The Ruler and The Hunter au is set in a sort of fantasy world which lacks humans. Having multiple different species which countries can be such as werewolves, dragons, nekos, kitsunes, demons, bird hybrids, mortals and others. It isn't a futuristic time so there is no such thing as any sort of tech, transport like cars, no guns, etc. Countries/Kingdoms own territories and such.

Looks:
Russia has three different forms, all of which have different heights and looks. His normal form makes him stand at around 6'7. He has claws that start to form from his elbow down, consisting of dark black and purple fur, the same goes for his ears and tails. In this form, his eyes stay normal, without any dark areas around the pupils. There are no rings or gold as he would only wear something like a simple dark sweater, pants and boots.
EDIT: His second form is his Royal or Monarch form, a form an heir takes once they take the throne. It makes him stand at a height of 7'3. He still has his werewolf features but also four horns, two on each side of his head. The higher horns are larger and curvier with golden rings around them, both might have a small cross hanging down from them. Large golden clasps bend around his sides which look like bones/ribs and rings are wrapped around the top of his arms. (They can be taken off but this can be difficult).
Unlike his siblings or other werewolves who may be lower class, Russia wears the pelt of a Kamchatka brown bear on his back, the head of the bear resting on his shoulder and upper arm (this can face any direction) and overall, the pelt is held by the front legs of the bear which are wrapped over each other, claws still visible. He still has his string of gems hanging down from the belt.
His eyes can change. The sclera can either be a dark grey/black or a normal white while his pupils stay the same.

He has a load of scars across his body, the most visible being the two slices on his left cheek which he earned in a fight to the death with his father. His back is also littered with scars which he got during training and fighting other animals.

America is around 5'10 with not that much of a build. He has bright blue eyes which glow nicely in the dark and in his family was considered to be a runt. He has a scar running down his back from an unfortunate accident from when he was little which he usually hides, feeling insecure and scared about what people may think of it if they saw it. When hunting he wears dark clothing, consisting of black pants, a dark grey shirt, combat boots and a navy green coat which helps him keep some sort of camouflage despite the bright colours of his flag. Occasionally, he has a bandolier around him.

Ukraine is the youngest member of the Royal family and stands at around 5'9. Ukraine has the eyes of his father and brothers, his fur a mix of yellows and blues. He often wears a flower crown which he makes for himself, sometimes Belarus making them for him whenever they go out to explore. He wears a cloak and a loose shirt with a muddy blue and light beige, slightly matching his flag. He wears baggy pants and boots. Like Russia, Ukraine has turquoise coloured gems on his cloak. Ukraine was born with a few disabilities impacting his werewolf blood. He can't summon any form of claws and doesn't have elongated canines like USSR or Russia. Leading USSR to tell Ukraine that he will never be a good heir, treating him like a runt. However, later on, Russia gave Ukraine the title as the Prince of the North/Northern Werewolves.

Looks:
Japan stands at 5'6 but with her boots stands at 6'1. She wears cargo pants, boots and a Japanese yukata, keeping bandages tightly wrapped around her chest. The patterns on her tail and ears are based on her flag with red stripes and several circles. Ribbons with red and gold hang down from the sides of her head (for literally no reason) and she always wears a necklace which has an amethyst charm, given to her by her mother, matching the colour of her eyes.
Her body has several burn marks, some on her back along with other scars and on her arms. Her burns were inflicted on her when she escaped from her home which was soon burned to the ground. 

Kazakhstan Nur-Sulta

Kazakhstan stands at 6'2 and has a 2 1/2 metre wingspan, like the rest of his siblings he has ears from his werewolf side however does not have a tail- having lost it in a flying accident in his teen years. He wears a navy blue uniform usually or black flying leathers and boots. His eyes are both golden in the sclera, his right eye having a blue pupil. On the sides of his head, he has feathers which are golden and sometimes appear to be slightly orange.

Looks:
Finland usually wears a scarf, cloak with furs across his soldiers, flaps with golden engravings over the sides of his shoulders, beige sweaters and dark pants in order to feel comfortable to the cold mountains and forests he rules over. He almost always wears his winter hat which usually has different shades of blues and greys with tufts of dark grey fur which match his cloak perfectly. Like other characters, he wears strong, thick boots which are usually closed up tight and reach up the bottom of his knees.
He has bright, icy blue eyes, matching the rest of his outfit and has a flag with a blue cross and a white background. Meaning he has several crosses and stripes of blue across his body; particularly around his neck, wrists and more.

As he is a white-tailed deer, he has the deer ears and tail, which are often a grey and beige colour with small white freckles on the fur. He has a large pair of antlers that are always kept clean and sometimes have thin silver chains and tiny trinkets hanging from them. All holding spells and meanings of protection over him against his enemies in battle.

Finland stands at 6'6, right under Russia, but the difference is hardly noticeable, especially with the extra height of his antlers.

Canada stands at around 6'5 and has a trained and well-carved body. He has pine-green eyes and a flag which consists of red and white stripes with a Canadian maple leaf. He has freckles over his cheeks and his shoulders and elbows, matching his flag.
Usually, he wears his provided uniform and keeps his sword by his side very often, with knee-high boots and loose pants. As well as a jacket made specifically for him by his mother made of a dark navy blue fabric, golden threads and trinkets, and pristine buttons.
Although it's not part of his uniform, he wears a coonskin hat.

Germany Berlin

Looks:
Germany stands at a height of around 6'5, close to Russia's height. His flag makes up of black, red and yellow, all of which match his golden pupils. Oftentimes, the sclera of his eyes can become white or black depending on his mood- similar to Russia. In his normal forms, he can take many shapes and features of his choice, often choosing to have two sets of horns on his head- sometimes of which he may slide on silver and golden rings onto to maintain his look and prestigious appearance. He always has some sort of tail, whether it is that of the common devil-like tail or a bushy tail that could belong to some sort of dragon or wolf- it varies.
Sometimes he can summon his own set of demonic wings that are a darker grey with strands of gold running through the membrane and claws.

At other times, he can form ears like Ukraine's and Russia's- though this isn't very common.
His ability to shapeshift helps him change his form very often depending on how much magic he has, meaning his looks can always differ.
His body is littered with scars from wars and previous pieces of history and trauma he had to endure, including light scars on his neck, on his right cheek and all over his back.

When it comes to uniforms, he tends to stick to his formal suits and hats. With golden bands and red piping that helps match his flag. Often wearing a blazer, vest and tie. As well as dress pants and shoes or boots that can reach up to his knees.
Although, he may sometimes wear other clothing such as dark fighting leathers.
