The doll sits just infront of the window position right at me.

I take the doll throw on a jacket and leave for home sweet home.

The stiff enviromint welcomes back the incidences. 

The dark clouds really makes it better, a storm should be brewing. 

A big thrust of wind slams the stone-cold fence.

The garden is dead all the grass is dead

The rose bushes have gone wild, and the roses have shrunk to black withering away.

I walk through the front, usually Kieren would be out drawing and greet me.

But he's at the hospital

I can't imagine the pain he felt, I can't help but feel responsible for it.

I release my fist 

I take a big huff before heading to the door, I knock no one answers. 

"Moon, you're here!"

"Monarch?" I stare and hug her 

"Hey bud Mom and dad are in the back, I'm staying for a bit Carl's taking the kids."

She giggles devilishly 

I gasp

"Your hair it's purple! so cool."

"Yup, maybe one of these days we'll dye yours back to red, was it? Anyways mind helping me getting the groceries? little mayflower's getting in the way." She looks down rubbing her belly.

"Another one? you're already at five what's Carl doing?" I look down to the baby bump

"Twins... Fathers whining about his macaroni salad." She rolls her eyes

We both unload Monarch's mini van, she had it since she turned eighteen.

And head to the back 

Father's sprawled out on the floaty, he falls back when he sees me.

"Moon! my son!" His dark skin glosses in the sun, he wipes his face and swims to me.

"How's the college life doing ya?" He smiles with the whitest teeth I've ever seen. 

"Not yet dad, still have to get accepted. You know the deal" I blow my hair away.

I lay down the canister of beer and the bag of chicken wings. 

I sit beside Monarch on the sun chairs

It's been different although we've all grown

"Ooooo Moon pass me one!" he reaches out for the hot chicken wing in my hand.

My mother freezes in fear the moment she sees me...
