Alex appeared within what seems to be a command room of some kind as he looked to find Shantae next to him with some of his troopers in the room as he looked down at the console and realized that he was inside of his Star Forge within the Vacuum of Space.

Alex: O-Oh wow.

Shantae: Are you alright, Master?

Alex: Y-Yeah. I'm fine. We're just standing in the Star Forge.

Clone: Yes Emperor. And your army is scattered through most of the structures, getting it all fully operational.

Alex: And who might you be, trooper?

Clone: I am CT-5392. But please, call me, Izuru. I am the Acting General of all 50,000 clones under your command.

Alex: Ok then, General Izuru.

Suddenly, Alex was interrupted with the sound of a mchical voice in his head.

???: [3... 2... 1...]

Suddenly, a holographic screen then appeared before him, as the same voice spoke to him.

???: [Welcome to the Andromeda Galaxy, Alex Ryder.]

Alex(Mind): And who might you be?

???: [I am the System. I am the one who'll help you run your empire.]

Alex(Mind): That's... Great!

System: [Here are your resources...]

The holographic screen changes as it displays the resources of Alex's empire, as he was shocked to the core at what he was seeing.

Alex: Oh dear god...

Shantae: What's wrong?

Alex: Well. I just acquired a system to help manage my empire and saw our resources. All of them are infinity.

Izuru: Then, all we need to do is find a planet to build our empire.

Suddenly, the console came to life as it displays a total of 6 planets within the Andromeda Galaxy that are tagged as Habitable Planets.

Alex: It seems the forge has brought up 6 planets of interest.

Izuru: All of these are Habitable Planets we could use to build this empire.

Alex: Whats the planet Habitable Planets is the closest?

Shantae: The closest planet to us is called Eos.

Izuru: If we get the forge moving, we'll be there in 2-3 days.

Alex: Could you get to the forge to produce survey drones?

Izuru: Of course, milord. How many?

Alex: as many as we need, we'll need to be prepared for anything. Also, start producing weapons, armor, resources, everything we'll need.

Izuru: Yes, Milord. I'll get it done.

Shantae: Master. What should we do?

Alex: Gather as much information about the Andromeda Galaxy. We need to know if there are threats to us and the empire.

Shantae: is that a wish?

Alex: Yes. I wish for any information of the hostiles within the Andromeda Galaxy.

Shantae: as you wish, master.

As Shantae snapped her fingers, as something started to appear within the forge computer as a file appear and revealed the existence of the threat in the Andromeda Galaxy.

Alex: The Kett. That's quite interesting.

As Alex began to read all of the information of the Kett, the forge started to move in the direction of Eos, before disapping through hyperspace.

Back on Earth, it was nothing but utter chaos at the ruins of Union City and Union Academy, as former Headmaster Ozpin, now Emperor, was looking over the status of what remains of the union alliance, it was not good.

It has been 2 months since 95% of the world population were scattered across the universe while the 5% that remains on earth, must survive on their own with what remains of their world.

Because of the bombardment, civilization has been reduced to the dark ages as they would have to rebuild from the ground up as union was able to find what remains of their allies.

Right now, the alliance as a whole only had 50,000 members, and most of them were either heroes and military alliance forces, with only a small of them being citizens to rebuild.

After Ozpin has gained the power to build his own empire, he used it to rebuild the alliance with Union Academy to become the capital of his empire, as his fellow headmasters serves under him now.

The heroes and alliance forces were working a lot more than before as they would go out, find some more survivors and bring them back to Union City to join, but there were issues with it.

Some citizens that were found, didn't join them because they blamed the alliance for this and many of these citizen were go in the opposite direction of Union City to somewhere unknown.

The biggest issue to Ozpin was the lack of strong heroes as most of the students and staff were teleported off the planet across the universe, leaving only a few behind.

Among them were Katsuki and his team, Issei, Saji, Riser, Kokujin, Nao, Kaede, Kanako, Ashe, Rei and a couple of other students, who didn't get teleported nor become emperors.

The headmasters couldn't understand how Rias's, Sona's and Riser's peerages gets teleported off the planet while Issei, Saji, and Riser didn't, and to make it worse, their connection to the peerages were gone.

Anyway, back to Ozpin as he was looking at the status of rebuilding process, when the door burst open as Ozpin looked up to see Ironwood walked through the door with concern.

Ironwood: Ozpin. We have a huge problem. Well, two of them.

Ozpin: What is it?

Ironwood: a hunter team just came back and reported the grimm are regrowing in size. They even seem to build grimm nest to grow back even faster than before.

Ozpin: That's not good.

Ironwood: I know. But there's more. We no longer have control of Atlas's Autonomous Army.

Ozpin: What? How?

Ironwood: I don't know. But it seems a AI is responsible and in control. Now, it's using the Autonomous Army to build itself up.

Ozpin: This AI is attempting to use Atlas to build it's own Autonomous Empire. We need to stop this AI before it'll become a true threat to us.

Ironwood: I know. But we don't have the manpower or the resources. That'll take alot of time, time that the AI has to forge it's empire.

Ozpin: What do you have in mind?

Ironwood: For the time being, we start drifting people into the alliance military.

Ozpin: Fine. I'll see what I can do.

Unknwon to them, a spy drone was recording everything back to it's leader in Atlas, who was watching everything and prepare itself for any possible invasion from the alliance.
