~{HOW THE CITY WORKS}~

GOING BETWEEN WORLDS
If a player gets hurt or sick in the Main World going to other worlds/servers won't make it all better. Yet, if one gets hurt or sick in a private world or sever it is only present in that world. Public/gaming servers are different, as injuries are impossible in the lobbies and the games themselves run on their own rules. When entering a world or private server, (this doesn't work in public servers) players can change their color and race along with other features about themselves. (Like changing MC skins) They can also 'take away' sertain disabilities and such. For example, if someone can't walk in the Main World, they could in a private one. This doesn't, however, work with injuries.

HOW RULES ARE CHOSEN
The City doesn't actually have a person(s) in charge. Every year a poll will be held on what people think needs to change, be added, etc. The laws in place are voted on and can be changed if enough people vote to do so. The biggest/most known people often have more control though, yet they don't abuse this power. If they do though, people usually rise against them until they change there ways for the better. (One big community) If there is ever a person who violates laws, a vote is held among a random group of chosen people (like a jury).

NPC
There are several NPCs that run certain areas, like the trains for example. They do interact with the players but cannot join the servers and worlds. They help make sure things run smooth and are responsible for taking care of Summerfield and the train systems.

DEATHS
If you die in the Main World it's permanent. Verses any of the other worlds and servers which are respawnable. If you die in a hard-core world you will respawn in the Main World uninjured.

CHIPS
When a player is 'born' they can live in and access the Main World, but they CANNOT interact withany thing or anyone. This is because they are not registered with an account. To do this they have to go through a registration process and they will be inserted with a chip about the size of a grain of rice. The chip has all the information needed to let the player join and leave servers and worlds other that their own. Typically the chip is inserted between the shoulder blades, but another common place is in the wrist. If a player's chip is removed they will lose access to everything but are still visible to others. They cannot leave or enter a world or server until the chip is returned. Chips are indestructible and will reappear to the user if it is not physically heald or it is lost.

SPAWN RIPPING
It is  important to note that having two or more chips is lethal. If this happens and the player enters a world or sever the algorithm thinks there are two players joining and WILL rip the player in two, this is called spawn-ripping. This causes spawn deaths to happen leading to a kick-out into the Main World. Again, two players are suspected, and when the player dies there they are gone forever. THERE IS NO CURE ONCE THIS STARTS HAPPENING. If you suspect you have two or more chips in you DO NOT leave the world or sever you are in until you have been examined. Examinations can be done be admins or sertain NPCs.

INVENTORY AND CHAT ACCESS
The inventory and chat are both accessed through a device linked to the player's chip. The device is 'connected' to the player and will 'follow them regardless of death (except permadeath) or missplacement. The devices can be anything from a phone to a watch, this is chosen when the player first registered and can be changed if desired.

CURRENCY
Minecoins are the currency of the City. The only exception is Summerfield, which only exepts emeralds. Emeralds can be acquired at ATM machines for Minecoins. To get Minecoins a job is needed or a strong backing of fans as YouTube, Twitch, and such accounts that are open to public view. Public Servers can also draw in Minecoins. Though many content creators also have other ways of making money through various jobs if needed. Jobs are acquired in the Market Place/Intercity. They can be about anything and are similar to the real world.
