Yuta glances at Sicheng who looks at Jungwoo who looks at Taeil who just shrugs. Again, Yuta tries to figure out why his young friend is acting strangely; this time by waving his hands in a strange signal to his boss to ask. Taeil, in return, glares and shakes his head, wagging his fingers for a dramatic effect. Sicheng sighs and goes back to work while Jungwoo decides to figure out the issue later- and instead decides to just try his best to cheer Jaemin up.

"Nana?"

"Mm?" Jaemin doesn't look up from his bowl of dough but hums in response.

"Do you want to go and grab some Boba tea with me?" Jungwoo smiles, deciding to ignore the harsh glare from Taeil who was angry that his workers would leave during hours. "I'm sure Boss won't mind...right?" Jungwoo turns his own glare on the elder who sighs.

"You two go out, I can call in a few others to take over your shifts."

"Come on Jaem, let's go out and have some fun, alright?"

The boy pauses and puts his spoon down. "Sure..." His smile was soft and fake, but it was something. "I'd like that."

"Perfect!" Jungwoo pulls Jaemin away from the kitchen and towards the 'employee's only' room. They quickly get out of their uniforms and change back into their jackets and regular clothes. "I think you and I need to head to the park," Jungwoo states, walking out of the bakery with Jaemin next to him.

"Mmm, that'll be busy with Christmas decorations getting set up." That's right, Christmas was just around the corner. The city was preparing for the first snow of the season and Christmas lights were strung all over the glowing city.

Jungwoo frowns. "Damn, you're right." He thinks for a moment as they wait for the bus. "Oh, we could always visit your sister. I haven't gone to see her in a while." Jungwoo smiles and sits down in the window seat of one of the bus aisle.

Jaemin smiles at his lap. "Yeah, I'd like to see her."

"Right then, let's go see Hayoon."

"Jaemin?" A warm and familiar female voice rings through the cemetery. "Is that you?"

Jaemin, who was sitting in front of his sister's and mother's gravestones, turns. "Oh, Sooyun noona." he glances around the women. "No Chan?"

"I left him with Doyoung."

"I see." Jaemin stands, smiling at Jungwoo. "I'll be right back." He walks back to Sooyun. "What brings you out here?"

"I was visiting my grandfather, I do it monthly to clean the gravestone and give him fresh flowers."

"Oh, that's nice of you."

Sooyun nods and smiles. "Mhm. Why are you here though?"

"Oh." Jaemin turns and points to where Jungwoo sits. "Me and Jungwoo hyung are seeing my sister and mother."

"Ahh, miss Hayoon." Sooyun speaks softly, not wanting to say anything that might hurt her dear 'brother'. "I hope she's doing well."

Jaemin chuckles. "I think she is. She's always wanted to be with the stars, and now she finally gets to live that dream." Jaemin walks back to his sister's gravestone with Sooyun now walking with him. "Jungwoo hyung, meet Sooyun noona. She's the woman I babysit for."

The woman rolls her eyes. "And you're like a 4th brother to me, gosh no need to be so formal."

Jaemin chooses to ignore her statement. "And Noona, this is Jungwoo hyung. A good friend and a fellow employee at the bakery."

The two adults smile and greet each other.

"Do you two mind if I sit with you both?"

Jungwoo looks at Jaemin and the boy ponders for a moment. "Sure, I can officially introduce you to my sister."

Sooyun thanks him and the three sit and talk, the two elders getting to know each otherwise , and Jaemin just happy to be in such a calm and peaceful environment.

Jeno glares at the cat who kept clawing at his face. "Seriously? I bought you Seol. Respect me."

Jaemin's monotone voice drifts through to the living room from the kitchen. "He just likes me more."

"Hey!"

"Sucks to suck Mr. I–Bought–You." Jaemin chuckles and enters the living room. He takes his cat from Jeno's grasp, muttering soft words to the animal. "Come to papa, you must eat now." Jeno's pout soon turns to an offended gasp as he sees Seol glare at him over Jaemin's shoulder.

"The cat is out to get me!"

"Don't be ridiculous."

"I just saw it glare at me! I swear!"

"Jeno, it's a cat. That's just his face. Now stop being paranoid and come into the kitchen to study. We have exams starting tomorrow, did you forget?"

Jeno pouts and walks into the kitchen. Jaemin was sitting at the counter and Seol was eating. "No, I didn't forget." He slides into the stool next to Jaemin and grabs a pencil. "It's annoying though."

"Know what's also annoying? Failing a class. Study."

"Feisty. I lik–"

"Don't."
