Normal P.O.V:

        Right now I'm on the floor of the bio-ship wishing someone would end my misery. This is our first official mission to infiltrate Santa Prisca and figure out what going on a report back. Before we left we asked about team leaders and I can tell Robin and Kid Flash want the job but none of them are old enough or responsible enough yet. I look over to see Aqualad jumping out of the ship and I turn my attention back to my barf bag. Aqualad sets up sensors and gives the all clear and Robin picks me up like a rag doll and gives me a piggy back. "Guys check out the new stealth tech," points Kid Flash touching his insignia and his uniform turns black. I just give a mental command and all my red turns black. "Cool, it's not too late to try the new tech Supy," says Kid Flash.
        "No tights, no capes, no thanks," he states crossing his arms.
        "That totally works for you, I mean to work in your jeans and it totally works for you," blushes Megan flirting and stuttering. She was so embarrassed she hid in her hood and flew down. "Wings," I say hoping my wings will come out which they didn't. I mentally curse and head down with Robin. Superboy jumps down creating an Earthquake, so much for stealth, urg I better just disappear into my surroundings, I think to myself jumping up into a tree unnoticed. I watch from above as Wally says he saw two groups of armed bozos and heads off to find Robin ignoring Aqualad's orders to go around and Robin and Kid Flash end up in the middle of the firefight.
        I jump down scaring the crap out of Wally and tackling a thug with a gun aimed at my head. "Fire katana," I say unsheathing my sword only to have it turn into water and fall to the ground. I sigh in annoyance as Wally slips over the mud and crashes into a tree. I just end up with hand to hand combat, and finally, it ends and we discuss what's going on. "No way Batman knew that Kobra took over Santa Prisca and is now hoarding the venom and there is no way we are leaving until we find out why," concludes Robin.
        "What do you know? You're like thirteen dude," states Wally.
        "And your an immature fifteen! This team needs a leader," insists Robin getting ticked off.
        "Yea and I should be me because I know what I'm doing," replies Wally coldly.
        "I don't mind to interrupt this childish bickering, but I need to ask the young lady in the mask something," interrupts the man tied to a tree. "What?" I question not in the mood to deal with anything.
        "You came from the-" I cut him off by sending electricity through the ground. "I mean the enemy of my enemy is my friend, so I will assist you by taking you to a secret entrance. And I would be honored to help this young lady," finishes the man after I gave him a glare. How does he know me? I ask myself and ignore the questioning gaze everyone gave me. Megan reads his mind for confirmation and there is a secret entrance but he is resisting her and hiding something. We scout around and discover a large amount of Kobra venom and decipher that a big buy is going down.
        We enter the secret entrance, I was still watching every move this man named Bane was making. I have to be careful, back when I mentioned my name at the Hall of Justice they knew me as the newest and most promising young hero, not as an assassin. No one knows who I really am and I don't want that to ruin my chances at a real life. Only the Fang family, the Wayne's and maybe the Light knows who I am so that must be how Bane knows, I think to myself disappearing into the shadows but staying close to the team, well what's left of it; Robin and Kid Flash went off somewhere. I find the two 'future leaders' and listen to them discuss the chemical formula; which is a mix between project blockbuster formula and venom.
        I head back to the others to see a helicopter landing and Sportsmaster stepping out. This should be easy because he is the lamest villain out there, he has explosive gym equipment big deal, I watch as Bane foolishly attacks without any plan and the fight began. Superboy and Mammoth just crashed through a window and Aqualad and I are fighting off cultists and Robin went after Kobra and I wanted to back him up but Aqualad had an opening and I push him out of the way before he got shot. "You okay?" he asked using a water shield.
        "Yes just my leg," I grunt ripping the bottom of my pants and wrapping the already deeply bleeding wound, "Megan link us up," I command through gritted teeth.
