Chapter 6

*Yawn!*

I chuckled as Dante stood up, only to fall back down again. "You really that tired?" I asked. He shook his head "I havn't stood up in 5 days, what do you expect?" Rolling my eyes, I swung my bag over my shoulder and attached all of my pouches.

"Ok! Are you ready for this Dante?" "You betcha!" I chuckled "Alright! Chunin exams here we come"

We left the hyuga compound and walked at a slow pace down the busy streets. For 5 days have I been living with Neji, and I've learnt barely anything about him. But, I have met his cousin - Hinata. She's really shy, yet sweet. She's told me about her academy days (even though I already knew most of it) and even about Naruto. I havn't opened up to her or anyone else yet, but I feel a little bit happier.

Dante had also fully healed and ready to beat some ass. I am still worried about him though and I don't even know if Ibiki will like him being in the same room.

I sighed and walked up to the academy where I noticed my team already there. "Hey guys" "Your late!" Naruto shouted right next to me. I took out a kunai in a flash and held it to his neck. Giving him a death glare I said "Don't you dare shout in my ear again and don't stand so close to me either" He coward and held up his hands in a surrender position "He..he.. sorry Lex-chan" I growled under my breath "I-I mean Alexis"

Rolling my eyes, I turned to Dante who, might I add, has been quite quiet for the whole walk. I knelt besides him "Whats wrong Dante? Are you still in pain. If you are then we don't have to take the exams" He shook his head "It's not that Alexis. It's just that.. Oro-the pervy snake is dangerous and I don't want you hurt" I chuckled "It's fine. You know I'm strong and he can't hurt me"

"Hn.. see you found him" I turned to Sasuke and nodded "Thanks again for helping that night" He smirked. I huffed and walked through the building, them following suit.

I chuckled inwardly as we came across the door to room '301' with the two kids in front of it. Izumo and Kotetsu really do like to test people don't they? A crowed of people surrounded them and were muttering amongst themselves.

"Ah!" I couldn't see who they were, but from the voice and the show, I could tell Lee had just gotton punched in the face. The next person to get hit was TenTen, and I kinda tuned out from the useless chatter until Sasuke spoke "Real nice speech, now hurry up and let us pass and-" "While your at it, hurry up and reverse the Genjutsu, we can see through your illusion anyway. We're going to the third floor" Sasuke narrowed his eyes at me suspiciously as I said exactly what he was going to.

The crowd chattered some more about 'What's she talking about' and 'Third floor? this is the third floor'. I rolled my eyes at how stupid they are for not being able to see past this. "So, you noticed the Genjutsu huh?" Sasuke turned to Sakura "Go ahead, tell them Sakura. I'm sure you saw it before anyone else did?" She looked up from the ground in confusion "Huh? Oh, yeh. That's right I spotted it right away. This is only the second floor"

Mini Kotetsu then attacked Sasuke. But, before they even touched each other, Lee got in the way. "Hey" Neji walked up, alongside TenTen "What happened to the plan? I thought you wanted to keep a low profile" "I know but.." Lee turned and blushed at Sakura "Nevermind, it's over. Forget it" I chuckled and gained their attention.

Lee went off to Sakura to tell her about his undying love for her and I really wanted to watch it, but Neji and TenTen came over to me. "Hey Alexis" I gave her a nod "Neji. TenTen" "How's your legs?" She asked. I nodded "Their better. But, it's left me some ugly burn scars"

I noticed TenTen was about to hug me, so I put my hand up and moved back "I don't like to be touched" She huffed playfully and crossed her arms. I looked up at Neji and smirked "So, you guys are doing the chunin exams huh?" "That's right. I see you are as well" He returned the smirk.

"Yeh. But, it's not fair" "Why's that?" "Because, those are my 'team' mates" I stuck a thumb behind me in their direction "I didn't even want a team but the Hokage literally forced me to be with them or I wouldn't be able to participate" I sulked. He chuckled, which surprised me. "Oh well. Dante's gotton better I see" I nodded "Yeh, he's all ready to go and itching for a fight" "Hey! Don't talk about me" I smirked and stuck my tongue out at him, childishly.

