•Francis point of view•

The sun was nearly up in the sky, I came out of my tent and looked around. Everyone was packing up getting ready for the battle that was upon us.
I heard Father yelling at someone, I quickly went toward him to find arguing with Louis.

"Have you lost your mind?! If your mother the queen finds out that you're here for the battle, she will be furious!" Father yelled at him.

Louis looked him in the eyes, " I will not let my uncle and cousins fight alone in this battle, Severus was my brother too.. I will fight beside all of you! This is not about my mother.. she cannot control me."

I touched his shoulder gently then looked at Father. He was quiet not saying anything.

By the time we were on our horses, there was no sunshine anymore. It was gloomy, as it looked like the clouds have swallowed the whole kingdom.
We could now see the enemy's army with their shiny armors on and flags the belonged to their kingdom.
We stopped on our side. My mind was blank once again and my whole body was numb.

Suddenly Elijah who was was behind us came forward still on his horse.
"You tried to poison my Father, you killed one of my brothers and injured another." He yelled out. He slowly took his sword out of his belt.

"BLOOD SHALL SPILL BLOOD!" He shouted at the top of his lungs as both armies roared.

I could see arrows hitting soldiers down as they couldn't get back up anymore, the fight had started for the only couple of minutes and already there was a coat of blood covering the ground.
The sound of men falling on to the ground and swords clashing each other filled my ears.
I attacked the guy who was running to me, swung my sword and hit him on the leg, he let a growl out and fell to the ground. As I attacked others I heard Condè's voice from behind me;

"Francis! Watch out!" He yelled out as he shield over me. I saw an arrow go through Condè's arm. I held him tight. I yelled out his name.

"I'm fine..! Open your eyes kid."
Disappointed in my self I helped him up, I almost lost another one of my brothers.

•Sebastian's point of view•

I slowly took more steps resting my hand on my stomach, it's not as painful as this morning anymore. I stared at the night sky, trying to forget that day. If only. If only I had gotten to my brother sooner maybe he would be here right now. My hands formed into a fist as anger formed inside me.

"Oh god! What are you doing here?! I've been looking all over the castle for you."  I looked over and saw her running towards me. "You shouldn't be out of the bed right now Sebastian, you need rest!

I gave her a faint smile, "I'm sorry I just couldn't stay inside anymore."

"You are still blaming yourself?" She gave me a sad look.

"No.. although I could not save my brother I know he is in a good place right now."

"Then what is it? I can see there is something on your mind."

"You see right through me.." she gave me a faint smile back. "I commanded they send a raven to Severus family in the north yesterday. I just can not imagine how they're feeling right now Kenna."

"Oh Sebastian." She rested her head on my should still holding to my arm.

"Not knowing how my Father and brothers are doing at the battle is not helping either.."

"It's been two days already since they left, shouldn't it be over by now Sebastian?"

"Battles like this could take days so I'm not surprised. But we have to be ready for anything."

"Not you! You need to rest more, your wounds are not healed yet. Julien will take care of everything until they come back, and I know they will be victorious."

I looked her in the eyes, "I know you want to learn how to bring your brother back but I could help you run away. I know someone who can help you to go back. My father is a  greedy king. Even if they come home victorious he is not going to leave you alone unt..."

"I am not leaving you. I'm not leaving you, your family or the people of your kingdom. I have made too many promises already. I will stay until I have done everything that needs to be done. I promise." She smiled at me.

I smiled back and kissed her forehead. We watched the night sky hoping our kingdom will become victorious.
