Judging for every genre will start as soon as I have 10 entries ie, it is full. So of it's  tomorrow and I have a judge, it's  tomorrow haha.

The last day for submissions of participant form and judges form is April 10th. If a genre does not have sufficient entries it will be clubbed with another similar genre and both will be judged together. No genre will be chucked out. :)

Judging Period is April 10th-May 10th. This gives sufficient time for all judges to get their reviews in. I will ask how much you have done every week, just as a routine checkup. This is to make sure no review is rushed and in case a judge has personal issues and cannot finish judging, the alternate judge has sufficient time to judge the entries.

You guys will have to judge 10 books and 5 chapters each.

For short story and poetry it would be 10 books with 3 chapters each, BUT you are free to read more if you wish.

You are free to VOTE on the stories you are judging  but please don't comment anything in the duration of the awards as that might be disadvantageous  for other participants.

Please add the books you're judging to a reading list until the awards get over. This is  advantageous for you and for participant to find you and follow you!

In the case you cannot judge your allotted books please don't  disappear off the face of the earth. Tell me how much time it will take for you to come back and whether it will be possible for you to judge after that. But if you can't, let me know. It has to be a valid reason. I know some people have finals coming up and that's why the judging is a month long. But please please tell me so I can  find someone else. If you dont, well I can't do anything but I'll just be a very disappointed Indian aunty and you don't want that 😂😂

Judges are required to send all 10 reviews of the genre they're  judging at the same time via email. If you can, try to send them in the order of highest score to lowest scores so winners can be posted immediately but this is optional.  Else, I'll sort through the scores and post who were the top 3.

Please give no 0s. The minimum score is at least a 1. I know how discouraging low scores are and no need to make it worse by doling out big fat white egg zeroes on top of it.

Suppose the cover is truly indecipherable give them a 1, and tell them why you felt that way. 1 isn't the best score out of 5, but it is better than that disheartening 0.

On May 15th, the top 5 for every genre will be posted.

On May 17th, the top 3 of every genre will be posted.

May 18th special category winners and tag fest winner will be posted.

Prizes will be distributed over the next month (may and june).

If you did not make it, don't be discouraged. Your review will come to you and you can see how and where to improve for the next awards. If you have any questions regarding certain points  in a review, please PM me and I'll ask the judge. But I will not have ANYONE harassing my judges for low scores.
