Shadow Government conspiracies

This is one of the most prevalent conspiracy theories after the New World Order conspiracies. They may actually be related. The Shadow Government theory is that there are secret governments that operate behind the United States, Britain and many other countries. In other words, we think that we have some say in the governments that rule our respective countries, but we're being duped. The Shadow governments actually pull the strings. We just get yanked.

The question becomes: who are the people that control these shadow governments? Are they members of the secret Illuminati? Maybe this is what the Bilderberg Group is doing? Who are these people?

I can understand why people think this is actually happening, but when they combine this idea with aliens, I draw the line. Forget the alien aspect. Let's see who could be trying to run the world in the background.

The following organizations have been accused of being part of the shadow government: Council on Foreign Relations; Tri lateral Commission; The Bilderberg Group; National Security Council; Joint Chiefs of Staff; National Program Office; Federal Emergency Management Agency; National Security Agency; National Reconnaissance Office; Central Intelligence Agency; Federal Bureau of Investigation; U.S. Army Intelligence (include all military secret agencies in this); Drug Enforcement Agency; add all of the weapons industries to this; Federal Reserve System.

The main reason the FEMA is included is that they get absolute powers in an emergency situation. The CIA is already implicated in several conspiracy theories along with the FBI and NSA. Secrete organizations like the Bilderberg Group are always suspect. Of course the secret military organizations are always implicated in plots.

My take on this is that there probably is some secret planning going on behind the scenes. This is what all governments do. They plan ways to maintain order and control. It's what governments have always done will never quit doing. These secret organizations are trying to find ways to enhance their positions. It's what wealthy and powerful people do. You would probably do it also if you were one of them.

The average person, citizen, schmuck or whatever you want to call them, is too busy trying to survive to be caught up in grandiose schemes to control the world. That's only for wealthy people. They have more to lose.
