Priya's pov

I went searching for help but couldn't find anyone . I went down to reception hoping to find someone , fortunately I saw Rahul and Rhea who were entering the hotel . I walked up to them fast and explained the situation vaguely . They were shocked to the core and then we rushed to Sanjay's room , to our horror Sanjay was lying down on the ground motionless. Rahul went and checked his pulse while Rhea was trying to get an ambulance . Rahul walked up to us with a sad face , he hung his head and said " he is no more ." We both were shocked. Rhea started tearing and Rahul was trying his best to console her . 

I went into my own world of thoughts not able to digest that my dearest friend , our leader and the company's strength was gone forever . What would I tell to everyone else ? How would the employees, shareholders and the whole world take it ? What would I tell to Preetam and Prakash, they were there from the very start and the definitely won't take it good . How would we move on ? All these questions were tearing me apart . But my biggest fear and worry was Lakshmi, Sanjay was all she had . How was I going to console her ? Oh god !!! What am I going to do ?

I didn't notice the tears trailing down my cheeks . If his loss gave me this much pain and anguish then I couldn't even imagine the pain Lakshmi would have to go through . My thoughts were interrupted by the siren of the ambulance that just arrived . Rahul and Rhea were also worried and sad  .

The hospital men came up and carried Sanjay away in stretcher . Rahul went with them whereas I drove Rhea to hospital . All others especially Lakshmi wouldn't take it well if they had to know about his death through some tv news . So I decided to go to India to be there by her side when she gets to know . I looked around and saw Rahul coming towards  Rhea who was standing with me  worried . "Rahul" I called out to him . He looked at me .

Priya : Rahul did you inform anyone about his death ?

Rahul : no mam, ippo varaikum yaaruku sollala.

Priya : hmm , ippo yaarukkum solla vendam . Post-mortem ku aprom sollalaam.

Rahul : ok mam .

Priya : naan post-mortem ku aprom India kelamburen . 

Rahul : mam ?!  ( confusedly)

Priya : inga news announce pannappo Lakshmi mam ku support venum la adhaan .

I excused myself from them and called Prakash . He can handle the situation there  until we announce this . I dialed his number and waited patiently for him to pick up . 

Prakash : hello ! 

Priya : Prakash , it's me Priya.

Prakash : priya ! So how did the meeting go ? I assume he refused to shut down the hotel .

Priya : yeah but ( pauses) about that .

Prakash : what's wrong ? Why are you worried ?

Priya : Sanjay.......

I couldn't get the words out of my mouth . The tears and the fears blocked my throat. I gathered all my courage and managed to say 

Priya : Sanjay........he is no more .

Prakash : ennadhu??!! (Shocked )

Priya : they would post-mortem him by tomorrow morning .(in a sad tone) I am gonna come to India after it's  done . We have to announce it in a press meet tomorrow .

Prakash : yeah I will see into it . Aana sanjay oda avlo neram yaaravadhu irukanum la ? 

Priya : inga Rahul and Rhea rendu perume irukaanga . Avanga handle pannuvanga .

Prakash : they can't handle all the formalities and media all by themselves  !  I will send Preetam there , he will handle it .

Priya : okay ! ( in  a low tone ) and most importantly don't tell this to anyone else until i come there especially lakshmi .

Prakash : ok (in a heavy tone )

Meanwhile In Paris 

Normal pov 

Arjun was with Susha admiring the Eiffel Tower . 

Susha : Arjun , unnoda proposal ku ennoda answer kettala !!!

Arjun : hmm .......

Susha : ippo naan adhukku anser solla poren ( with a smile ) 

Arjun : huh?! .......wait..wait..wait ....oru nimisham . 

Saying that he ran to  a florist stall nearby and re appeared after  5 minutes with a bouquet and a small beautiful box . He walked to Susha and bent a little and handed over the bouquet to her saying "I love you " with a wink , Susha  smiled while blushing heavily . Then he opened the box , it contained a beautiful platinum ring , he held it out to her asking " will you love me ?" with a wide smile . Susha accepted the ring and said " I love you forever and ever ". 

"Ivlo arrangement panni propose panna ivlo simple accept panriye !! " he asked childishly . "Yen naanum oru bouquet and ring vaangi tharanuma ?" she answered . " Cha... cha....adhellaam naan kuduthen la nee oru kiss thandha podhum " he said with a pout . "Kiss uh ?!" she asked in a shocked tone. Arjun hung his head in disappointment , "kuduthutha pochu" she said with a smile . Arjun smiled wide at her while she kissed him  and they started to enjoy their love .

timeskip 2 hours 

Arjun and Susha are on their way back . Arjun stopped the bike at Susha's house .

