It had been a few days and no new murders had taken place but it was scary knowing that someone on the campus was probably the killer.

"If the killer is one of the students here then that means he could be ANYONE!" Ethan said as he sat down with Skylar

"It's best to not trust anyone for a while, not even me." Skylar said sadly

"What? No, i trust you! You would never hurt me!" Ethan said with a slight smile.

"You don't know that, i could stab you right now and prove you wrong but i won't because I'm not a killer. My dad didn't raise me to be a killer." Skylar said

"That's why i trust you!" Ethan said loudly

Skylar just smiled as she looked away for a moment and looked back at Ethan.

"So how's Kayla?" Skylar asked, you two still together.

"Unfortunately we broke up, she had so much going on after the last series of murders that a relationship was too much to handle." Ethan said, looking away.

Skylar just looked at him a little bit surprised and she placed her hand on his. "I-I'm so sorry to hear that. She goes to this college but.. she studies in a different building."

"Have you talked to her?" Ethan asked

"Not much, i only see her in the library sometimes and that's it." Skylar said, scooting closer

Ethan eventually took Skylars hand softly and he didn't even realize it, its like it happened on its own.

"What are you doing?" Skylar asked, her cheeks turning slightly red, even through her makeup

Ethan immediately blushed and pulled his hand away quickly and Skylar just smiled, she knew he liked her, but that was okay because she liked him too.

~Later That Evening~

Ethan and Skylar had made it to her friends dorm room and the door was answered by her friend Raven

"Sky!!!" Raven squealed happily as she pulled her friend in for a hug and she soon pulled Ethan in as well.

"It's so good to see you again Raven!" Skylar said happily

"This must be your friend you told me so much about!" Raven said with a smile

Ethan shot a small smile as Skylar introduced him to her friend

"Yeah this is Ethan, he's one of the new freshman here!" Skylar said

"That's awesome! There's gonna be a party at one of the sorority houses later and we were wondering if you'd like to come." Raven asked, hopeful that Ethan would say yes

"S-Sure, i guess." Ethan says, a little confused as to why they would invite him.

Raven smiled as she closed the door behind them and Ethan sat in a chair facing a TV. Raven leaned towards Skylar and whispered in her ear.

"He's kinda hot.. you got lucky." Raven whispered as Skylar blushed from her lewd comment.

"Gross Raven, he's just my friend." Skylar whispered back

"Yeah, and Keanu Reeves isn't the best actor in Hollywood." Raven said jokingly

"Raven he's just a friend!" Skylar said, starting to get a little flustered

"Admit it, you like him and you definitely want him." Raven said cheekily.

"Maybe i do but for now, he's just a friend!" Skylar said, trying to calm herself.

~Later~

It was later that night and the sorority party was now underway and Ethan sat on the steps to the building as he stared along the campus, he couldn't help but wonder where this new Ghostface was or when he was going to strike next.

"A Ghostface cult and 2 deaths so far.. i wonder whose going to be next.." Ethan thought to himself as he took another sip out of his drink.

"What are you doing out here all by yourself?" A voice called out from behind him

Ethan turned around and saw his ex-girlfriend, Kayla standing behind him.

"Kayla?!" Ethan exclaimed with joy as he got up and ran to her.

"I see you've been doing well." Kayla said as she examined her friends body.

"How has your classes been going?" Ethan asked as they sat down together on a nearby bench

"They've been pretty good, i really don't like my Econ teacher though. Unfortunately he likes to pick favorites.." Kayla said as an annoyed tone filled her voice

"And you aren't one of them?" Ethan asked

Kayla just shook her head in disappointment and with a small pouty face.

It was silent for a few moments and Ethan finally broke the silence.

"Ghostface is back.. he's murdered 2 people already.." Ethan said as he held the picture of the Ghostface cult in his hands.

"I heard, word travels fast on this campus. I was hoping I'd see you again because i wasn't sure if he'd gotten you already." Kayla said

Ethan just nodded

"Detective Shaddix also came to me as well, he told me about the cult and Alexis." Kayla continued as she saw the picture Ethan held in his hand.

"She's dead Kayla, they killed her.." Ethan responded as he put the photo back in his pocket

Kayla placed a hand on his shoulder and tried to comfort him.

