Sasha's pov

Tyson and Mitch walk out of the room. I smile at Mitch. his face turn a bright pink. I giggle. The lead him to my room so we can talk.

I open the door to my room. It very pink. The walls are a pale pink the floors a dark wood like the door. My canopy bed has a white bed frame with hot pink bedding.

I have magenta curtains on my window with an old rope on the floor next to it. I have a desk with a laptop and tones of sketch pads. As i walk in I tell Mitch to sit on the bed.

I walk over to the rope. It's stained with blood. " we lost so many that day" I mumble to myself.

Mitch: huh?

Me: "this is the rope Derrick carried me down when I left. We lost so many troops and civilians. Many children were sent away from the empire that day. And few returned.

Me and seto were telaported, Ian was told to run alongside the river, many mothers carrying their children acrossed biomes, everyone wanting to get away from the fight.

Most who couldn't get away were hurried into the safety base. Others fought. Most died."

I started to cry silently as I told Mitch everything.

Me: "I lost so many friends. They ran away from the base but I never saw them again. "

Mitch: do you remember any?

Me: a few.

Mitch: aviator gaming? He stopped at the sky army for a day then continued running north. He trades ores with the army and is a personal friend of sky's.

Me: we'll at least he's alive. I sigh.

Mitch: hey did you hear I'm gonna become a sage.

I look at him my gloomy face suddenly filled with joy and happiness.

Me: really for reals?

He nods

Me: that amazing.( and maybe we do have a chance now I think in my head)

Mitch: and one mor thing before we have to go.

I look at him.

Mitch's pov

I start to sweat. Come on you can do this I say in my head.

Sasha" I stutter.

Yea" she smiles at me her eyes filled with happiness.

Me: I wanted to know and it's ok if you don't feel the same way but. Do you think we could go on a date some time?

I blush and grin a nervous smile.

She blushes and grins back.

Sure" she responds happily.
