~Dipper's POV~
It didn't take long for Dipper to get used to his new form. He wondered into a little town, full of different monsters that he once saw in a illustrated book Stanford once brought to the twins. He stepped foot in this town where monsters called it home. It's really comfy not to say the least, shops were everywhere-clothing, cafés and so much more. Perhaps it was due to the books he read in the past, he don't feel...scared at all, instead he felt warm inside. Monsters passing by will give him a quick 'hey' or 'good morning'. Monsters here were nice. But he must not get distracted, his only goal is to find his twin sister and bring her home. Realisation hired him hard, how could he find her? He panicked, not knocking what he could do. He started to ask the neighbours around, asking whether they've seen a certain pink tailed mermaid. So far, he made zero progress. He was devastated, he collapsed. He was hopeless. " Why are you crying young man?" He wastes no time asking the kind monster who approached him. " Missing you say, hmm..." the monster thought, he snapped his fingers when a thought cane to his head. " perhaps she's taken by the humans living nearby, they do a lot of hunting. I've heard some missing monsters were hunted by them." Dipper was shocked, humans nearby? He shook his head, along with the gruesome image of his dear sister being killed by the merciless humans. He thanked him, " Name's Soos," " Dipper." They shook hands, in return for Soos' information. Dipper looked at the book held in this hands, knowing that it's going to be a long journey.
