Jason POV

We exit the portal and see we are outside a hut with the smell of meat emanating from it

Me: "where are we?" She does something and we are both surrounded in a light purple glow "what is going on?"

Towa: "I made us invisible from everyone else and we are currently outside your mother's hut" I'm shocked and look in the hut to see a female chopping meat and she seems happy

Me: "I thought my mother died. I thought that was why I was abandoned" she turns and looks happy as a saiyan that looks like Goku walks in "wait is that my father?" I look to Towa and she looks sad

Towa: "no that is bardock. He is the father of kakarot which you know as Goku" I look back into the hut "her name is Gine"

I watch as she interacts with bardock and he seems irritated but enjoys being around her

Me: "so does that technically make me Goku's brother?" Towa nods which makes me think "then who's my father?" She looks away

Towa: "your father is the reason why you were abandoned"

Issei POV

Me: "DAMMIT!!!" I fall to my knee trying to fight against the intense gravity

Ddraig: "either you'll break the machine or you'll break your body. You need to stop and rest" I ignore him and keep boosting trying to get stronger "partner the machine is at 850 times gravity. When your power goes you'll be crushed"

Me: "I need to be stronger. My friend lost control and I was too weak to do anything!" I stand up and boost again "I must get stronger. I will get stronger!"

RESET

I fall to the ground feeling the gravity weigh down on me

Ddraig: "Issei you need to listen to me before-" the machine turns off and I take a breather as the door opens

I look up and see a surprised Caulifla and a worried Kale

Issei: "hi" I weakly get up but fall to my knees and Kale rushes over and helps me up

Caulifla: "what the hell were you doing kid? You could have killed yourself" I growl at her and she isn't fazed "get your ass out. I'm training now"

Me: "no I'm still using it!" She stares at me before sighing

Caulifla: "look I understand how your feeling. We lost someone because we couldn't do anything and they almost killed us but we can't linger on the fact that what happened has already happened" she moves forward and puts a hand in my shoulder "now just rest for a bit okay? I'll help you train to get stronger once you've had some rest" I glare at her

After a few minutes I give in and try to make my way to the door only to fall and Kale catches me

Kale: "I got you" she helps me out and sit me on one of the benches of the training room and Caulifla actives the machine

Me: "thank you. Yeah maybe I do need a break" I smile at Kale and she blushes

Kale: "um well maybe we can go somewhere and get something to eat?" She's cute when she's shy. Wait where did that thought come from?

Me: "uh yeah. I know a great place we can go"

Jason POV

We arrive at the Kings palace after flying a bit and float outside the throne room

Me: "so my father is close to the king? Jesus my father must be stuck up then" I look to Towa and she won't look me in the eye "why do you keep doing that? Who's the one? Is he in the throne room with the king right now?" She sighs and gets close before grabbing my hand

Towa: "your father is the one sitting on the throne" it feels like the whole world stops

I look through the glass and see king Vegeta sitting smugly on his throne

Towa: "your the bastard son of the king and a low class saiyan" she squeezes my hand as I don't even know what to say

Me: "how? How was I born if the king would never willingly get with a low class saiyan?" She doesn't say anything so I pull her close as she is still holding my hand and have her look me in the eye "please. I need to know"

She stares back and for a few seconds she doesn't say anything but she does

Towa: "the king got drunk. Your mother was getting supplies and the king" she falters "the king cornered her. He took advantage of her and she later found out she was pregnant" I groan and just hold her not really knowing what to do

She hugs me back as I try to figure things out

Me: "can I talk to her?" She pulls away and looks at me confused "can I talk to my mother?"

Towa: "I suppose you could" I smile and start flying to her but she stops me "this is the day your planet died. Just be aware of that"

Sona POV

I groan from all the paperwork I have to do regarding Jason not being here

Sona: "can this get any worse?" The door bursts open and my sister enters with an embarrassed Saji behind her "of course it can" Saji leaves as my sister starts bugging me

Serafall is out of her business clothes and back into her magical girl clothes

Serafall: "hi Sona!" I groan feeling a headache coming on "I decided to come visit since the last time I visited we were discussing peace!" I try to ignore her and keep working "whatcha doin Sona?" I slam my hands in irritation

Me: "I'm trying to keep my boyfriend out of trouble!" My eyes widen as I realize my mistake

Serafall: "my little Sona has a boyfriend!?" I groan realizing she isn't going to stop

Me: "yes but he's currently gone right now" I grab some papers but I felt her watching me

Sona: "so who is he? Have I met him? Ooh is it the red dragon emperor?" I groan in disgust at the thought of Issei as my boyfriend

Me: "he's the saiyan. The alien" she's shocked and for a few minutes I have peace and quiet

Serafall: "are you sure you should stay with him? He did slam my head into the ground" I sigh and stand up looking at her

Me: "Jason's just going through some problems right now. He's a great man but he's had a great burden placed on him and he's trying to deal with it" I sit back down and pick up a chess piece as she sits down and starts taking a drink of something she brought "besides he beat me in chess" she proceeds to spit her drink and starts coughing "now I have to clean the floor"

Jason POV

I land outside my mother's hut and Towa removes the spell so I can be seen

Towa: "you have ten minutes until her husband comes home" I nod and hesitantly enter

I see Gine busy hanging some meat and I don't know what to do since I really haven't thought this through. She turns around and she gasps making me freeze

Me: "uh hi?" She drops the meat she was holding and approaches me

Gine: "it can't be. Is it really you?" I'm confused as she grabs my face tilting my head around "my little boy" I grab her hands and gently remove them

Me: "you know me?" She nods and she gets teary eyed

Gine: "a mother never forgets her child" I feel myself tearing up and I hug her and she hugs me back

I don't want to leave. I don't want to let go of her

Gine: "how are you this big?" She lets go of me and looks at me "you should only be a couple years old"

Me: "I'm from the future" she doesn't say anything but grabs my hand

Gine: "what I did was horrible. I was scared. I left you so you could live" she squeezes my hand

Me: "I did. I got strong. I made friends and I have people that love me" she smiles as she tries not to cry

Gine: "I had a name for you when you were born but you were too young to remember" tears start falling from her eyes making me want to cry "my little Cumber. Named after the strongest saiyan from ancient times" I smile and Towa alerts me it's time to leave

Me: "I'm sorry. I have to go" she smiles and wipes the tears away

Gine: "okay. Will I see you again?" My smile falters

Me: "yes. Someday" she smiles brighter and I use instant transmission

I appear in space next to Towa

Towa: "she is a great saiyan woman" I don't say anything and she makes a portal "this will take you home. I'll keep you to your promise. I'll find you when I need help" I nod and go through the portal

??? No one POV

???: "So the dark super saiyan has awaken. It's time for me to get to work" the mysterious person laughs as they tear a hole through time and space
