After I was done with the board I took a break and came out . I wanted to call Susha. I dialed her number and waited for her to pickup . She picked it up instantly ...

Susha : Arjun , I was thinking about you . Epdi irukka anga ellam okay dhaane ? 

Arjun : Inga ellame okay dhaan . News ah paakalaya ? Enna paththi potaanga .

Susha : Paathen ....... sir look ah pinnitaanga .

Arjun : Adhukku aprom inga oru session nadanthuruchu , chumma merattunen. 

Susha : Ahaan ?

Arjun : Enna nambamaatiya ?

Susha : Naan unna nambelane vera yaara nambuven .

Arjun : Dialogue lam Vidura (with a smile ) andha rendu comedians epdi irukaanga ?

Susha : Nalla dhaan irukaanga.

I was talking to my darling happily when my mom called me . 

Arjun : Hey Amma kupdura aprom pesuven .

Susha : Ok bye ....Love you .

Arjun : Love you too ( with a smile )

I cut the call and walked up to my mom .

Lakshmi : Arjun nee innum Rahul and Rhea va meet pannala la .

I nodded saying no . I didn't know who they were . My mom took me to two people standing in my room it was a girl and a boy. One could understand they had a chemistry by seeing them . They were neatly dressed and were looking highly dignified . 

Lakshmi : Arjun , idhu Rahul .

I extended my hand for a hand shake and he grabbed it almost immediately .

Arjun : Hi! Arjun Swaminathan .

Rahul : Rahul , your P.A. sir .

Arjun : Call me Arjun .

I smiled at him ,he too returned it but somewhere I felt it was a fake one. Never mind !!! It might be because of recent pressure . The girl standing next to him extended her hand . I grabbed it and did a handshake .

Rhea : Rhea , managing executive sir .

Arjun : I told call me Arjun .

Lakshmi : Ivanga dhaan appa kooda Bern ponaanga (pauses ) appa oda last moments la ivanga thaan kooda irundhaanga . 

My face fell as well as theirs . 

Lakshmi : Anga formalities ellame  ivanga dhaan handle pannaanga .

Arjun : Thank you .( in a low tone ) 

Rhea : It was our responsibility sir . Your father was a great boss and an even great human being .

I couldn't help but smile . We started a conversation about the company and some works . Suddenly Prakash uncle walked in to the room ceasing our conversation . 

Prakash : Lakshmi , police have come . They want to meet  Arjun .

Lakshmi : Police ah edhukku ?

Arjun : Naan varen . 

 I said looking at him and than my mom . I came  to the lobby where they were waiting for me.  There were two police men sitting in the sofa . One was well built while the other one  was normal .They both stood up the second I  arrived greeting me .I greeted them too and gestured them to be seated . The well built one introduced himself as Dhruva and the other one introduced himself as Rajeev . 

Arjun : Coffee ....tea ....edhavadhu ....

I attempted to speak but was cut off by .....

Dhruva : Illa.. vendam .

Author's pov 

Arjun :  Neenga enna meet pannanum nu sonnanga , edhukku ?

Dhruva : Unga father death paththi konjam pesanum .

Arjun : I am sorry .... Naane T.V. moolyima therinjikitten .

Dhruv : Oh !!! Neenga yevanavadhu doubt panringaala ?

Arjun : Illaye ..... Natural death nu sollitaanga and case kooda close aagiruchu .Adhaan ...

Dhruv : Okay !!!! Innoru vishayam .

He said it and took out a file . He showed Arjun 3 photos . They were the pictures of the three men who were murdered . Arjun looked at them keenly and nodded his head .

Arjun : Sorry ...Ivanga yaarunu ennakku theriyadhu .

Dhruva : Ivanga unga company la irundhaanga .....recent ah murder aagitaanga .

Arjun : Oh !!!! 

Dhruva : Appo naanga kelamburom ,thanks for your cooperation . 

Arjun : Don't mention .

They both smiled at each other and parted ways .Dhruva  turned back and smirked , while Arjun wore an angry expression while walking back to his room. 

Meanwhile somewhere in city outskirts 

Three  men were sitting around a table and discussing something  seriously.

One of them : Yenna sir moonu pera konnutan , aana oru clue kooda illa. Vishwanathan nee oru police kaaran dhaane edhavadhu pannu ya .

Vishwanathan : MLA ivar aalaye onnum panna mudiyala (pointing at the person sitting next to him ) naan enna sir pannuven .

MLA : Adhellam vidunga !! Boss kitta irundhu call vandhucha Mr Ramakrishnan . 

