Chole returns home after two long months away. She walks over to the others.

    "Hi, nice to see you."

      "Chole, go away."

    "Adrikins, we have not seen each other forever."

    "Leave me alone."

     "What?  But Adrikins..."

       Marinette laughs.  "Goodness, Chole, you need to find a better hobby."

         "Oh, yeah, you are one to talk Marinette when you can not confess to him."

        Adrien rolls his eyes.  

       Sabrina walks off with her boyfriend.

       Rose leaves with Prince Ali.

       Luka escorts Kagami away from there.

      "Guys, where are you going?"

      "Adrikins, you know we are meant to be, right?"

     "Chole, get this straight. We never were together. We never will be so leave us alone."

       Adrien reaches out and holds onto Marinette's hand.  Marinette smiles as she squeezes his hand with hers.

        "Enough Chole, they have it with your peck of lies.  Just leave them alone.  My daughter, you need help."

     "Daddy," She wails.

     Chole has a nervous breakdown. She can not believe everyone turns against her. Least of all Adrien. How could this happen?  It was not right. Did not anyone see that she meant well?  She just wanted Adrien to like her.  What is so bad about it?

       The mayor takes his daughter home.  She protests the whole time.

      "You know, I feel kinda sorry for her."

      "Marinette, you always do you know.  In fact, that is what I like about you. No, it is why I love you because you always see the best in people. You forgive when it is hard too, and you know how to make me laugh."

     "Wow, Adrien. You make me blush."

    As Adrien and Marinette left to go on their date they both agree that Chole has had her spotlight. It is about time she realizes she can not always have what she wants.

   The rumor itself is dead. Long gone with the wind for that is what a rumor is fickle and untrustworthy.  Turns out the whole time it ruined Chole the one who started it all more than it did anyone else.