Neji then walked passed me and over to my 'team' "Hey. What's your name?" Sasuke smirked "It's common courtesy to give your own name before asking someone elses" "How old are you anyway?" I hung my head as Neji completely ignored Sasuke's earlier comment "I'm not obliged to answer" "What's that?" I chuckled inwardly. "These people are annoying and weird. I don't see how we'll be able to tolerate them for 5 whole days in that forest" I nodded my head at Dante in afreement "You can say that again. Lets just go"

I gave a nod to Neji and TenTen while Lee was still sulking up against the wall and followed my team up the stairs. We arrived in the big room that Sasuke and Lee would fight in, but I couldn't be bothered to watch so I went on ahead.

As I came up to the real room 301, I saw Kakashi leaning up against the wall, reading his perverted book. A mysterious glint flashed through my eyes and I rushed forward at an uninmaginable speed, snatching the book right out from his hands.

His expression was hilarious "What?-Hey Alexis!" I hid the book behind my back and gave innocent eyes.. well, I tried to "What's wrong Kakashi?" My voice definitely didn't sound come out as innocent as I'd hoped. I just shrugged it off and shoved the book in his face "Give it back Alexis!" "Nope" I popped the 'p' "I wanna read it"

As soon as I flicked through to the middle of the book, my eyes widened. I threw the book to the floor and stomped on it like it was a piece of dirt "That.is.sick! You closet pervert" He bent down and snatched it back from under my foot. It was now crushed and dirty. I snickered evilly. "That'll teach 'em a lesson" I nodded "Your apsolutely right, Dante"

With a glare from Kakashi, he went back to reading. "So.. where are the other?" I shrugged "Somwhere.. For all I care, they could be dying in a ditch" "That's not a very nice joke" I blinked once, twice, a third time before shaking my head - no "It wasn't a joke"

Just as he was about to open that mouth of his again, "Kakashi-sensei?" Was said from behind me. I turned around to find my so called team. Smirked, I strolled casually up to Sasuke. I looked him up and down before smirking "You lost huh? Too bad" He glared but then looked away for some reason. 'Thought he'd put up more of a fight then that' I wondered..

"Well, i'm glad you came Sakura" Kakashi started. Sakura questioned what he meant and he then went on about the whole 'Only group of three (and in this case 4/5) can apply for the exam' thing. I couldn't really be bothered to listen, so I lay on Dante's back while he spoke about how excited he is and stuff.

"Alexis, were you listening?" "Huh?" Kakashi sweatdropped. "I guess not.. Anyway I couldn't ask for a better team" The three began walking forward "We won't let you down sensei!" Naruto beamed. I was about to follow them in, when Kakashi stopped me.

"What?" "Don't.. show your eyes" I scoffed and swatted his hand away "Who are you to tell me what to do?" "Listen to me. It's dangerous. Those eyes are-" "I know Kakashi! I know everything about these eyes, they are mine. Don't talk like you know everyting" He sighed "I'm just worried Alexis. You are my student" I scoffed and muttered "It's not like I wanted to be your student"

He shook his head and pushed me forward "Just don't use them. Or else" I laughed "Your as powerful as a butterfly compared to me Kakashi" He scowled and was about to kick me in the back, but I jumped and flipped before landing in a crouched postition to absorb the impact.

I stayed that way for a few seconds, but then noticed that the whole room was silent. If someone dropped a pin then the noise would probably echo of the walls.

I stood up and turned around to face everyone. They all gave me 'what the f*ck' looks, but I ignored them. Instead, I went looking for Dante. He wasn't here. I looked back to the doors, which were about to close.

 My eyes widened. "Dante! get over here or you won't be able to take the exams!" He looked in my direction and leaped through the now fully closed double doors. I swore under my breath as I saw where he was going to land. On me.. "Uwah!" Chuckling could be heard throughout the room and Naruto was laughing his ass off. I opened my eyes to see Dante smirking. "Don't you dare! Not here!" I shouted.

Well, lets just say he ignored me and began nuzzling my sides. One of my weaknesses?.. I'm very ticklish. "Dante!.. Hahah.. S-stop!" I said between laughter. With the flick of my wrist, I knocked him off and tackled him instead. "That wasn't funny. Now they know my weakness, you Idiot!" He chuckled "I'm sorry Alexis. I just couldn't help myself"

Rolling my eyes, I stood back up and straightened out my clothes. My team was by the door, so I walked back over to them. However, Dante still wasn't up. I narrowed my eyes at him playfully "Here.Now! You know what'll happen if you don't" I laughed mentally at my teams and the others expressions. This was only a little act between me and my wolf to scare everyone a bit. I would never talk to Dante this way for real.

