We laugh together until the sun dies down. The shadows - THE SHADOW REALM! WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING NOW! "Fenrir, I don't want to alarm you but we have a bigger problem." I point to the window. He looks at me with fear in his green eyes. He looked behind himself and shrieked as if trying to make my ears pound in my head.

"EVERYONE MUST EVACUATE NOW! GAURDS, FATHER, EVERYONE! We must warn everyone. We must flee!" With that he pulled me out of the bed taking me to his room. On the way he made sure everyone knew to round everyone up and grab supplies. It was getting closer. Fenrir grabs three swords. He hands one to me. I have never held a sword in my life. I was lucky as it wasn't heavy. IT is made of pure diamond. Wow. It is beautifully polished. It started lighting up in my hand. I'm astonished. "It's ok. It does that when it finds... wait!" He looked at me and took a look at my palm. In the middle of it there was always a birthmark that looked like a beautiful tree. It isn't that important, or is it? "Y-you." He bows his head down and looks back at me right in the eyes "You are the chosen one! You must get out of here, quick!" He grabs more supplies like blankets and cloths, me still in my bloody dress. He puts one sword in a sheath and the other is in his hand. He pulls my arm and takes me out into a crowd of people. They were all running from the barrier when I remember "Abbey! I have to go back and get her!"

"No Katelyn! You cant!"

"Oh yes I can, I'm the apparent chosen one. I will be fine." After saying that Fenrir gives me a hug.

"You be safe. Here-" he reveals a whistle "Blow it if you need help, I am the only one that can hear it so I will come and help you." I nod as I see people keep running. I know where the jail is. It is next to the castle. People were still there. I can't save all of them. I run past the cages looking for abbey.

"Katelyn! I'm here!" I hear a familiar voice. It was abbey!

"I'm getting you! It is ok!" I let her out of her cage and run with her as fast as I could. I could hear the screams of the others as they were fully in the shadow realm. They shrivelled up and died. I look back again and whisper "I'm so sorry." I start to cry.

I blow the whistle and I see Fenrir run towards us. The shadow realm. It is behind me It has almost consumed me but it didn't hurt. Why was I not shrivelling up?

I run faster and faster with Abbey in front of me. Fenrir mustered some strength to pick us both and run fast past the crowd. The king was not far behind us leading the rest of the crowd away. They weren't listening. Some got killed by the realm. Everyone ran and changed forms into a were wolf. Abbey was let go by Fenrir and changed form and ran with us. Fenrir changed into a huge wolf. They were all giant wolfs now, other than me. Fenrir bent down making me get onto his back. I was still holding my sword, a blinding light glowing from my hand. I squint my eyes but I do get used to it.

I look back and all I see is absolutely nothing. Only a small pack of wolfs. Most of them went a different way to us. The king was with our small group. They started looking at me, staring at me as if I was weird. I was the only full human. They start murmuring, looking back at me. They looked hungry and I think I am the main course! Fenrir Abbey nor the king look at me in this way. Fenrir glares at them to stop. They all look away. Maybe they can talk with each other in their minds. I don't know. One of them at the back starts to charge at me, full speed. I scream and hold out my sword. The glow was now brighter than ever. His teeth bare at me and get closer. He jumps at me. Fenrir didn't notice. I don't know how but he just didn't. I slash the sword and re open my eyes. I see black blood, Fenrir looks back at me and back at the killer. He gets me off his back and starts to fight the scarred killer. The killer dies. Fenrir gets me back onto his back. He tells me and to everyone else in the pack "There will be no more traitors. If there are, you will seek the same fate." All went silent "If any of them do that to you, you can kill them. We can't have any traitors now can we." He whispers to me. No one seems to hear. Thank god. At least I know Fenrir is someone that I can trust.

"What is that?" Abbey asks

"It is the pond of everlasting health" Fenrir answers

It is a crystal blue and glows in the darkness of night. It is beautiful.

The group settle and make an amazing shelter for everyone, they also did it very quickly. We all decide to go to sleep. Fenrir, Abbey and I were in one shelter. "Why did I not shrivel up when I was mostly in the realm?"

"I don't know. I really don't. Maybe it wants you in there."

"I don't know. But something doesn't seem right to me. Something's up, I can just feel it."

I hope you guys like this chapter. More of this story will come out. I promise. I'm sorry I haven't written any sooner. I have been really busy on my holidays, with procrastination, but chapters will come up more frequently. Love you all!
