The Star Forge began to emerge right out of hyperspace just outside of Eos as hundreds of survey drones were send down to the planet to gather all necessary data before sending troopers to the ground.

Izuru: milord. We have began scanning the planet.

Alex: Anything?

Izuru: Yes. The planet is heavily contaminated by lethal levels of radiation.

Alex: Anyway to clear it?

Izuru: Yes. we have discovered that there is a vault on the planet, capable of stripping the radioactive particles from the atmosphere.

Alex: can we take control of the vault from here and purify the planet?

Izuru: I don't see why not, milord. Let's try it.

Alex began to press on the console as he was trying to establish a connection with the vault on the surface of Eos, however, it has become a failure as Alex realized that the controls for the vault was manually controlled, meaning they needed to activate the vault directly from Eos.

Alex: It seems we need to go directly onto Eos and manually activate the vault.

Izuru: Very well, sir. I did discover that the Vault seems to be underground. And these three towers are connected to the vault itself.

Alex: Maybe, activating these towers will cause the vault to rise up.

Izuru: However, we need to proceed with caution as I have detected unknown lifeforms on the planet, possibly Kett.

Alex: Very well. Maybe, we could bring one back for study. We need to learn exactly more about the Kett.

Izuru: Very well sir. I'll gather some troops for the mission. We'll be ready within the hour.

Alex: Very well.

Izuru: Also, we have finished constructing some ships for your army. Mostly star fighters, transports and light frigates.

Alex: Good. we'll make good use of them. Anything else?

Izuru: Yes. We have also constructed a built in cloning facility within the forge. We'll start producing more clones for you, sir.

Alex: Impressive. But cloning would take a lot of time. And that something we don't have unfortunately.

Izuru: That's why Lady Pneuma had this clone template especially created. The clones would have accelerated aging till they physically turn 18, from there, their accelerated aging stops and their longility would be activated, allowing the clones to mature naturally.

Alex: That's much better than republic clones, they might be truly effective, it's still haunts me that they're all mentally child soldiers.

Izuru: Agreed, sir.

Within the hour, 500 clones were picked for the mission as transport shuttles were send to the surface of Eos with Star fighter escort, as the clones were given their orders to activate the vault to purify the planet of radiation.

While that was happening, Alex was planning to construct defense platforms and bases to fortify the system around Eos as he looked over all data related to the golem platforms and decided to upgrade them with better armor and weapons.

Within a span of a couple of hours, reports from the clones on the ground came through, reporting the success of the activation of the vault and beginning to purifying procedure of Eos, but also reported the lost 200 clones at the hands of the Kett, and radioactive conditions of Eos itself.

Alex proceed with the next step, the colonization of Eos as hundred of transports were send to the surface as Alex was planning to forge his capital around the vault itself and has his science division prepare to begin to study with the vaults technology to ensure the safety of Eos.

This was the beginning of Alex's empire as he has publicly dubbed it as the Unity Empire.

On the planet of Devila, Rias was resting within the throne room along with Sona and Ravel as they were chosen by the gods to rule their empire.

Things were not easy when they arrived with their peerages, with Issei, Riser and Saji not with them as they believed to be stuck on earth.

Their joint empire population was large to say the least as they had a rough number of 5000 people ruling under them, most of them are devils.

They decided to focus on the effort of forging their empire as their peerages were scattered to maintain order within their empire and territory.

Rias sighed to herself as she opened up her own holographic screen, similar to what Alex had as she looked at the current status of the empire.

Ever since Rias and the others arrived on Devila, with Issei not with them, they were able to think clearly and for themselves.

While Rias and the girls still have a thing for Issei, they realized that they only loved him because of being the red dragon emperor.

And thanks to Sona and Ravel, Rias was able to finally see that Issei never truly cares about her, he was only in for himself.

Because of this, their love for Issei fades with each passing day as they could no longer to blinded by Issei's sacred gear.

Sona: We need to increase production of our people. And from there, we'll be able to expand the empire.

Ravel: Agreed. And thanks to Yubelluna, we were able to send in survey teams and scouts, bring back a lot of interesting information.

Rais: That's good. And speaking of Yubelluna, how is she?

Ravel: She's doing quite well. Without Riser being a perv around her, she been more comfortable.

Just then, the doors opened up as trio of girls looked to see their advisters, Tsubaki, Akeno and Yubelluna walked into the throne room.

Akeno: Rias-Sama. Kiba has just returned from his recon mission. He has brought back some wandering people from earth.

Tsubaki: Yura has returned from her mission as well. She has brought back some people too.

Yubelluna: It the same with Xuelan, she brought back some people from her mission.

Rias, Sona and Ravel looked at each other and nods, before instructing the girls to get these people situated within their empire.

As Tsubaki, Akeno and Yubelluna nods and leaves the throne room, the trio empresses felt another presence as they turned to see a demonic deity.

???: It's seems your trio empresses as done well so far.

Rias(bow): Yes. We have, Lady Lilith.

Lilith: Please. No need to bow to me. You are empresses after all.

Sona: And yet, you are still The Demon Queen of Hell. So we need to.

Ravel: So. Why are you here, Lady Lilith?

Lilith: I am here to inform you that a something will challenge your rule of Devila. The Rivaling Empire that's trying to Conquer the Planet.

Rias: Then, do you know who it is?

Lilith: No. Unfortunately I don't. I have been trying. But something keeps interfering.

Sona: Could that rivaling empire has something to interfere with you?

Lilith: I believe so. I never seen something to be capable of interfering with my powers.

Ravel: Do you know where they are?

Lilith: Yes. They are currently on the other side of the planet. So it'll give you enough time to build up your empire.

Rias: Thank you for the warning, Lady Lilith.

Lilith: I'll be sending some demons to help you. I cannot directly interfere with you.

Sona: It's alright. We'll manage with what we go. We always do.

Lilith then smiles before vanishing from sight as the trio empresses continue their work, now determination to face this rivaling empire, that could threaten the safety of their own empire.
