Time skip 2 days 

Author's pov

It was 8 in the night . Most of the employees were having a change in shifts , making the office mostly empty . A particular floor was completely empty except for the conference hall . The atmosphere there was filled with tension although no one present there was tensed . The room had good ventilation making the air in the room fresh and always giving good vibes . But today it was filled with negativity . Although there were three people in the room there was utter silence . Not the kind of not knowing what to do silence but the I knew kind of silence . Priya broke it .....

Priya : We have to teach Arjun to hold his horses . He is getting out of hand .

Prakash: What do you mean by that ?

Priya : I mean that he is doing things on his own . 

Preetam : Explain !!!

Priya : We all know how important board meetings are . He cancelled one of them for some employee meeting . Not just once but twice .

Preetam : We talked about it .

Priya : Yesterday he passed a bill increasing the employees funds . Then he suspended almost 50 department heads and CEO's . He even appointed new ones .

Preetam : Why did he do that ? 

Priya : I don't know !

Prakash: He didn't tell you !

Priya : No!!!

Prakash : hmmm he should have .

Preetam : What's the point exactly? 

Priya : He is taking decisions without telling us , this might be bad for him .

Prakash : And for us .

Preetam : Avannukku recent ah nariya following vera varudhu .

Prakash : Adhuvum correct dhaan . Electing session vera post pone aayiruchu . 

They all sighed together , Priya was about to speak something but was cut off with Arjun and Lakshmi entering the room . Arjun smiled at them handed his mom a file and left . They smiled at him too and then started discussing about him and some other random topics .

Meanwhile somewhere in Chennai outskirts 

Ramakrishnan's Pov 

I was driving my new Audi and was driving extremely fast . I was travelling with some extremely dangerous and confidential material . So I took this route but the road is empty enough to scar em .  Suddenly I felt as if some one was following me . I looked in the mirror , there was a bike and it was behind me . "Ippo yaaruda enna follow panradhu ??" I said tensely . To my relief , the bike took a turn and disappeared . I sighed in relief .  After a while , I reached my destination ,an old storage . I parked my car and looked around to see if there was anyone around . 

Suddenly a light flashed on my face . To my horror , it was the same bike from earlier . I ran inside immediately and closed the gate .  I went inside a room . 

Ramakrishnan : Dei yaaro vandhaan paarungada . ( shouts in between gasps )

I shouted at my henchmen who were shocked with me running inside . Suddenly a car crashed the gate opening it  . It was my car and a hooded figure got down from it . I ordered my henchmen to get him . 

One by one all the henchmen fell not able to face his wrath . I hid under the table . He walked in and then shot the table twice . Scared , I rolled out . He came nearer to me and his face was not one bit visible .

 I crawled back when a sudden wind dropped his hoodie . I was shocked !!!!! He wore it back but now his lips were visible and they wore an evil smile . "It's payback time !!!!! " he said . "You .... " I started but was cut off with a hard and sudden blow . 

Next morning 

Author's pov 

Dhruva had just entered the crime scene . Just like the previous murders this one had no clues left . The murderer used a weapon to injure the henchmen but it was not available in the scene . The murder was a second degree scientific murder . Making the case harder ..... Dhruva walked to the doctor . 

Dhruva : Murder epdi nadandhadhu nu solla mudiyuma doc. ?!

Doctor : Hmm .... The victim has a head injury , so the culprit must have hit him there to faint him . Then after a few hours , he was given potassium cyanide , which would have suffocated him to death . Romba nalla  planned crime and  painful death .

Dhruva : Thank you .

Then he walked back to the crime scene and checked thoroughly but couldn't find any clue . He looked around and then smiled to himself .

Meanwhile with Arjun 

I was talking with Rahul about some random things . Then , I switched on the T.V. There was this breaking news being telecasted in all the news channels . "Leading industrialist Ramakrishna dead . IPS Dhruva to handle the case . " This was the headlines . I was shocked . When did this happen ?! I thought to myself . I looked at Rahul . He was extremely shocked and tensed too . He looked at me when his phone suddenly rang . He excused himself and went to attend it , after a while , he left . 

I starred at the ceiling , completely confused . I was thinking about the news earlier in T.V. My train of thoughts was broken my mother who was coming downstairs . She looked at me but didn't speak anything just an incomplete smile was all her face wore .  My thoughts went back to yesterday , Prakash uncle , Preetam uncle and Priya akka were probably not happy with me . I knew it through the look they gave . I was literally trying my best . To make it worse , my mom was talking with them yesterday . With the expression she carried , I knew something serious happened . She came down and sat beside me . I looked at her bluntly .

Arjun: Amma!!!

She just smiled looking at me .

Arjun : Amma , Prakash uncle and matha per edhavadhu sonnangala ?

No response !!! But I could see change in expressions , blunt to extreme . I felt terrible , have I disappointed her ????

Arjun : Amma !!!! I was not ready to take up the position of C.E.O . Appa sethutaarandra ore thought la vera edhuvume yosikaama vandhuten . Inga vandhu unna ipdi paarthathukku aprom enna pannanum ne theriyala . Apdiye adhe flow la C.E.O ayiten . Aana I am trying my best to do justice to it . Appa maadhiriye naanum oru nalla C.E.O ah mattum irundha podhum nu  dhaan nenachittu irudhen . Ennakku irukura ore oru goal Appa va reach aaganum !!! Appa maadhiriye successful ah vela pannanum .

I blurted out in emotion , not even looking at her . My voice was a bit broken and my eyes ...... they had the emotion filled in them but were closed as I wasn't able to look at her . I could feel her gaze on me . I got up and thought of  walking away . Suddenly ,against all odds , I was pulled in to embrace , soft and filled with love . 

Amma : Unga appa maadhiri illa , avara vida romba nallave panra !!!! 

She whispered softly . My eyes became glassy , I looked in to her eyes still hugging her . My mother looked so divine . All these years , I missed this love . It was so warm . I drifted into a peaceful sleep without my conscious in her arms . I bet I am going to have the best sleep  in my life .