When he got here. I looked around at the rookies and smirked. "Nice to meet you all. The names Alexis and this here" I gestured towards Dante "Is Dante, the big bad wolf who'll eat you if you harm me in an way. He's very overpretective" Naruto shivered and Sakura backed away. Sasuke? Well, his face was stoic as ever.

"So, anyone gonna tell me who you all are?" Naruto gained his confidence again and stuck his hand in the air "I'll tell you" Sighing, I followed him to each group. "This is Kiba and his dog Akamaru. Hinata. And Shino" I nodded in greeting before looking up at Akamaru.

"Hey there" He arf'd at me. "Yeh, I know. Naruto just told me. It's nice to meet you" "Arf Arf" I chuckled and gave him a smile. "You understand him?" Kiba looked shocked, as well as everyone except my team. I nodded "I can understand all animals and insects" "That's so cool" I smirked slightly.

"Ok! next is Ino, Shikamaru and Choji" I nodded at them as well as a hello. Shiamaru yawned. "Lazy ass!" Dante growled. I scoffed and scratched him behind the ears "Your right about that Dante. But that's kinda rich coming from you" "Did he just insult Shikamaru?" Kiba asked from behind.

I rose an eyebrow at him "You understand wolf?" "Somewhat. They're like dogs, I guess" Hmm.. interesting. "My kind are nothing like dogs, worthless human" Kiba's eyes widened and he huffed.

"Well, like I said . It's nice to meet you all *Yawn*" "Guess your still tired as well" I nodded and sat on Dante's back. He is a huge! wolf afterall. I sat there and awaited the moment 'he' came.

"Hey, you guys" I smirked. 'Right on time' "you might wanna try keeping it down a little. I mean, no offence, but your the rookies right? I wouldn't go making a specticle of yourselves" "Well who asked you?" Ino shouted angrilly "Who are you?" Before he could answer, I spoke up "Your Kabuto Yakushi right?"

Dante chuckled from underneath me. We were against the wall and I wasn't even looking at Kabuto. My eyes were wondering over all my competition. Scary looking bunch, but week. After my look around, I glanced at Kabuto who looked at me suspiciously. "How do you know?" I shrugged "I know a lot about you, and I mean a lot" I smirked, trying to make him understand where I'm going with this.

I noticed his eyes widen before he gave me his own smirk. He then ignored me and looked back to the rookies. "She right. But, I mean what I said. Look around you. You've made quiet the impression" Everyone glanced around, now basically scared out of their witts "They're all very touchy. This exam makes everyone tense and you don't want to rub them the wrong way right now"

"Kabuto.. right?" "Yeh?" "This isn't the first time you've taken the exam?" "Now, it's my-" "7th right?" I butted in again. Dante laughed, which sounded like a howl to everyone except from me and Kiba.. probably. "They're held twice a year, so this'll be your forth year. Am I correct?" Kabuto glared "That's right.."

"A veterin huh? You must really be an expert by now" Sakura stated in awe "Cool, you can give us all the inside tips" That was Narut. "God Alexis. These people are boring the hell outa me. Can't the exciting stuff happen yet?" I smirked "Sorry Dante. You know this happens in order, can't skip anything in this world" He scoffed and muttered something incoherrent under his breath.

"-With my.. ninja info cards" I jumped off Dante and gave him a 'stay' Look, before going to kneel down next to Kabuto. "These cards have been chakra incoated with everything i've learnt over the past four years. I've got more than 200 of 'em" Hm.. I wonder if he's got anything on me. I'll ask him in a bit..

He began spinning a blank card unto his index finger. The card poofed and showed a map. He went on about the ninja villages and explained everything to the rookies who know next to nothing, while I tuned out and stared at Oro-chan in his disguised form.

"-Do those cards of yours have any info on the other candidates?" Sasuke questioned as soon as I could be bothered to listen again. "They might. You have someone special in mind?" "Hn" "Well, I can't promise my information is complete or perfect but, I've got something on just about everyone. Including you guys of course" Kabuto stacked his cards and placed them neatly on the floor in front of him. His face held a smirk directed towards the rookies.