Susha : bye!!!!!

Arjun : hey oru kiss kuduthu polaame . (with pleading eyes )

Susha : innaiku quota mudinjupochu pa (with a smirk )

Arjun frowned and looked at her with a sad face .

Arjun : appo naalaiku tharuviya ? (in an excited tone )

Susha : meet panna tharuven .

Arjun : appo meet pannlame , indha vaati place neeye decide pannu .

Susha: hmmm......appo naalaiku kaalai 9:30 ku champs elysees ku va . 

Arjun : hmm, okay. Kandippa kiss tharuva la ?

Susha : naalaiku morning nee anga va aprom paaru .

Arjun : hmm I am waiting .

Susha : I am coming .

Arjun : ha....ennake counter ah?!

Susha : (smiles ) bye ....

Arjun : bye....

Arjun's pov 

 I was over the moon . this was the best day in my life . I met Susha and then went on my first date with her , proposed her and and best of all she accepted and kissed me . I guess she was being tickled pink too .  I can't wait for tomorrow , I am so excited I don't know if I am gonna sleep tonight .

 But in midst of all this happiness I had a bad feeling like something was happening . I couldn't get over it . Maybe a talk with my mom would make it disappear . I 'll  definitely call her when I reach home .

 I reached home within half an hour but it seemed like a split second as I was thinking about Susha all the while. God knows how I reached home without bumping into anything . I knocked the door actually banged it in excitement . Satish came and opened it , it was clear that he was annoyed . 

Pranav : hey , Arjun !!

Satish : dei , edhukku da ipdi door ah bang panra ? 

I glared at him but my lips curved into a smile .

They both starred at me confusedly .

Pranav : aama da, andha Alex yaaru ?

Arjun : edho revenge case da boota case aita . 

I said shrugging my shoulders and he replied with a smirk .

Satish : appo un date ?

I smiled at him and blushed a little .

Pranav : ennada vekkama irukka ?(he asked tauntingly )

Arjun : poda . (shyly )

Satish : dei , ennachu  nu solluda ...

Arjun : accept pannita da .....

I said showing all my 32 teeth .

Pranav : appo party dhaan .

Satish : kandippa ...

Arjun : naaliku paakalaam poi thoongunga da .

They nodded smilingly . Everything was so perfect then why was I getting this bad omen feeling . What is going wrong ? I can't call dad as he himself calls me whenever he is free, secretly. After all I was his little big secret . I decided to call my mom and dialed her number . Fortunately for me she lifted it soon .

Amma : ha Arjun , un call kaaga dhaan wait pannitu irundhen . marandhuruven nenachen .

Arjun's mv : oh kaalaila  call pannuven nu sonnen la . Nalla vela call panniton .

Arjun : unkitta call pannuven nu sonnen la epdi marapen .

Amma : ahaan !!!!

Arjun : amma anga ellame okay dhaane ?

Amma : aama da ellame okay dhaan . Yean ipdi kekura ?

Arjun : illa edho bad feeling irukku , adhaan .

Amma : onnum illa kanna , nee edhuvum yosikaama thoongu .

Arjun : hmmm.... unkitta pesuradhukku nariya irukku aana ellame naaliku solven . Good night .

Amma : hmmm ... bye, good night .

I cut the call . Well that eased me up . I don't how but my mother manages to do it every single time I am disturbed . I hit the sack waiting for tomorrow.

Next morning 

Arjun's pov 

  I woke up with cheer joy today   was a special day and I hope it goes good . I freshened up and walked into the living room . Satish and Pranav were up before me and were watching t v . I sat down on the couch and snatched the remote from Satish . He glared at me but I ignored it . I was going through news  when one particular headlines hit me hard and gave me the shock of my life . "SANJAY SWAMINATHAN , THE LEADING BUSINESS MAN HAS PASSED AWAY YESTERDAY NIGHT , HIS PARTNERS IN BUSINESS HAVE HELD A PRESS MEET AND CONCLUDED IT . ACCORDING TO THE REPORT HIS DEATH HAS OCCURRED DUE TO CHOKING ." " What ??????" I shouted at the top of my lungs . Pranav and Satish starred at me confusedly . But none of it mattered to me now . Dad is dead????? This can't be happening . He was all well just yesterday . OH NO!!!!! How could he leave me so soon ?Amma  ...... how would she be now ?  She can't take it . I have to be there for her by her side . I have to be there to protect her and my dad's legacy . The time has come .
