here's what you look like:

I was flying a little west for the eagle cliff when I suddenly saw a bunch of dwarfs. I haven't seen dwarfs on this side of the kingdom. Well, I guess I'll go down and introduce myself.

-Bilbo's pov-

We celebrated that we weren't far from Ebor when suddenly Gandalf spotted something.

Gandalf: hey guys, heads up.

He dint finish his sentence when suddenly a dragon landed on the cliff not far from us. It had ruby-like scales, and its eyes were blue as the bluest sapphire you could find in the mountains.

Ruby: hey, don't worry, I won't kill you. I'm nothing like Smaug. my name is Ruby.

-your pov-

That was the reaction everybody would have done if a dragon suddenly came flying down on them, so I don't blame them.

Gandalf: well, a pleasure to meet you, ruby. My name is Gandalf the gray. And this is my friend-
You: ah, no need to introduce yourself; remember, a dragon is wise, so I already know your names.
Thorin: well, I guess it won't be rude to ask why you came to us? And what are you going to do?
You: oh, so worried, don't worry, my friend. I don't kill people who don't need to be. I'm here to take you to the Mountain. Ebor, I guess you want in there, right?
Thorin: yes. But how do you know about Smaug?
You: he's an old friend of mine. We used to play when we were little. But I guess his greed took over him, and now he's not returning.
Gandalf: we're so sorry for your loss.
You: no need to be; it wasn't your fault that he decided to listen to his greed instead of mere love.
Bilbo: um- wanna tell us how close you and Smaug are? So we kind of know if we should kill him or not.
Thorin: of course, we need to kill him! He took us home! Do you think I'll let him live with that?
You: hush, dear thorin, no need to be angry at Bilbo.

Thorin went silent as you told him to. You desied to say to them how close you and Smaug were.

You: well, as I said, we were friends when we were kids, but one day, everything was wrong. Our teacher, lord Drake, was coming home from a long vacation. Of course, Smaug, me, and some other kids from his class were waiting for him. When he came and landed outside our learning cave, an orc came and stabbed him in the back. We all became scared and went long into the cave, safe darkness. I guess that where was he found it. I don't know what it was, but I think it was a stone. That corrupts all those who touch it. I- I can't say more. I don't remember either.
Bilbo: Okay, so he's your childhood friend?
You: yup
Thorin: well, we should get going. The sun will set soon, and we don't want orcs in our way when we go inside.
You: okay, get up on my back. I'll fly you there.

You lay down on the ground, and they started climbing up at your legs and up to your back. When all of them were up, you stood up again ( oh, I noticed rn now that I used "up" 2 times in that sentence 🤯😳)

You: well, it's my turn to ask questions. May I ask why you want the gold in the Mountain? It's only going to drive you mad. I've heard Smaug talking to Bilbo about that, but every dragon knows that.
Thorin: I guess you don't want to follow us then?
You: I do wanna. Bc, I can see Smaug again and mby help him from the professy, and I can help you too.
Gandalf: Well, what are we waiting for? Let's fly!
You: Haha, okay, Gandalf.

You stood up from the ground and spread your wings. You jumped up in the air when your wings were out and went to the lonely Mountain. After flying, some of the dwarfs started to get tired.

Kili: are we there soon?
You: yes, kili, just a few minutes away.
Thorin: the night is coming; we better take shelter. Can you find a good spot, ruby?
You: yea, sure. What about over there? It seems empty.
Thorin: sure.

You landed on a grass hill. You lay down so they could hop off you. Then, when all of them had come off, you stood up again and walked over to Gandalf.

You: Gandalf? I'll go on a hunt. Can you take care of them?
Gandalf: I've gotten them this far, so I think I can. Just go and hunt you. We'll be fine.
You: okay.

You spread your wings again and went to the green forest. You know there are spiders there, so they'll make a great snack.

You landed in the forest and started looking for webs. Suddenly you felt like you'd been watched. You turned around almost to get a spear in your throat. You gulped and saw lots of forest elves. You growled slightly when you saw who was holding the spear; you stopped and lowered your head to his level.

You: but isn't it young Legolas? You've become a big man now.
Legolas: who are you? And how do you know my name?
You: rlly Legolas? You hurt me...
Legolas: wait, ruby? The good dragon? How could I ever forget you!? I'm so sorry!
You: oh, no need, Haha, well, I'm glad you're okay after all these years.
Guars1: um lord Legolas? Shouldn't we be attacking the dragon?
Legolas: no? She's an old friend of mine. So can I ask why you are in the green woods?
You; oh, I was hunting spiders.
Legolas: ew- how can you eat those animals?
You: oh well. Their poison is like water for me.
Guard1: If I got it right, you need spider poison to stay alive?
You: no, I drink it and eat their flesh. I have to go back to my friends; I'll see you around, right?
Legolas: sure

You smiled and flew away.
