica said and my eyes widened slightly before I looked at the ground, remembering Felix...again.
"You all right?" Bonnie asked and I shook the thought out of my head.
"Yeah, sorry. It's just that I've heard something similar to those words before. I guess I can kinda be complicated!" I said, quickly while laughing.
"You're name's Bella, right?" I stopped laughing and blinked a couple times at Freddy at the right door.
"How did you-?" I asked and he looked over at the other two.
"What are you two doing?" Chica and Bonnie looked at Freddy.
"She's only seventeen so we kinda thought we'd...talk with her a bit?" Bonnie said, nervously with nervous shrug and his ears folded back in a nervous way.
Freddy narrowed his eyes at me and signalled for the two to follow him. They both did as he had gestured and I stayed where I was.
I sighed in boredom and just decided to flip through cameras for the heck of it. At least it gave me something to do for the next two or so hours.
I got bored again and I looked around on my phone. I ended up going into my camera gallery and I saw a video of an event I went to for my violin practice. I was good with a violin, guitar and flute when I was alone mostly but my father ended up getting me into band practice for a day and recorded one of my actual sessions in the class.
I smiled a bit as I watched the video. "Hey, Bell." My seven year old self jumped a bit at my dad's sudden voice.
"Yeah?"
"Do you mind playing one of your violin solos?" Dad asked and I had pouted.
"Nope."
"Why not?" Dad said and I had a small smirk.
"Because I don't like being recorded when doing so, Daddy. You know I don't." I said and Dad chuckled a bit.
"All right, then. But it's not like I'm going to make it go viral." Dad said and I smiled a bit and chuckled at the memory.
"Just this once, promise?" I had said and Dad was smiling off camera.
"I promise, kiddo. Now let's hear it." Dad said and I had played through half of 'The Arena' by Lindsay Stirling.
"That's about all I can do right now. I'm still trying to figure out the rest." I had said and he he got me into a side hug.
"I think the people on the other side of this camera can wait a while for you to figure out the rest." I glared at Dad a bit as he laughed.
"Daddy!"
"Kidding." He smiled at me and the video ended there. I kept a smile on my face for a little bit before I heard footsteps in the hall like the animatronics were coming back. I quickly turned off my phone and put it in my pocket.
"We're back." Chica announced and I was sitting cross-legged in the chair since it didn't have any arms.
"Hey. I was just checking a few things." I said, smiling and she probably smiled back.
"Yeah. Sorry about Freddy. He can sometimes get a bit easily suspicious." Chica said and I nodded.
"Yeah, I could kinda tell a little bit." She laughed a bit.
"Well, I guess it's okay. He's not used to having to get along with humans for a while." I smiled a bit.
"I guess I could relate to that." I said, smiling a bit, before rubbing the back of my neck. "So, why is Foxy still behind the curtains?" I asked, a bit confused.
"Well, he normally doesn't like to attack or move about until the second night so chances are, he'll come out tomorrow night." I laughed a bit.
"So he's shy?" I said, smiling and she laughed a bit as well.
"I guess you could say that."
*Time Skip*
I was at home and Dad was at work. I was making some food to take care of myself and Snowflake and possibly leave some for Dad too. I just gave Snowflake her usual food and I baked some cookies and a couple frozen Totinos pizzas.
After I cooked them and ate, I laid down on the couch and thought about my conversation with Chica and Bonnie and I held my hand up to the ceiling for a moment. 'They both...sounded familiar. But...how?' I thought and Snowflake nudged her nozzle against the side of my face and I looked at her.
She had a bit of a concerned look and I smiled slightly. "It's nothing, Snow. Just thinking about something." I said and she tilted her head into my hand and I smiled a bit more, before I started petting her head gently. I eventually ended up falling asleep after a bit.
~~~~~
I was sitting in a bedroom and there were five plushies on one side of the room. They were from when I was a child but then, their eyes started to glow. I started to hear children whispering but I couldn't make out what they were saying at all.
I started to shake, like I was scared of them. But, I wasn't. The sound started to gradually get louder until it came to the point where they were in a high pitch. I covered my ears and shut my eyes.
"Help us...." A voice whispered in the pitch and my eyes widened open.
~~~~~~
I woke up quickly and I felt like all of my breath was taken out of my body. I heard a dog whine and I looked at Snowflake, sighing. "Sorry, girl. Just got a bit startled."
"Woof." Snowflake replied and I smiled a bit.
"Come on, Snow. Let's go." I stood up and went to my room and grabbed the leash. Snowflake kept nudging my hand up and I attached the leash to her collar. I took her for a walk outside and we came across the pizzeria.
I started to think about the animatronics again and I couldn't get my mind off of it. I frowned slightly before tugging on the leash a bit as I clicked my tongue a bit.
