(Scarlet's POV)

"Time has come, for you to be awakened.

After hearing these words again and again I woke up and blinked several times to take my surroundings. What just happened? Was it a dream?

"Scarlet, are you awake" my mom's voice brought me back to reality.

"Scarlet, you are going to be late for the field trip."

Field trip? Oh shit! Today we are going to the Museum from our school. I still don't understand why they organize this. I mean all we do is pull pranks and try to annoy our teacher.

"Yeah, I am awake just coming down," I shouted breaking the chain of my thoughts and went to the washroom to get ready for the field trip.

After getting ready, for the last time, I checked myself in the mirror.
I have a fair complexion, long black hairs with a little shade of brown in them which I had tied in a pony and brown eyes.

I went directly to the kitchen and saw my mom cooking. I live with my parents, an elder irritating sister, and an annoying younger brother.

My sister's name is Amber and she is in college and my brother's name is Jeremy and he is in 7th grade. I love my family very much they are the best except sometimes.

When I reached there everyone was already present and Jeremy was watching T.V where it was shown how supers saved us again. I sat down on a chair and my mom served me breakfast.

This world is pretty normal if we didn't have those three supers. Yes, supers like superman.

"So Scarlet, ready to go to school," asked Amber breaking my thoughts on super. "Yep and I am going alone. "I said ignoring her as she still treats me as a child and sometimes as if that I am the dumbest person alive on this planet. I just want to prove to them that I am big enough to take care of myself.

"Yeah, yeah typical Scarlet answer," she said glaring at me. After finishing breakfast, I stood up, said goodbye to everyone, and left for school.

On the way, I called my childhood bestie Sabrina. After two rings, her mom picked up the call "Hello" her mom said. "Umm....hi Mrs. Pearson is Sabrina there." I said "Oh! Scarlet, Sabrina is ill and sleeping. She will not be able to come to the field trip" her mom said. "Oh! Tell her to take care and rest" I said a little surprised as till yesterday she was fine but knowing her I know she made up that excuse to bunk this trip. It's good thinking but she should have told me I wouldn't have gone either "OK then, bye," I said and hung up the phone.

After reaching school I saw many students hadn't come but I guess I can't blame them.

Never mind I went to find my group.

OK so let me introduce you to my friends. First, we have Sabrina my bestie, and my person. Then we have Ryan, my gay boyfriend.

Ok, I know that many of you will think that if he is a gay then how come he is my boyfriend then let me clear this he is not my boyfriend cause I don't want a boyfriend so he is just my strategy so that no one will even ask me out and well at first he was not ready but then I promised him that when he will get a boyfriend I will leave him but till then I am stuck in his life. Then we have Caroline and her boyfriend Aidan.

But when I spotted the bus and I saw only Ryan means rest betrayed us and I will take Revenge. I started to walk towards Ryan hatching a plan to get my revenge and how to put a frog in Mrs. Newman's purse.

Ryan spotted me and said hi and we entered the bus and the journey begins.

After we all were seated the bus started." You are taking a lot more advantage of me than you think" Ryan said pouting.

He looks adorable when he pouts and then I can't stop myself and I pinched his cheeks even though I know he doesn't like it. "Not again, "he said. "Awww, someone is in a bad mood. Why, what happened? "I said very well knowing his answer. "You very well know that scarlet, "he said.

If he wasn't gay then we could be have been a good couple but I think of him as a brother, "yeah yeah, I am sleeping when we reach wake me up "I said closing my eyes and not waiting for his answer and slowly drifting to sleep.

I woke up sweating. It was the same voice gosh what is happening with me. And what's with that strange voice. Calm down Scarlet it's just a dream...Right??

Ryan looked at me worriedly "what happened, are you fine? Why are you sweating, we are in an AC bus "He said offering me his handkerchief.

I took it and said "Um... Nothing just had a bad dream. Did we reach there? "

"yeah will be there in a minute," he told me and I just hummed in response. "Hey Scarlet, what do you think about that person. He looks damn hot. Do you think he will be interested in me? "He said while coming out of the bus. I saw a boy. He was probably of my age or older by few years, with jet black hair, fair complexion, and green eyes for any girl to swoon. Oh god! No way did I just check him out. Focus Scarlet Focus.

"I think you should not even try as I don't think he is gay," I said. "Oh, really and how do you know that. I think 'I hate boys scarlet ' is getting interested in someone "he said and started singing

"Love is in the air.

"Shut up, I said that because see there dumbass he is standing with a girl she can be his girlfriend and what's with the stupid song that's clearly a song you made," I said reasoning out.

"I am going to the stone section and you," I said trying to change the subject. "What are you who go to see stones; I am going to the dinosaur section. See you soon. Oh and one more thing that song is great cause I made it so you better start loving it." He said leaving.

I saw him going and started to go to my section not before rolling my eyes at his comment on the song but I still couldn't control the smile that made its way on my face. He is such a guy who in the whole museum will go to see dinosaurs but who am I to judge as I love Barbie and as I was passing through random shelves full of different stones, a stone caught my attraction. It was a red emerald stone.

It was beautiful no it was magnificent but then suddenly there was a bright light coming out of the stone and I closed my eyes to shield them. But then suddenly I felt as if something went right through my body. I was nervous, HELL; I was too scared to open my eyes. When I felt as if nothing is happening I opened my eyes and saw that I was in the same room, but it appeared as if nothing happened.

I did what I think was right I ran away and directly went towards the Cafe for relaxing my mind cause I don't think these things happen naturally here.

My mind was full of thoughts that I didn't saw anyone in front of me and bumped into him. I maintained my balance to not to fall and saw that person whom I bumped into and OH GOD!!!