"I miss her too, they tried to kill us but even in the end, we still tried to bring them back but we couldn't.." Kayla said sadly

Ethan said nothing as he leaned his head on her shoulder and Kayla just smiled as they let the cold breeze wash over them.

~Meanwhile...~

Isabella Robertson, former best friend of first victim Erika Carroll was alone with her boyfriend in her dorm room as they watched movies and her Boyfriend was starting to leave for the night

"I had a great time tonight, hope we can do it again some time." Isabella's boyfriend said as he kissed her on the cheek and closed the door behind him.

Isabella smiled as she turned and walked back towards the couch and she looked at a photograph on the table of her and Erika dressed up for Halloween.

"I miss you my friend.." Isabella said softly

At that moment, the Phone started to ring and the Caller ID said unknown caller, Isabella picked up the phone not knowing that was the last mistake she'd ever make.

"Hello?" Isabella responded, holding the phone to her ear

"Hello.." An eerie voice said, sending a chill down her spine.

"Who is this?" Isabella asked as she got up and went to her bed

"Just someone who wants to ask you something." The voice said, leading her on.

"What is it?" Isabella asked as she got changed for bed

"I want to know what it was like to have your best friend stripped away from you!" The voice said

Isabella sat up in her bed as she was a little surprised to hear that.

"W-What are you talking about?" Isabella asked, a little bit worried now.

"Erika. The girl i plugged full of holes just outside this building a couple of nights ago!" The voice sneered as it began to laugh

"That's not funny!" Isabella shouted as tears started to stream down her cheeks

"Who said i was a fan of comedies?" The voice said firmly

Isabella tried her best to hold back her tears but the next thing the voice said sent a chill down her spine.

"How would you like to be next?" The voice said

Isabella immediately got up as she ran to the door to lock it but as soon as she got to the door, it burst open and Ghostface was standing right there.

Isabella screamed as Ghostface swung his blade right at her but she managed to dodge the swing and she threw one of the potted plants at the killer, knocking him down

Isabella ran into her bedroom as she boarded up the door with her dresser which wasn't enough as Ghostface was still trying to come through! Isabella looked all throughout her room but there was nothing she could do.

Isabella was trapped in her room and her phone was outside her bedroom so she couldn't call for help! After some time, Ghostface seemed to be gone and Isabella slowly crept out of her bedroom and looked around as she ran to the table and grabbed her phone.

Before she could start calling 911, Isabella felt a sharp blade enter her back and she dropped her phone, the screen cracking as it hit the ground. She turned around to see thr withered and bloody mask of Ghostface as he shoved her to the couch and stabs his knife straight through the bottom of her jaw and finishes her off by slitting her throat..

~Later, at Midnight~

The party was finally over and everyone was going back to their dorms.

"That was a great party.." Ethan said as he and Skylar left the sorority house

"At least it took your mind off of the recent attacks, you needed to let loose a little." Skylar said with a smile

She spoke too soon as they saw police cars parked in front of one of the dormitories and they saw Detective Shaddix

"Detective!" Ethan shouted as he and Slylar ran to the scene, he looked incredibly distressed.

"Well another one has been killed, Ghostface has struck again." Detective Shaddix said as he began filling out paperwork

"How many?" Skylar asked

"Only one, she got stabbed through the back, through her jaw and her throat slit." The Detective said as he rubbed his forehead

Ethan stared at the ground, 3 people were now dead and he was wondering who would be next..

~Later~

Ethan laid in bed that night wondering what was to come for the next few days, he still couldn't believe this was all happening again, he looked to his bedside table and looked at the picture of him and his mom, Sidney Prescott sitting there

"How'd you do it Mom?" Ethan thought to himself as he rolled back on his back and stared up at the ceiling

Ethan had no idea how his mom had survived 4 consecutive Ghostface sprees back to back, even with Dewey and Gale both.

Ethan let the thoughts leave his head and he finally went to sleep

~The Next Day~

Ethan walked through the town as he was heading to a store with Skylar to get some snacks for a movie night but Ethans phone started to ring and the caller ID was.. Alexis Rainey..!