Snowflake understood and we started walking more. I heard someone running while I was staring at the ground and I looked up to see a boy around my age running.
"Look out!" he yelled before he ran into me and we both fell down. I had my eyes shut out of instinct. I opened my eyes again to see the boy right on top off me, but he wasn't too close. I heard Snowflake start barking.
The boy had a natural white complexion with messy brown hair and brown eyes. I felt myself blush out of embarrassment when I realized the position we were in. "Um..." was all I could manange before the boy was pulled off of me.
"Whoa!" the boy exclaimed in surprise.
"What do you think you're doing with my daughter?" I was surprised when I heard my dad's voice. I looked to up to see Dad was holding up the boy. The boy got a small blush.
"Um, sorry sir. B-But it's not what it looked like! I accidentally just ran into her, I swear!" the boy said quickly and Dad looked between us.
"He's right, Dad. I was just taking Snowflake for a walk before he ran into me." I said, sitting up and my dad sighed, letting the boy go.
"Fine. I'll believe you but only cause of my daughter, got that?" Dad said and the boy nodded before leaving, quickly. Dad helped me up and I dusted myself off a bit. "Are you all right, Bella?"
"Yeah. What are you doing away from work anyways?" I asked, confused and he chuckled a bit nervously.
"Well, I actually saw you walking by the pizzeria and I thought you went to bed before I left." he said and I sighed.
"No. I still only get that one hour of sleep." I said and Dad had a worried look.
"Are you sure I shouldn't start getting you sleeping pills or sleeping drops? You've been having troubles with sleeping since you got the job at the pizzeria two months ago." He said, worriedly and I smiled.
"It's fine, Dad. I guess I just haven't felt tired enough to sleep much." I said, trying to reassure him but I was starting to get worried about myself now. Through the time I got the job and now, I haven't yawned at all or anything.
"All right, but it doesn't stop me from worrying about you, Bella." I rose a brow before rolling my eyes a bit.
"Fine. If I go to the store and buy myself some sleeping drops, would you stop worrying then?" I asked and he smiled a bit.
"Yeah, but you have start using them at least until the bottles empty." He said and I smiled.
"All right. I'll stop at the pharmacy once I get Snowflake back home, okay?" I said and he nodded.
"I better get back to work. I'll see you later." he said, leaving and I smiled.
"See you later, Dad." I started to take Snowflake back home and once I got her home, I took care of what she'd need and then I left again to go.to the pharmacy.
*Time Skip/Chica's POV*
After performance time was over and the boss left, Bella didn't arrive yet so I walked over to Pirate's Cove.
"Foxy, are you in there?" I asked and I heard Foxy's voice.
"Aye." I smiled a bit.
"Bella's coming back tonight and I told her that you'd come out tonight so please don't make me look like a liar."
"Ye told her? The lass thinks I have glitches in me circuits!" Foxy yelled and it startled me for a second but I glared at the curtains that Foxy was behind.
"Because she knew that you weren't going to be put back up, Foxy! At least she's trying to bring hopes to the kids that loved you that you'll be back up soon, Felix!" I snapped and I realized I just used his birth name and I frowned. "Just...don't make me seem like a huge liar." I said, leaving to the stage again and Bonnie had his ears dropped along with Freddy.
"Why did you yell Foxy's birth name?" Bonnie asked and I sighed.
"I didn't mean to. It just happened." I said before looking at Foxy's curtains. They were still closed.
*Foxy's POV*
I was in my human form and I was sitting on a barrel on my stage. I heard footsteps coming towards the curtains of my stage.
"Foxy, are you in there?" Chica asked and I looked at the curtains.
"Aye." Was all I responded.
"Bella's coming back tonight and I told her that you'd come out tonight so please don't make me look like a liar." I was surprised at her name.
"Ye told her? The lass thinks I have glitches in me circuits!" I yelled and it probably startled Chica. I could feel her glaring at me through the curtains.
"Because she knew that you weren't going to be put back up, Foxy! At least she's trying to bring hopes to the kids that loved you that you'll be back up soon, Felix!" Chica yelled in anger and I completely froze. I frowned and clenched my teeth together as I felt something cold run down the side of my face.
'Am I even that kid anymore?' I thought, remembering when I bit the little girl and ended up putting her in a coma. But, even after that, Bella had trusted me. But, why? That was something I wanted to know the most. 'I think not though.' I thought as I felt more tears fall down the sides of my face.
"Just...don't make me seem like a huge liar." Chica said before I heard her leave. I stood up and sighed.
'Guess she's right...but...I can't do it. She'll probably think of me differently the moment I come out.' I looked at my hook and hand. 'I'm a lot more different than I was before. But, she probably wouldn't realize it.' I shook that thought out of my head.