        We were all linked up (note that bold equals mind link) "Robin turn around now, Kate has been shot and we need to regroup and get a medical kit," mentally commands Aqualad as Kid Flash clears a path and picks me up. We head back to the not so secret anymore secret entrance, but we were being chased by Mammoth and the cultists. "Destroy the support beams," orders Aqualad and Superboy obligates.
        "I failed on my first mission as a leader and even got Kate hurt," he sulks eyeing my leg. You were not really the leader in the first place, I say to myself. "You may be too experienced for this because you and Batman work together, you have the rolls and don't need communication," hypothesizes Aqualad.
        "Then you should be the leader," admits Robin.
        "Yes and if no one objects can we please go," I say still in Wally's arms.
        "I accept this burden until you are of age and ready," replies Aqualad.
        "Okay our first objective is to prevent the shipment from leaving the island," said Aqualad taking charge.
        "Wings," I say attempting to fly but instead I create a mini tornado.
        "Well we did need fresh air," smiles Megan trying to be optimistic.
        "Wings," I repeat and they show up this time and I hover next to Wally.
        "Why is your power so confusing?" groans Wally. I give him a glare and Robin breaks it.
        "They wouldn't be going anywhere because I damaged the helicopter," he informes with a cheeky grin.
        "Let's get going then," I say starting to fly off but Robin stops me with a grappling hook.
        "You are staying at the back, we don't need you dying from blood loss," insistes Robin. I knew he was right but I still huff like a sarcastic teenager and pout my way to the back. We come to the end of the tunnel to find Bane with a detonator in his hand and a mischievous smile plastered onto his masked face. "Well little Chicas, if I kill you, the League will have no choice but to come in and avenge their partner's deaths, and take Kobra out. And besides I have some unfinished business with that hot headed ninja Karma," explains Bane his finger pressing down on air.
        "Oh did you need this?" teases Kid Flash tossing the trigger up and down in a taunting matter. Superboy cracks his knuckles and gives him a soccer punch knocking him out cold.
        The helicopter was up and running again and that's when they strike, they made me stay behind or they swore that they would take me to a roller coaster. Kid Flash stole a mask from one of the cultists and we had an official souvenir. Megan and Superboy were taking on the lamest villain known to mankind named Sportsmaster and Robin was struggling against Kobra himself. I notice Aqualad struggling to put Mammoth down so I attempt a lightning blast but water appears and Mammoth starts to sink and everything was going well until Wally slips and tackles some more cultists. I watch as Sportsmaster makes a grand escape but then his helicopter blows up courtesy of Megan and he parachutes down as the helicopter crashes down on the factory. I was about to cheer when Kobra went running into the bushes with his tail between his legs, but a sudden tiredness overcame me and I started getting sloppy and black dots were creeping at the edge of my vision when it all went black.

3rd Person P.O.V:

        The team turned their attention to Kate who was now falling and Wally ran to catch her but slipped on some water and Aqualad used his water to catch her. "We need to get her to the ship now and then I can patch her up," said Robin looking scared in general. Going through Dick's mind was: Bruce is so going to kill me!

Normal P.O.V:

        I wake up in the infirmary and hold my now wrapped leg, and look over to see one crutch. Bruce is so going to kill me, and then Dick is so going to kill me for almost getting myself killed and then Alfred is going to put me on cookie probation! I groan to myself as I get out of bed. I walk out to hear Bruce I mean Batman listing all of our mistakes and I was going to sneak back into the safety of the infirmary but Batman must have seen me, "Get over here Kate," he demands and everyone turns to look and me while I waddle over and brace myself for the lecture but it never came. "You guys did well on adapting to a new plan and choosing a good leader," complements Batman. Everyone was silent but I broke it, "WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH THE REAL BATMAN!" I scream pointing at him and everyone either sweat drops or depans at my actions. "Dismissed," is all he said while moodily walking over to the zeta tubes.
        "We should knock you out cold more often because the ride back was quiet," jokes Dick walking over to the zeta tubes and I follow waving bye to our still stunned teammates.