"What the fuck..?" Ethan said to himself as he couldn't believe his eyes, Alexis was supposed to be dead

"What is it?" Skylar asked as she stopped walking and looked toward her friend worried.

"I got to take this.." Ethan said as he answered the phone

"Hello Ethan.." A familiar, sinister voice called out

Ethan felt a chill go down his spine, he recognized the voice instantly, it was Ghostface.

"What do you want from me?" Ethan asked as he looked around

"This must be a shock for you, to hear my voice again after all this time.." The Killer sneered as Ethan continued to look around.

"I was hoping id never have to see or even talk to you ever again." Ethan said angrily

"Aww are we not friends?" The killer said in a sad sing song voice

"The past two versions of you killed my friends and tried to kill my mother." Ethan shouted

Skylar was starting to get worried about her friend until she started to hear rustling in the bushes and that was a little worrying as well.

Ethan finally hung up but it was then the shadowy figure of Ghostface jumped out from the bushes and grabbed Skylars arm

"Ethan!!" Skylar shouted out as Ghostface slashed his knife across her arm but she yanked away and punched the killer in the face

"Run!!" Ethan shouted as the two ran down the street and ran for their lives and from Ghostface

The masked killer recovered and chased after them down the street, with his knife in hand

Ethan and Skylar ran through the streets and they eventually arrived at the store they were going to and ran inside.

"Help! We need help!!" Skylar shouted out as she clutched her bleeding arm

"There is a line here kids!" One of the shoppers said, clearly annoyed.

The store owner looked at them confused and then the door opened again and Ghostface was here, the kids hid behind some shelves

"There a problem sir?" One of the shoppers asked, getting up close and personal to the killer

The killer breathed hauntingly as it tilted its head and stabbed the customer through the gut and shoved him aside, causing a huge panic throughout the shopping center

Ethan and Skylar ducked back as the store owner lifted up a rifle and shot at the killer, knocking him back.

"Get out of here! There's an exit through the back, use that!" The store owner called out

The kids ran off and the store owner stepped up to the masked menace who was still unconscious

"Not so tough are you?" The store owner laughed, mocking the killer

But to his surprise, the killer sat up and slashed the store owner through his throat and he immediately stumbled back, trying to keep the blood from pouring out of his neck. He was fully dead after about 10 seconds, Ghostface tilted his head as he leaned down and grabbed his gun and went to find Ethan and Skylar.

Meanwhile, Ethan and Skylar had headed into the backroom and tried to get out through the backdoor

"Damn! It's locked!!" Ethan said, pounding on the door.

"I think the store owner guy might have the keys to get out of here, or we can sneak out through the way we came in." Skylar suggested.

"Well both options would require someone to go outside into the store, i guess we have no choice. We'll leave through the front door but we have to be very quiet." Ethan said as he started to open the doors

"Should we call the police?" Skylar asked

"That'll come later, by the way, silence your phone. If it rings, it'll give our location away." Ethan said as he turned his ringer off

Skylar did the same as they left the backroom and slowly sneaked down the aisles, they heard screaming and cries in the distance. Ghostface was killing the rest of the shoppers.

"Oh my god.." Skylar whispered, covering her mouth

Ethan gulped in fear as he peeked between a gap in the aisle, he could see the killer only 4 aisles down, they had to hurry

Ethan and Skylar slowly moved as glass cracked under their feet, they had to move as fast as they could but at that moment, the police came barging in through the door and swarmed the place

Ethan and Skylar immediately saw Detective Shaddix coming towards them.

"Detective!" Ethan called out

Detective Shaddix took a look at the demolished surroundings and sighed.

"We were attacked by the killer, he chased us here." Skylar said frantically

"I know, ive been tracing phone signals all day and one that seemed a little irregular led us here, it does look like our killer has been here." Detective Shaddix said, continuing to look at the madness in front of him.

"How many people did he kill?" Ethan asked

"On top of the 3 people he already killed, he killed like 6 people who seemed to not make it out in time, adding up to 9 people to his body count." Detective Shaddix said with small regret

Skylar was absolutely shocked and Ethan felt a sick feeling arise in his stomach, Ghostface had already killed so many people and yet, they still had no leads as to who the hell this killer was..