Ramakrishnan : Hmmm andha gang la thapichavaanga enna solranga nu kettaanga .

Vishwanathan : Avangalukku onnum theriyadhu sir , oruthan kooda avan face ah paakala . Ellarume konnavan oru hoodie la irukkan mask pottu irukkaan nu solranga .

MLA : Yow  innum  konjam rough ah pannu ya . 

Vishwanathan : Try panren .Aana  ennakku ennamo idhu ellam andha Arjun dhaan panran nu thonudhu .

Ramakrishnan : Yaaru Arjun ah !! Chinna Paiyan ya avan . 

MLA : Yean ya avan solradhum correct dhaan , yean andha paiyan ah irukka koodadhu .

Ramakrishnan: Avan nethu dhaan sir India ku vandha . Edho company paththi details therinjikitta avan enna king ah . Avanukku avlo scene laam illa .

They were discussing about the turn of events when suddenly Ramakrishnan's phone rang .

Ramakrishnan : Boss phone panraru . Silent ah irunga .

Meanwhile in Croftcorp 

Arjun's pov 

I walked in to my room and was surprised to see Rhea and Rahul in that position. Amma wasn't there and they were hugging each other . My arrival startled them too . They were embarrassed as well as I was .

Arjun : Sorry disturb panniten .

Rhea : Adhellam onnu illa sir . (Embarrassedly )

Rahul : I was just consoling her sir .

Arjun : It's fine and please call me Arjun . Neenga sir nu koopta ennakku epdiyo irukku . (With a smile )

They both smiled too .

Arjun : Amma enga ?

Rahul : Prakash sir kitta ponaanga .

Arjun : Oh!!

I came out and smiled myself they both really were a good couple . I went to Priya aunty's room and knocked the door . I stood there waiting for answer thinking about the conversation with Dhruva . A "come in" emerged from the room and broke my chain of thoughts . I entered the room .

Priya : Arjun neeya ?

Arjun : Yeah!! Naane (With a smile )

Priya : Enna ippo vandha ?

Arjun : Unga kitta oru vishayatha paththi pesanum .

Priya : Sollu Arjun .

Arjun : Adhu Appa sethappo avanga kitta neenga dhaan irundheengalaame . (pauses ) Appa epdi setharu ? 

Her face fell and her eyes showed the sorrow .

Priya : Naanga  pesittu irundhom , suddenly he caught his chest screaming and fell down . I leaned down to check him . Heart pain nu sonna and he started choking . Naan romba bayandhutean ... enna panradhu nu theiryala . I thought  I should get some help . Adhaan yaaravadhu theda  veliya vandhen . Oru rendu nimishathukku aprom I found Rahul and Rhea . Naanga poiradhu kulla.....he passed on .

Arjun : Oh !!! (Sadly )

After all that was all I could say . I became sad too . 

Priya : Aana ippo yean ketta ?

Arjun : Kekkanum nu thonuchu adhaan . 

Priya : Seri ellame mundijuruchu . Nee poiyu rest eduthuko .

Arjun : (smiles )Ippo dhaan ellaam aarambichadhe .

Meanwhile in Dhruva's house 

Author's pov 

Dhruva was working on his laptop . Rajeev came inside his room and ....

Rajeev : Dei un suspect ku avanga yaaru nu kooda theriyadhu . Doubt and clue rendume pochu .

Dhruva : Pogala da confirm aachu .

Rajeev : Huh!? Epdi?

Dhruva : Innaiku morning avana working CEO ah announce pannappo Priya Bharadwaj enna sonnalo kettiya .

Rajeev : Enna sonna .."Arjun Sanjay maathiri dhaan very intelligent and smart . Avanukku Company paththi board paththi ellame theriyume . He will be a very good CEO nu ennakku nambikai irukku" .  Adhaane !!!

Dhruva : Naan anga oru worker kitta pesittu irundhen la . Avan kitta Ivan paththi thaan ketten . Avan enna sonnan theriyuma ?

Rajeev : Enna sonnan ?

Dhruva : "Indha CEO palaya CEO vida sharp sir . Office ku varamale board paththi romba nalla therinjikittan  . Board members paththi correct ah sonnan" nu sonna .

Rajeev : Avanukku therinja enna ?

Dhruva: Dei office ku varamale he knows the company in detail . Two years back company la ivlo periya incident nadantha theriyaama irukkuma ! 

Rajeev : So you think he is lying ?

Dhruva : He definitely is . He is very smart infact too smart . Aana naanum onnum  korachadhu illa . Ippo official ah aattam aarambam . (smirks )
