Subaru's POV

As I held the twins close to me memories of me taking care of them begin to flash in my mind. After a while I let them go and I asked them how old they are. "We're 14" they said in unison. 'sometimes that freaks me out' I thought as I smiled at them. Then Ayato spoke saying "How come you guys always say things in unison?" I mentally facepalmed. 'They're twins. of course things like that are bound to happen' I thought as I glared at Ayato for asking a question that's too obvious. "Because we're twins. Isin't that normal?" they both said in unison again.

'Thank you Yoriko and Yusuke for pointing that out' I mentally thought as I started to play with their hair. I glanced a little at Laito because I start to notice that he was staring at Yoriko's chest. I glared at him. He chuckled. "Hey Yoriko, looks like your boobs got bigger" Laito said as he chuckled again. I saw Yoriko blushed a bit and she starts to fiddle with her fingers. This time I saw Yusuke glaring at Laito. "Teddy is asking if you both would like to have sweets" Kanato said to the twins as he starts to pull out a bag of candy. The twins looked at him excitedly. "Yeah" Yusuke said. "of course!" Yoriko said as they went to Kanato. Kanato first gave them each a lollipop and they both started to lick and munch on it. "Kanato, they have to eat dinner first" Reiji said to him with a stern voice. "Well what a party pooper" Yoriko said as she started to munch on the lollipop again.

I saw Shu chuckled at her response and Ayato and Laito started laughing. Reiji then glared at her as she too started laughing along with Yusuke with their lollipops in their hands. Then a ticked mark appeared on Reiji's face. I noticed that I started to laugh as well. Then Kanato laughed too as the mansion was now filled with our laugther.

After dinner I went to the twins room to check on them. It has been a really long time since I last saw them, I wanted to make sure they're alright. After walking through the halls I saw a door covered in black and white paint. 'this must be their room' I thought as I knocked first and patiently waiting for their response. I heard Yusuke's voice through the door saying "come in" as I entered their room. Their room was a bit dark so I switched on the light. I saw Yusuke was on his bed playing on his psp. "Where's Yoriko?" I asked as I went towards his bed leaning on the wall. "In the bathroom. We usually take a bath together, but tonight we decided to play rock, paper, scissors and see who gets to go first." 'Wow they really are twins' I thought as Yusuke started to move his fingers faster on his psp. "Yes!" he said loudly while jumping on his bed. "hey calm down" I said to him while smiling a bit as he started dancing at his bed. I laughed a bit cause I find it nice.

Yoriko's POV

I was finished putting on my night gown and was about to go out the door until I heard someone say "Come here Yoriko" It was a sweet and gentle voice. I placed my clothes on a chair and followed the voice that I heard. It looks like it wanted me to go outside. So I did. I jumped out of the window following the voice. "That's it, come closer Yoriko" I heard the voice say again. I followed the voice to what looks like a lake. There I saw a woman with long purple hair wearing a beautiful black dress with black roses.

"Come here Yoriko" The voice said coming from her. I felt a discomfort when I came here, so I decided to not go to her. "Please Yoriko" The voice said again with a pleading tone. I find myself walking towards her. I stopped mid track cause of the amount of discomfort I'm feeling. I decided to use my ice powers to block myself from that voice, so I created an ice wall around myself to try to block it. But it was no use, the voice kept pleading me to go to her. I fell to my knees covering my ears from the voice. I looked down at the ground. "Help me Yusuke." I said as I tried to resist the pleading voice.

Yusuke's POV

"Help me Yusuke" I heard in my mind as my eyes widened and I saw that I lost in my game. I froze for a minute shocked and eyes widened thinking if my sister is okay. "Yusuke, are you okay?" I heard Subaru said with a worried expression. I quickly got out of my bed and went to the bathroom. But when I tried to open it, it was lock. 'of course' I thought as I decided to just teleport in the bathroom. When I got there she was no where to be found. "Yoriko where are you?" I said while trying to find her.

"Yusuke, what's going on?" Subaru said as he teleported here too. "Yoriko's gone" I said as I tried looking for her everywhere she could possibly hide in the bathroom. "What?!" Subaru said in worried tone. "Subaru, can you help me find her?" I said as I tried looking inside the closet. "of course" he said as he started to find her in the covers. "Hey look at this Yusuke!" He said as I hurriedly went to his place. "Are these Yoriko's clothes?" He asked as I took one of them and sniffed it. "It is" I said as The familiar scent of my sister started to fill my nose. "I know where she is" I said as I teleported to the place where she could be.

I teleported to what looks like a lake. There I saw a woman with long purple hair wearing a black dress with black roses. I also saw ice with my sister inside it. She was on her knees with her hands on her head. She looked like she was in pain. I came closer to her as I used my fire powers to melt the ice. "Hey, Yoriko" I called out to her. No response. It looked she didn't even heard me. "Hey Yoriko!" I called out to her again with a much more louder tone. No response. I walked up to her and bent my knees down to meet her level. "Hey Yoriko" I said a bit calmer.

Yoriko look at me with eyes widened. "Yusuke..." she said as tears begin to fill her eyes. Then she hugged me all of a sudden. I heard her crying a bit. At first I was surprised at her sudden action. But I hugged her back and smiled. "Let's go home Yoriko" I said as we broke from the hug. "yeah" she said with a nod as smile made its way to her face. I got up first as I helped her up. We're now walking back to the mansion as we talked about what happened. She told me that there was this voice that was luring her to got there. I was in total shock cause, aren't we supposed to do that whenever we pull on a prank?

We now reached the mansion. When we opened the doors a not so happy Reiji appeared before us tapping his foot. We were terrified like we just saw a ghost that's about to eat us. "Where did you both went?" Reiji asked with a stern voice. The both of us are now fiddling with our fingers as we tried to think of a way on how to tell him. "How did you even know we were gone?" I got the courage to say that with confidence. "Well Subaru told us that Yoriko went missing then all of a sudden you teleported without telling him where you were going" He said as he adjusted his glasses.

"Would it help if we say sorry?" Yoriko said with a nervous smile on her face. "As your punishment you both will be doing household chores tommorrow while we go to school" Reiji said with a strict voice. "Sorry but doing chores is not on our to do list tommorrow" I said with a nervous smile while I rubbed the back of my head. "You two, go to bed now and be prepared for doing chores tommorrow" he said while walking away until his presence is completely gone. The both of us are now going back to our rooms while complaining about how chores are torture for us and how will it destroy our pranking status.

It was my turn to use the bathroom now so I went it and took a quick shower. After that I put on my night wear. I went back to our room, when I did I saw Yoriko already asleep. I smiled and walked up to her as I gently kissed her forehead. "Goodnight" I said as I got into bed and let sleep take me over.