"Tell me anything you know about them" Sasuke wore a serious look as he said the two boys names "He's Gaara of the desert and there's Rock Lee while your at it" I then decided to have a little fun "I've got someone as well. Me. Alexis. Check me out" (A/N not in that way :P)

Everyone gave me weird looks "Why would you want to get info on yourself?" Sakura questioned like she always does. I rolled my eyes "I don't want info on myself ~baka~ I just want to see if he actually has anything on me. Which I highly doubt"

"Ok then.." Kabuto swiped the first card which was Gaara. They all fell silent and wore serious expression, well.. you could hear the sound of Choji crunching every fricking second.

Kabuto explained everything. How he didn't get a single scratch on him blah blah blah.. and how he's done a B ranked mission... Everyone seemed impressed about it. "Now for Rock Lee" I didn't really listen about it once again as I knew everything about everyone. Also, the only thing I wanted to see was what he knows about me. Which should be nothing.

Kabuto then gave me a weird look as my card appeared. I stared at it. "Hm.. Your name is Alexis, no surname" I scoffed, like I don't know that. "You team is team Kakashi, consisting of Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto, with Kakashi as the leader. You've done no missions.. which is odd. Abilities.. doesn't say. Hm.. well, it's understandable since I don't even know you. But, how do you know me if I don't know you?"

I shrugged "I know everything. Even if we havn't met, I know everything about every important person in this room" Dante then walked over and I lay on his back "You just told them something that was meant to be a secret" "It doesn't matter. It's more interesting this way, don't you think?" He chuckled "I still think it was a bad idea. If they found out that you-" "Shh" I pointed to Kiba "He can understand us ya know. Don't go talking about that stuff in front of him"

Kiba narrowed his eyes at me "What was he going to say just then?" "Nothing for you to know. Now listen to Kabuto or you'll miss out on important imformation" He scoffed but did so anyway.

What happened next was obviously all Kabuto's fault. He insulted the sound village and got it handed to him. I hate seeing people throw up in front of me.. disgusting.

A poof came from the front of the room, startling probably alomst everyone. I laughed mentally and felt Dante chuckled. "What's so funny Dante?" "Oh nothing. I just wanted to meet him again.. so I could.. bite him" I rolled my eyes and scoled him "Well, none of that here ok. You might get us disqualified.

While I was chatting to Dante, Ibiki was yelling at the sound ninja; they gave an idiotic excuse. Everyone then went and took a ticket. But, by the time I could even be bothered to, I noticed everyone already getting settled down in their seats.

Sighing, I walked over to the front of the room, Dante following suit. Ibiki gave me a look "Your the one who crashed through the wall of the Hokage's building at the start of the week" He practically yelled, which happened to make me the center of attention. "No shit sherlock. Now can I have my number"

"I still don't understand how he trusts you *sigh*" He shook his head in disappointment but smirked anyway. I took my number, which was in the middle, by the window. The bad part? I have to sit right nearby one of those chunin people.

Ibiki looked over at Dante "The wolf.. can't he wait outside?"

I shook my head "Sorry, but he seems to really likes you. I don't think he'd like it if I told him to stay outside" Ibiki scowled and Dante chuckled.

With a sigh, Ibiki allowed Dante to sit right next to him. "Now Dante. Don't bite ok" I said sternly, patting his head. He rolled his eyes "Yes I know. Don't bite, Don't kill, just sit and be good" "Thats my boy. Now chop-chop" With a chuckled he did as he as told and I sat down at the correct desk.

I looked at who I had to sit next to. Well, Sasuke was on my right and my left? Oh yeh, i'm at the end. Stupid moment there. Just ignore it.

"Well.. nice stting next to ya Sasuke" I smirked, to which he did as well in return "Hn" "You should talk more, show a little more emotions. I know you have a reason not to but, people have had worse lives. So maybe you should get over it" He glared "You don't know anything" "Oh contrere. I know everything about everyone. I thought I said so earlier" "Hn.."

I noticed Sasuke looking at me through the corner of his eyes. "Why do you keep looking at me?" I asked with anger "Hn" "Oh, I get it" I smirked "You suspicious of me"

He smirked "And why would you say that?" I shrugged "I don't know. You tell me" With a sigh, I was ignored.

Well.. this'll be fun..
