Goku and Steve were checking out Bucky's apartment room with Goku checking out the outside and Steve reading a small journal until both saw Bucky inside.

Steve - ...Do you know me?

Bucky - Your Steve. I read about you in a museum. The kid...

Goku slowly walked towards Bucky and both looked at each other in silence.

Bucky - I wasn't in Vienna. I don't do that anymore.

Goku - Well the people who believe you did are coming here now. And their not planning on taking you alive.

Bucky - That's smart. Good strategy.

Sam - They're on the roof I'm compromised.

Steve - This doesn't have to end in a fight Buck.

Bucky - It always ends in a fight.

Steve - You pulled me from the river. Why?

Bucky - I don't know.

Sam - 3 seconds.

Steve - Yes you do.

Sam - Breach! Breach!

Flashbangs came through the window and Goku and Steve threw them away as Bucky breached the door with a table and Steve help take out a few men as Bucky grabbed his bag from the floor and threw it to the other building next to the apartment building. Bucky threw Steve away taking out one of the men and started fighting his way through the many police force. Goku and Steve helped out keep the body count to a very low number with Bucky jumping from many floors and jump out of the apartment building to the building his bag fell to.

However before Bucky could get any further something or someone attacked him from behind. Bucky saw who it was and it was a man wearing some sort of panther suit. He got in a battle stance as his claws came out.

Both engaged in combat with this "Black Panther" actually surpassing Bucky in combat.

Goku and Steve made it and saw the battle ahead as Goku jumped and grabbed on Steve and landed on the building but before they could intervene a helicopter came in and started shooting Bucky and the Panther.

Steve - Sam.

Sam - Got him.

He flew close and kicked the Helicopter off balance with Bucky escaping the Black Panther but he wasn't gonna give up with that as both Steve and Goku following from behind as Bucky got lower from the building with the Black Panther quickly getting closer. Both landed on the ground and started running and Steve and Goku also got behind them and continued on the chase.

The Helicopter would return and shoot near Bucky and the Panther but Bucky managed to get away but everyone else also followed behind as it was now a 4 way high speed chase with Goku passing Steve in speed getting closer to reach the Black Panther and Steve jumped on a police truck and took it getting behind Goku and the Black Panther.

Soon Steve started to get past Goku and the Black Panther jumped on behind the truck and held on as Steve tried to shake him off but failed.

Goku - Sam we can't shake this guy.

Sam - Right behind you.

More police would be arriving as Bucky went to the other side of the low highway and took a motorcycle with Goku speeding up and was now running just as fast as the truck but got behind the motorcycle. The Black Panther would jump from the front of the truck and try to attack Bucky but he was able to counter him and kick him away. However he didn't stop there as he used Sam as another ride and Bucky used a bomb to cover the exit but Sam pushed himself back but it ended up helping the Black Panther get behind Bucky and slash the tires of the motorbike.

Steve and Goku would make it just in time to stop and push away the Black Panther before he could kill Bucky and all the police force would cover both of the exits and Rhodey would show up in his War Machine armor with his weapons drawn to all 4 men.

Rhodey - Stand down now.

Goku and Steve would raise their hands in surrender and the Black Panther would lower his claws and remove his claws to show T'Challa.

Goku - T'Challa?

They were taken into a van as they changed back into their civilian clothes. All of them were taken to Berlin as silence was in the van but Sam broke the silence.

Sam - So you like cats?

Steve - Sam.

Sam - What? Dude shows up dressed like a cat and you don't wanna know more?

Goku - Your suit? It's Vibranium?

T'Challa - Goku you know this but the Black Panther has been the protector of Wakanda for generations. A mantle passed from warrior to warrior. Now that your friend murdered my father I also wear the mantle of king. So I ask you as both warrior and king...how long can you keep your friend safe from me?

He looked at Steve and Goku slightly looked down because he felt bad that he was fighting a friend from the past. All because the accords and he was now seen as a criminal to the world.

They arrived into a compound as they walked out the van and police were everywhere. They even took their weapons but one tried to take Goku's power pole which didn't go well.

Goku grabbed the officer's arm and broke his wrist as he threaten all of the police men and even some of the others as his eyes turned pure white.

Goku - No one touches my grandfather's staff. Unless you want to die.

They backed away and Bucky was put inside a chamber as he was taken away.

Steve - What's gonna happen to him?

Ross - Same thing that ought to happen to you. Psychological evaluation and extradition.

Sharon - This is Everett Ross. Deputy Task Force Commander.

Steve - What about a lawyer?

Ross - Lawyer he's funny. See their weapons are placed in lockup. You know kid you have to pay for that staff.

Goku - Did you make it? Did you know a man named Gohan?

Ross - N-No why?

Goku - So this isn't yours fuckheads. The government doesn't own my shit.

Everyone was surprised how angry Goku was as he put on his red leather jacket and they walked with Ross.

Ross - You'll be provided with an office instead of a cell. Do me a favor stay in it.

T'Challa - I don't intend on going anywhere.

Natasha - For the record. This is what "making things worse" looks like.

Steve - He's alive.

Tony was talking to General Ross as he told them that he wanted them prosecuted and they all went in the office and sat down but Goku went to T'Challa who was texting someone.

Goku - So how's Shuri and the Queen Mother.

T'Challa - They are doing well. Goku......why? Why are you defending the murderer of my father? You out of everyone knows about vengeance.

Goku - But I need you to listen to me. Bucky didn't kill him it was someone who was trying to frame him. Everything he did was because of Hydra. Plus I wrote a letter but I'm sure it was destroyed. T'Challa I can't agree with the accords because someone from my past had this same problem. No freedom. No one able to be who they want to be with permission. Those people were my parents and this slavery cause them to sacrifice everything just so I could live. Me needing permission is not right when I just wanna help people. Please trust me.

T'Challa was speechless as he patted Goku's back and both continued to let what happen behind them and they started talking about the past and how much they have grown.

After an hour and Goku, Steve, and Sam were in the office as they saw the footage of the room Bucky was in. Sharon gave them the receipt for their gear and they inspected the photo even more finding it strange why they sent that photo?

Steve - Why would the taskforce send this photo to begin with?

Sharon - Get the word out. Get as many eyes as we can.

Steve - Right. It would be a good way to flush a guy out of hiding. Set off a bomb, get your picture taken and you have 7 billion people looking for the Winter Soldier.

Sam - Steve we've looked for the guy for 2 years and found nothing.

Steve - Yeah but we didn't bomb the U.N.

Goku - Yeah but that wouldn't confirm that whoever framed him would get him it would confirm we would......

Everyone looked back and were worried about what that meant.

However not long after the power of the entire building went off and Goku thought the worst.

Sharon - Sub level 5 East Wing.

All three of them ran at Bucky's location as fast as they could while the man who was talking to Bucky was revealed to be not who he was.
